I have lived next this park for most of my life, plenty of good trails to ride with a dirt bike and or whatever outdoor rec vehicle you want. Some say that a pile of rocks resembling a small fort are still there from when the native americans called this place home.

A hiking trail in RI so that was nice. Could be good for running maybe.

This was a stronghold of Queen Quiapen, the leader of the Narragansetts after the Great Swamp Fight in 1675. The opposition was in Richard Smiths Castle in Cocumscussock (now Wickford), mainly non-local soldiers from Boston.
