Fantastic! Came in just to try my hand at pottery and their great instructors were able to help me improve dramatically. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The classes are great and now I am able to create interesting and personalized gifts for my friend and family. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome. Jimmy is great - very helpful and friendly! We had an amazing experience and made lots of items on the clay wheel. The instructors and staff were also very helpful and knowledgeable - we will be back again!

One of my guest could not show and they told me they were going to give her money back and I call back and they said we can give her a gift certificate to come back. I just dont understand why they tell me one thing then turn around and tell me something else. Then she lied and told me she talked to me or someone in my group and she didnt. Poor customer service. The person that taught the potter class was GREAT. GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT. SMH!!!!

My 10 year old son LOVES this place. (We go to the Fairfax location.) The instructors are very friendly, hands-on and patient! My son took classes with Jimmy Potters for 3 years through his school, but this past summer he attended a studio camp using the pottery wheel and hes hooked. I just signed him up for more after-school pottery wheel classes in the Fairfax studio. SO happy to find a place where its not just painting pre-made pieces!

Awesome! We had a great time on the pottery wheel and our instructor was very patient and helpful. Overall a great experience.

Unfortunately we were ignored by the staff as we waited to ask questions about pottery classes for kids. Too bad, I would have liked to come here, but not after that customer service.

Pricey but the kids had a lot of fun.
