Awesome time for all of us as usual

I was really excited to go here for the first time with my little brother but was, unfortunately, highly disappointed. First, you walk in and it looks like this place has never been cleaned and nothing is being done for upkeep. You start by filling out several pages of information on their computer, which is fine and part of the waiver. We finally got into the trampoline area. After jumping all the way down all the trampolines and back, I fell down on one trampoline from being tired. The kid working there walked up to inform me I could not lay down on the trampoline. I thought he was kidding because I had just fallen over. Nope. Please note, there were roughly 8 total paying customers in there at this time....nobody there. He then pretty much stared at us the rest of the time because no one else was in there - just what I want when I go somewhere to relax and have fun. I paid for 2 hours, but we stayed 40 minutes because its not a good place. I told the girl behind the counter my issues and she actually agreed with me, informing me she had found another job and was finally happily leaving that place. Even the employees dont like it. I would recommend changing the name to No Fun, Dirty Highway

Great place to have some fun! My whole family enjoys our time at Jump Highway! The facility is clean and organized. My kids especially love weekend evenings when they put on the disco lights. Its also a great place to take the kids when they need to burn off some energy.

We love going to Jump Highway. My kids 11-19 all have a blast and my husband and I enjoy watching. There are comfortable chairs upstairs for us to relax or benches around the trampolines/foam pits to sit and watch. My kids love the foam pits and that they can easily go from the one activity to another. Inexpensive activity that satisfies all the kids.

GREAT PLACE! GREAT FAMILY FUN AND A GREAT WAY TO EXERCISE! TOOK THE WHOLE FAMILY THERE AND WE ALL ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. BOUGHT OUR TICKETS THROUGH AMAZON LOCAL-THAT WAS A DEFINITE PLUS! LEGS WERE SORE NEXT DAY BUT FELT LIKE WE JUST HAD A GOOD WORKOUT! WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!

This is a great place to take the kids or meet up with friends who have kids. :) I took my 2 year old and he loved it! We met up with other Moms for a playgroup there and the kids played and jumped while we watched and visited. It was awesome. Im looking forward to many more fun times at Jump Highway.

My kids love this place. I really like the upstairs area for adults to lounge in.I think it would be better if the trampoline area was monitored better by staff so as to avoid the potential for injury. Too many kids just run right across the trampolines without looking out for other jumpers. But all in all, its a great place for the kids and great for parties!

Needed to plan a birthday party and had used Jump Highway last year for my other sons birthday. Had a little confusion as to the time however it was remedied and the kids were given a little extra time to jump! Smooth process from beginning to end and the staff is very friendly. The space was nicely cleaned and set up for his birthday and all the kids enjoyed their time! Thanks!

The staff is AWESOME.Theyre friendly and helpful. The biggest impression on me is if an incident occurs the staff is as helpful and accommodating within reason. The manager is a good listener and that is what this type of business needs. I also like the fact that everyone who works there loves their job and seem to be a BIG KID inside. I like the adult escape area as well!

Great place...been here a couple times with my husband and two sons. My sons are 3 an 20 months but they were both able to have fun. Both boys LOVED the foam pit! We will definitely be going again.

Having a party here?!?!?! Dont! You usually go to a place like this and foot the bill so your day is a bit easier and you get to enjoy the party as well....well not here! They do not really help with anything. They set up the table and tell you when to go to eat and that is all. No help serving the cake, making sure there are enough seats or plates. No help with ANYTHING. They dont ask if anything is needed either they just sit on the computer and their cell phone. If you have ever had a jump party at Pump It Up (***** 5 stars) this place is a definite downgrade. Would not recommend at all! Run away!

My kids love this place! They are ages 3 & 5, its certainly the best place they can go to get out energy no matter what the weather. I can sit back and watch them jump or I can jump myself. I will be spending lots of time here this summer when its hot :)

My son has so much fun when he gets to come here! He comes home happy and tired. Its an excellent workout at a reasonable price. Cant wait for Jump Highway to open in Windsor!

This is a great place for your kids to expel their energy! My son has been here a few times already and always has fun whenever he goes. There is lots of space and a lot of places to jump. I like that they get to jump for an hour and a half - after about an hour, my son was tired!

I have taken my kids (now 4, 11, 16, 18) to Jump Highway on MANY occasions, and Ive hosted a birthday day party here, as well. And, I prefer this trampoline park over the alternative in Concord.Even when super busy, Jump Highway is always clean and well-ventilated, and the staff are accommodating and professional.There are frequently special, discounted nights for the emailing list, Yelp deals, and Groupons, so having fun with the family (or lounging in the massage chair, while the kids have fun) is super cost efficient.Highly recommended fun night out for kids of any age, even grown ones. :)

I’ve been to Jump Highway for two birthday parties within the last 10 months. My daughter has always enjoyed herself and the 2nd visit I even jump around. It was a lot of fun and the staff was great. This place is good for all ages. If my 3 year old at the time loved it anyone will. I just may do my daughter’s next birthday here.

My kids from ages 12-20 love it!! Weve been here several times with friends and its a great way for them to burn off energy and have fun! Our homeschool teen group (ages 12-18) has enjoyed it for a teen activity as well and works great for something close by for us to do.

This is such a great place to take the kids to get some energy out and they are reasonably priced as well. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have an 8 year old and a 4 year old and they both love this place! They frequently have theme like nights and specials on prices.

My son loves coming here during their toddler hours. It is a great way to get some energy out. The price is expensive, but comparable to other trampoline parks. Their toddler foam pit it disgusting! Old deteriorating foam squares leaving my kid coughing and covered in foam pieces. Also they have a trampoline down and a poor baracade around it leaving it very easy for someone to fall about 6 feet onto the concrete floor. Im surprised it hasnt happened yet.

As others have stated have to go in bare feet. Carpets looked worst the a college dorm room. There were many vending machines completely empty of drink except 6 energy drinks. Was a water dispenser with paper cups. No outside food or drink allowed. Hot and lacked seating for adults in play area or in the overlook area. Save your self go to Kids Gone Wild in Vacaville or Pump it Up in Concord for bounce house for younger kids that are clean and well run.

Jump Highway is an absolute blast!! I had my daughters 8th birthday party there this year..She loved,all the kids had a wonderful time,I was very pleased, prices are good.. Everyone left happy. I recommend JUMP HIGHWAY for birthdays or just a good place to get out of the house and have some safe fun!

Our kids love going there. It is fun for adults as well! And most times you can get groupon or discount jumping passes. AWESOME!!Bring some good socks though!!

Jump Highway has been a great addition to the Fairfield area, its great fun for kids and adults alike! Weve done multiple sports and birthday parties at Jump Highway and everyone has had a lot of fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is well organized. I have also jumped myself during the events, its a lot of fun and a great workout, in fact Ive often thought that it would make for a very good general workout routine!Thanks Jump Highway, we live close by and well look forward to many more fun events!

My son attends a lot of parties at Jump Highway. He and his friends always seem to have a great time. The check in process is organized and quick. I think there could be a little more attention by the employees who keep an eye on the different jumping areas and I wish the facility was a little larger. A second dodgeball area would be great. That activity always seems to have a lot of kids. The party area isnt really closed off and could be better decorated but overall the kids really love it.

Awesome way to spend Thanksgiving break. Ms. Nicole was particularly AWESOME. She made sure all questions were answered.

My son and daughter loved it very much. We went in Sunday afternoon itwas not crowded, also had enough kids to play dodgeball and have a goodtime. The rest lounge was at second floor so it wasnt as convenient.There is a separate area for smaller kids too.

I took my junior high youth group to Jump Highway when they had been open for just a few months and I was very impressed with how organized and smooth everything went. We had a large group so they took us to the side and got us situated with our wristbands and got us jumping as quickly as they could. Our kids had a great time, especially in the dodge-ball and basketball areas. We will definitely be coming back again!

The Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. My daughters age 6 and 9 went on Friday which is teen night, after i saw how many older kids there were i was a little concerned however, everyone was very polite and cautious around my girls and they had a great time.The price was great, even got a free slice of pizza since i purchased on their website - we will definitely be back.

Great place for family fun. staff is great and facility is well maintained. The only thing I wasnt too happy with is the small child area. It use to have a trampoline and the foam pit, now its only the foam pit and a jumpy. My toddler was very sad she did not get to jump.

Been taking my kids here since it opened. it is amazing fun. They all come out of it exhausted after great workout. They would go everyday if it were possible. Great staff and very clean facilitys. Really love the staff monitoring the play areas at all times,

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here. Not only were the employees great and on top of everything, the kids had a lot of fun! The price makes it worth the two hours of a stress free party. Highly recommended for childrens parties!

Jump Highway is a wonderful place to go and have fun while you exercise! My husband & I are in our early 20s and had a great time, even with little kiddos running around everywhere! We dont know if we enjoyed the jumping or seeing the excitement and joy coming from the kids! Weather you can only jump, bounce, flip, make baskets, or play dodge ball for 15 mins or you can tough it out for a hr or two, the prices are totally worth it! They have group & birthday rates and military discounts! Its a safe and totally kid-friendly environment! At night they turn disco lights and music on for the older kids/adults. My friends go there with a group of friends all the time and have an absolute blast! Hope you all enjoy!

The kids LOVE jumping here and they especially love the low lights night on the weekend. Prices are competitive. The only thing the adults dont like is the lack of comfortable seating and viewing. The upstairs lounge is closed a lot of times now and downstairs has only large homemade boxes to sit on, unless you want to feed the massage chairs every few minutes. Even though we live in Fairfield, we end up driving to Vacaville most of the time to jump. I have mentioned the problem a dozen times to management, but nothing has changed.

Great place for kids to jump and get out all of that energy. Had a great time and kids were busy for over an hour. Had to pull them out of the place! Will definately come back.

We have 5 little boys, ages 1-9, and we LOVED this place! What a perfect way to get all their energy out - they were so worn out. They loved being able to do fun tricks into the foam pits, and bounce off the walls (literally). They also really enjoyed the trampoline dodge ball. Even mom and dad couldnt resist getting into it. We loved that there was also a separate area for our littles to bounce safely. We also liked, that, unlike other bounce places we had looked into, there wasnt a time limit on how long we could stay. We live out of town, but will definitely make this part of our activity list when we visit this area next!! Money well spent!

My 2 boys (14 and 15) had a great time. 2 hours was more than enough to wear them out. The 3 starts are because:1 - The place is getting really dirty2 - There is ZERO comfortable seating for the adults. They have plywood boxes with no cushions that are huge and uncomfortable or the floor - thats it!3 - Theres no food or drinks allowed (but thats probably because the kids just make a huge mess and dirty fingers made for a dirtier facility...so I cant REALLY complain about that).4 - Theres no easy way to make suggestions - what about putting in a suggestion box, rather than asking us to write down and email address, go home, then find the time to write......were there, waiting for our kids with time on our hands when we could be filling out a suggestion form - if youre even interested.

Jump Highway is a great place to bring the kids and let them burn some energy! We also had a school fundraiser there and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Everyone had an awesome time!

Unfortunately, I cannot write a positive review as our money was wasted. The clerk at the desk was extremely rude. We were told that the area for the smaller children was closed early because no one showed up. When we asked her if we would be able to come back on a different day using the same online-purchased coupon, we were told no and that we could not get a refund.Needless to say, I will not be returning and I will not recommend this facility to any of my family or social circles.

I had my sons 6th birthday party here and he had a blast. I really enjoyed Jump Highway and the experience as the staff was very attentive and helpful in making sure he had a great birthday. We will definitely go there again just to jump around and have fun!!!!

Oh yes, the experience was simply divine. Bringing along my friends we had an amazing time here actually having the capacity to be able to dunk a basketball, and the amazing experience in Dodgeball. I would simply love to return there and absolutely look forward to it!

Overall a great place to go have fun! Although it may be crowded on Fridays & Saturdays they have fun music playing! Totally recommend going.

My son has been jumping at the Jump Highway for about 2 years now. He loves this place & so do we. He has autism & this is a great place for special needs kids to fulfill their sensory needs. The staff is generally friendly & they keep the place under control. I really prefer this place to some of the other trampoline places in the sac/bay area because they have larger lanes & not so many grids. This allows the kids to jump around with ease & the little ones to run/hop around without falling over so many grids.My only complaint would be some of the changes that have been implemented since we started going: increased prices, charges for the lockers w/out providing any free shoe storage- you now need to keep your shoes with you in a bag ? if you dont pay for a locker. Kids under 42 MUST jump in the toddler area which is completely separate & splits up family members, often making it impossible for parents to supervise kids of multiple ages/heights. The Special Needs Jump time has been cancelled all together- which is very unfortunate since I know many parents (& kids) who are very interested. It would be great if they had a special needs jump time like the one Sky High offers monthly where kids can jump in a welcoming environment without the loud music & the staff is understanding when they dont follow all the rules.Overall the Jump Highway is a really fun place & I would recommend this for an afternoon of fitness fun for kids & adults alike!

I take my 2 nieces here from time to time and it is by far the most fun place to spend a few hours and not to mention the exercise thats a huge plus! They enjoy it every time and we will continue to come here!!!

The kids love going here! The Friday night with the music and lights off is so much fun for the kids. I have also done my sons bday here! Super cheap and easy plus no mess at my house!

My kids love this trampoline park! Even though we have a Rockin Jump only 15 minutes away, I drive the hour to jump here. Prices are better, employees are professional and accommodating, and the general environment is safe without being overly regulated. Another bonus--its close to the Jelly Belly Factory!

My kids jump around until there exhausted! 12 bucks an hour. Cant beat it. Clean and well managed. Attendants always watching for safety.

Ive been going to Jump High Way since it opened and i loved it from the start!! Its a great place to go if you want to have fun, exercise, or have a birthday party ! The staff is friendly and the park itself is pretty neat!! So go Jump!!!

My only complaint about Jump Highway is the price. Its not insanely expensive, but its enough that Ive only been twice. I prefer to go places where they offer yearly passes for a flat fee, hint hint.I have only ever been to the Under 42 area with my toddler, but she loved it. She can slide down the trampoline, jump, run, or fall into the foam pit. After an hour she was still having fun, but completely exhausted, which was the whole point. A word of caution for parents: the stairs in this section are quite steep. My toddler took a nasty fall on them and got a huge lump on her head. Just be sure to watch them carefully here, and they should be fine.

Pricey if youre not going when they have a special. But fun! Make sure to do the voucher online before you come, save yourself some time.

I took my 9yo daughter here for a friends birthday and she had a really good time. The place was clean and well lit and the staff was friendly.

Great fun place to go! The only thing that kind of sucks is that I know I cant bring my 3 year old niece because I wont be able to jump with her since she is not tall enough to jump out of the toddler area and I am obviously too tall to jump in the toddler area.

First, I have never been to a trampoline park that makes everyone go barefoot. Seems extremely unsanitary. Staff was very rude and clearly in a bad mood. They made an older grandmother move out of one of the massage chairs because she wasnt using it for a massage. I would understand if someone else wanted to use it, but at that there werent many adults. In addition, seating was limited so she had to stand. Overall terrible experience.

It is in a convenient place rather than having to cross a bridge or drive to Sacramento. The inside is awesome and looks very clean rather than the one in Concord.

I have not been back to Jump Highway since my family and I had a horrible experience back in August 2015. The customer service representative (cashier) was extremely rude and did nothing to ensure us that the problem we had would be investigated by management.

This place is pretty cool, first time I went I liked it I made other people go check it out. I recommend going if you havent yet its awesome and a good place to go have some fun!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to go when the kids want to get a good and fun workout. Party packages are reasonably priced. The only thing I didnt care for was the extremely small water bottles that came with the party packages. Cmon, costco is down the street-- can you give our sweaty kids the regular size water bottles?

My triplets love this place. We drive all the way from Santa Rosa to come here. You do not understand how excited we are to find out that they are opening one in Rohnert Park. It is going to be big and beautiful. Thank goodness because there is not really a great place for birthday parties for older kids. This place is great for all ages. Little to big you will love how fun this is. Also heard that there are going to have an adult exercise class too. The staff is so friendly and helpful... WE ARE SO EXCITED.. WELCOME TO SONOMA COUNTY JUMP HIGHWAY...WE CAN NOT WAIT..

This place is great for the kids. I have a few buddies that enjoy going once in a while but it is mostly a kid oriented place. Its fun for the first hour or two then you end up having to leave to get decently priced food anyways. The place is kept relatively clean except for the trampolines themselves. I dont know how clean up procedure goes but the trampolines can get pretty dirty. Buying a 2 hour jump combo is not really recommended as they give you a small slice of pizza and a water that you will end up finishing in seconds. Definitely bring cash for the vending machines drinks.

We had a great time here with the kids. They were worn out and done at the end of 2 hours on the trampolines. Frankly, the adults were toast as well.The ONLY complaints I have would be that they dont have enough computers for registrations and we had to wait for nearly 20 minutes to get our forms filled out.Also, they chose to stock vending machines in the middle of the day, and it took forever, so there was no place to buy water as the EMPTY machine in the large jump area didnt get serviced first. Just a bad decision on their part when they dont allow you to bring in your own refreshments.

Took our 10 year old niece, Jessica for an hour of jumping. I was worn out after 30 minutes of horsing around. Would recommend for any age group. Jessica had a blastThanks Jump Highway!!

Kids had a great time. For 30 dollars a month per kid they can come 6 mmtimes a month.

My daughter loves this place! Love how they have the Friday and Saturday evening jump. Helps keep the kids out of trouble.

Its a great place for both kids and adults, with a great price to go along with it!Coming from a small town (Napa,CA) that does not have much for kids to do, Im glad Jump Highway is just 20 mins away. Its made many boring days so much more fun.

Hi, My family has gone to jump highway on several occasions. Even when crowded the kid have a great time. There is always plenty of room to play and even room to entertain. The staff are great. Weve never left missing anything or anyone this is a great place to go with your kids close to home and inexpensive. Oh yes and let us not forget the indoor wif and the tv

Our family was so excited to see a place like Jump Highway open up in our neighborhood! Although a narrow facility there is ample space for dodgeball, flipping, and jumping to your hearts content. The systems upon arrival tend to be confusing and constantly changing but the staff is helpful. The upstairs area has so much potential but seems to be an area where tired parents go to watch their children through the window. It could be better utilized as an age specific party area--maybe a crawling, ball pit area for toddlers? The downstairs party area, separated by thin partitions, looks thrown together. The party packages are affordable but party areas could use more definition. I feel if there were more concrete areas for check in, souvenir store, soda machines, party areas, etc. the business would feel more established..still seems like a work in progress. Experience is worth getting your children tired if you take advantage of their occasional buy 1 get 1 free hour coupons!

My 13 year old twins love this place. I think it is a great place for them to hang out and release that energy other than at home.I wish the initial waiver sign up was not such a hassle. It took forever to sign up 4 children and there was a long line after us, some people left because it was taking so long. Up stairs lounge is not convenient especially for disabled grandparents who want to watch the children. The benches inside the jumping area are too high and uncomfortable even for me. the lounge area only had a few lights working, the tv was too low and overhead music too high. When kids were playing pool, there were many times I feared getting hit by the pool sticks.

Its a great place for adults and kids to have fun!

This was a great place, the kids had a lot of fun. My only complaint was that it was cramped, if youre not jumping then youre in the way. The staff was friendly.

Both times Ive brought my kids and their friends there they had a blast. However, it is kind of dangerous as any trampoline is as my nephew fractured his foot because it went under the yellow cover accidentally and his foot had gotten injured.

Overall a good experience for my toddler-aged son. The line was long the whole time we were there. Maybe adding another staff member might help.

Great place for the kids run amok. A little chilly in the winter for parents hangin out. Price is decent.

My kids, elementary, jr. high, and freshman/sophomore years of high school love coming here any chance we get. By Junior/Senior year, not so much.As a parent I think its a fair value. Not great as its a bit too high priced to come often with a family of 6, but its ok.A couple of improvements Id like to see:-more seating for parents in the jump area and with outlets for personal devices.(the upstairs seating area is not always open)-more outlets in the upstairs seating area for personal devices.-easier renewal of a customers liability form. Its a real pain to have to go through the line and the entire form again simply to renew. It should be easier at the cashier counter.-get new dodgeballs. they were all deflated last visit. (late August)

After dealing with the disappointment yesterday of having to argue that there are no policies or signs that state kids for the 42 and under area have to be walking, I just got a call from the owner of Jump Highway Fairfield​ in Fairfield - Brian Galvond. He obviously has very low standards of customer service. He was rude and unapologetic for the lack of customer service and clarity of services. Apparently his insurance company thinks that children under 42 and not walking are a liability risk, however a child who is 9 months old and walking is LESS of a liability risk. A special needs child who can not walk, would not be allowed in the facility during regular operating hours but only at special events once a month. Whats even more pathetic is he made no attempt to resolve the situation, apologize for his lack of customer service in the facility OR the fact that it says NO where that kids have to be walking. Including this statement, which I was told was on the frequently asked questions page.Is there an age limit to Jump?We have no age limit! Children must be old enough to walk on their own. For Children under 42 we designate a special area to jump for their safety. These sentences - after speaking with an English teacher, clearly state that children under 42 have a separate area and if they were over 42 must be able to walk.Even so, This is NOT on the main page that says: Tiny BouncersJumpers Under 42 MUST use Kids Court. For hours see our Events Calendar.I will not ever go to this business or recommend this business to anyone. Obviously they lack ethics and the ability to cater to families with a variety of ages of children.
