I was seriously surprised to know that this office maintains Bull Run also because your staff are so kind and I give them so much respect for maintaining two parks;I drove around because I’m looking for a mobile home to buy for myself and my child. I called and was speaking with Josephine who was so sweet and answered all my questions, I truly appreciate her assistant as well as Silvia who I spoke a day or two ago.

Do not recommend living in this community. They are too strict and annoying to say it in nicer terms. They don’t do anything to provide residents any maintenance like they should do (like other property managers). All they do is complain and send flyers. It also appears as if they specifically target a certain race since I’ve noticed some of my neighbors have the same equipment/decoration for months, yet they told me to remove mines or else I would fined.

I just moved a few months ago. I love the place its clean close to shops Josephine and Sylvia are so nice and friendly every time I need information they’re always there to help me.

It’s a very beautiful community, so clean! Right behind Walmart also, big plus.The park office was beautiful and Josephine and Silvia are such amazing staff, very quick and honest with information that was given.When I walked in, both were busy but I was glad to see that a Silvia spoke Spanish to who she was assisting because she had answered everything and also assisted me when she was done. You ladies ROCK and I hope you guys get recognized for all that you do.

Great oasis on a rich (and unafordable) county, acces to great schools

Eleven year resident. Speaks for itself. Unfortunately I found that they now have maintenance associates come in on weekends and holidays to levey late fees and other fines. They cant wait to the next business day to make extra cash at the Tennants expense. I have never been subject to such tactics and an extremely dissatisfied.

They are very racist and discriminatory.
