Very poor manners. I went there to drop an individual off and one of the women who work there was very rude and doesn’t speak with kindness. She is very unprofessional. I asked her a question about what happens if the individual is not able to partake in the program due to sickness the day before. She responded saying “it’s not between you and her, it’s between her mother and me” with an attitude and very rudely. I responded with “I’m sorry but I don’t need the attitude. All I am trying to do is understand and find out information so that I can report it back to my manager and so that my manager can talk with the individuals mother.” She is very unprofessional and someone needs to take action and have a talk with her about the way she treats and talks to people at her job.

I have been a volunteer for the past 5 years and I can honestly say pilot house is a second home to me. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without my pilot house family.
