Thee staff is friendly, and thee pizza is simply wonderful. Also reasonable prices. My family and I simply love this place.
Been awhile since I been here & man what a shame. This place has changed so much. They no longer have anything for the kids to play in/on. Its all video games & now you need a prepaid card to add points or time on. Bottom line, its a complete rip off!!! Their ticket system completely sucks & to say theyre cheap at giving the kids tickets is an understatement!! The smell in the air was almost unbearable due to an obvious broken sewer line that I could hear several other parents complaining about the smell. 2 hours & $45 later... This is what my sons ticket winnings allowed him to walk away with. REALLY CHUCK?? I wish I didnt have to give one Star cause its really not deserving of it. I wont be bringing my son back here...
Apparently Chuck E Cheese has changed a lot since I was a kid. No more ball bits, costumed characters, etc. Just a big arcade. But its cool that you can buy all-you-can-play for a given time period since of paying but the game. Our 4 year old loved it
Great place to take your kids and their friends. My son just turned 13 and he agrees with me, its a place where a kid can be a kid no matter what age. I certainly have fun when I go as well. Wish the food prices werent so high though.
I loved the place! But today my wife and I brought our three children over from Portland and they were very disappointed. Between the food, which was very good, and the games, we spent almost $200.00. We were supposed to have a two hour unlimited fun time. Well, we got less than an hour and a half. Needless to say, I immediately spoke to the staff. It wasnt until raising my voice a little that I found results. This is not the Chuck e Cheese I remembered over the last almost twenty years. Bad place to bring children.
Great, fun, clean, family-friendly place to take the kids. Worth the trip, and best budget friendly arcade we have found! Other good tips to know:1. The fun isnt just for kids - there are plenty of arcade games that adults will enjoy too.2. Not too crowded, and good parking and other local restaurants3. The (newish) unlimited games option is the best. For $15 - $20 (depending on the day) you get a card that allows you to play unlimited arcade games for an hour! Way better and cheaper to do it this way, than to visit a like arcade place and play each game using quarters. If you have little kids, dont get too many unlimited cards and use them all at once. Space them out and go at the pace of your kids.4. Look online for coupons - coupons for discount meals and activities are online (Tuesday = best day for Pizza, Wednesday = best day for unlimited arcades)5. The prizes here are pretty good, but require lots (abnormally high) amount of tickets to get them. Plan on dedicating time to winning tickets if you want to get a decent prize6. 2-3 machines were broken when we were here. But overall most worked well
Its too bad... the staff seemed to be nice, but when the customer service was tested, the mgr was rude, abrasive and exactly what a business owner would NOT want. My family went here on Sun 26 and only had cash. The front counter was 5 to 6 people deep so we asked mgr to male change. We were brushed off and told to wait in line. Another customer asked the same of her and made change for her with no issue. When my wife confronted her... She said something under her breath and walked away. Its a good thing the rest of the staff was very nice and accommodating... Unlike their mgr.1
My grandkids had a wonderful time
Allot of new good changes they know charge by the time you buy. not by the money you deposit into each machine. For 30 minutes is 13 dollars all the machine you can use in this time. They open at 11 early on its dead.
Great place to spend an afternoon with your kid(s). I spend my parenting time here frequently. Most everyone is friendly, though the service can be pretty slow at times.
Something for everyone; got some old folk who just to sit and talk? the kids, that want to move about and play some games? want junk food? A little bit of everything!!!
They were amazing!! At first, they werent! The host of our party delivered food without even telling us or getting my son, she did not make it all about him and we paid for the most expensive package! But, I spoke to her, and told her how I felt, I was really upset she had just slapped our food on the table like it wasnt almost 200$ for only 4 of them to have a special party!! No attention had been given to him at all! But, then the manager came out, she told him what happened, and he literally gave us replacement pizzas, free pizzas, free drinks, was SO kind and genuine,(ours were gone or eaten when we came back to our table!) And then he even took money off our check!! He was very nice, and she completely did a 360 with her service!! Sje was right by his side, accommodated Everything he wanted or needed, and noone treated me funny for complaining! They completely understood how special it was supposed to be, and how special it is advertised to be, and they turned the whole party around after that! I highly recommend this Chuck E cheese to every kid and Parent!!
We had my Godsons birthday there today, and it was a good time. Our party was running late and the Staff was VERY accommodating and helped us out greatly! Thank you to the people at Chuck E. Cheese! I know, Were not always easy to deal with, LoL. Its very much appreciated.
Well the place was fun but a bit unorganized if you ask me there where like 10 workers standing around talking to each other when there are long lines for food or prizes. The machines kept clogging to •́ ‿, •̀ but they were really nice about helping out and even gave extra tickets for mistakes sometimes.
Cheap and affordable. Game card change things and most rides and games are only 1 credits. Looks pretty clean and big enough for a lot of people. Staff looks friendly also.
The place where a kid can be a kid, and an adult can get the best pizza without feeling like a weirdo for just walking into Chuck E. Cheese for food.
Its fun pizza and fries are good. Keep up the good work
Food is standard chuck e cheese pizza. Not great but you dont come here for gourmet food. Service was pretty slow and the staff was mostly just standing around except for one person who seemed to be doing everything. Complained twice to two different people about a machine out of tickets but the manager was more concerned with sorting toys than helping. Service was slow. Rather than coming near obviously excited children to take pictures, the dressed up chuck e cheese opted for a wave from across the room. (There were only about 6 kids in the whole place). All in all not a great experience.
I may be 21 but I love bring my sister to chucky cheeses. I also love playing their fishing game. Its the game that can give you the most tickets.
Simply the best. I love going to this location. The kids have so much fun. It would be nice to have more fun for the one year olds. Just a few more things like ball games and building games with a timer.
So good since the booze got removed its once again where a kid can be a kid
Although I was very reluctant to take my grandchildren to Chuck E cheese Considering the last 2 experiences that I have dad theyre both of them be and totally and completely Unnecessary uncalled for in definitely 100% unprofessional.I decided to take a chance try one more time and To see if they changed their staff or got enough complaints to turn the disaster around. I still saw a couple familiar faces on it being a very short visit. BUT thankfully i was pleasantly surprised. I didnt catch the name of the managers or supervisors and only spoke to the gentleman. He was very professional and attentive. He looked very busy and as soon as you were in close proximity he stopped what he was doing and asked if you needed anything etc....There was 1 female i would like to mention as she was very kind an also customer service focused. Her name is Carmen N. Like i said it was my geanddaughters 2 year old bday and she was starting to be a little whiny and carmen totally understood what to do to make her happy. Carmen thank you!!!! I def have a different outlook on taking my grandchildren to chuckie cheese again.
Very good for the kids. My family and friends full joy themselves
Keep in mind this is a wild place for kids, but its clean, the food is good enough and the staff is pretty great.
Good place to celebrate childrens birthdays, however in the location I was at; the arcade machine kept breaking down, as well as the ticket exchange one due to the high demand of the weekend.
Great place for the kids, pizza isnt as good as it use to be. They must have changed the recipe
Once a month there is sensory day...you think they would do more..My son is on the spectrum and really he can only last 10-15 minutes before he gets overwhelmed. I even think it happens right away..but it shows few minutes later. I have to drag him out kicking, screaming, biting. Such an eventful occasion, wouldnt you say…I used to adore Chucky cheese with my other children just give them coin and let them rip...now I am totally unsure as to if Chucky Cheese understands, parent with children with disabilities want the same thing. To see our children having fun too. Make it sensory friendly everyday for certain hours early in the day....with staff trained to support or assist....Now thats a Chucky Cheese I could only dream of.......(Sighs deeply)Cheers!
Ive been taking my kids to Chuck E Cheeses since they were little. There now 17 & 19. To this day every game is still ONE TOKEN. YES thats correct one token from skee ball, shooting hoops to racing motorcycles or cars. You can also race someone or challenge someone shooting hoops but then its a whopping 2 tokens. Like I mention weve been going since my kids were young 4 & 5. We havent been in a while since there grown up now, but were in the area and I mention it swinging in, they looked at me funny and were hesitant about it, but we went for a bit and had a great time playing a bunch of games without breaking the bank to do it.
Fun place to let kids get their energy out.
Busy place but its all about the kids and their fun.
Booked a birthday party here. Great service
Smaller place than the usual. Gets crowded fast. The pizza is rubbery. The salad bar is great!! Fun place to take the kids on a rainy day! Great prices and fun prizes Free parking and plenty of it!! Great place for a kids birthday party!!!!
If you have kids and you want them be happy in the weekend, take them there. A lot of game video and activities... And delicious pizza
My kids had fun. Were going back. The security level to keep kids safe was extraordinary. If your stamp doesnt match the child, you cant leave.
One of the best Pizza around. Access control is properly enforced.
The last time I went here it was chaotic! When chuck went out and have a dance party with the kids. And the end he started to make it rain with tickets, and the kids all dived in the middle. I literally had to save a little girl cause everyone was trampling over her. This is basically a casino for kids. And the pizza gross I don’t care if the ‘za isn’t perfect. These kids are literally are eating rat poisoning because you don’t like to get the job done. And let the kids suffer. Disgusting
I think that for parent to bring there kids here the bathrooms should be more cleaner.
Bathrooms are not children friendly. Supposedly, your customers niche are children. Update your bathroom to their height. Definitely, have Wi-Fi or make sure its on.
Good place for my kid to hang out. The staff was good and attentive when we had issues, and over all place is pretty clean.
My son had a blast! The staff was very kind and helpful. Great experience!
As far as Chuck-E-Cheeses go this is my favorite. My son loves the Terminator game I love the football game. Its outrageously not crowded on weekdays if your kids ever have a day off from school. And things seem to work better now that they have cards instead of tokens.
The place isnt as good as before after they lost the jungle gym area for the kids, but the employees are very sweet and helpful. 5 stars for the customer service. I havent seen many machines not working, which is always a plus.
Quick, efficient and very nice for a kids party.
Fun and hectic as expected but better than I thought it would be.
The rat seems to be vulnerable to attacks from behind or when adjusting mask
I had a great experience at chuck e. cheese! i haven’t been there since i was young and today i brought my nephew and he had a blast! the workers are so kind and helpful, i spoke to one of the workers and asked for her name, her name is carmen. She not only gave us a welcoming experience she was so kind and generous and i’m so grateful for workers like her, she had plenty patients especially with me being able to tell she is a young girl and deals well with her job. I will for sure be back soon!
The only people I feel worse for than the patrons are the employees. This place was absolute chaos. Food was average, prices were really good. They actually threw a really decent birthday celebration.
My kids love chuck E Cheese. So I treat them once in awhile. But the tables was dirty, and when our food came out. It was barely warm. Pizza was soggy, and not that good. But kids love pizza, I feel like they should put a little more effort into there food. Since it’s pricey, not only that why are the game Machines breaking down on kids. It seem like every time I go it’s a issues with something. There’s barely good customer service. I feel like they need to be trained to better serve customers...That’s why I gave it a two stars, so get it together Chuck E. Cheese
I’ve been here 3 times in the past year hoping for a better experience each time. Unfortunately I haven’t seen it yet. Each time 5-7 games didn’t work (either the card scanner didn’t work, no tickets came out, or it had an out of service sign) and 2-3 of the ticket counter machines weren’t working or were turned off altogether. It gets really busy in the weekends so the fewer machines (games & ticket counters) leads to longer wait times & frustrated kids. When I informed the staff about the tickets not coming out they gave me the missing tickets but didn’t bother to see what was wrong with it or post a sign that it wasn’t working.
Went to a kids birthday party here. They have a good security plan to make sure kids dont wander off and that no one who isnt in your party can leave with your child. Food was what youd expect of this type of establishment. My five year old loved it here
The place was packed but my kids enjoyed themselves. I guess Saturday night is their busiest time. Employees were friendly.
Me my dad little brother and sister had so much fun
Good place for taking the little ones
Had a wonderful time on Wednesday afternoon for my sons Birthday great deals online not a huge crowd. Had a Blast for 2 hours!
My 6 year old boy have Autism and he loves this place and because of his autism I just take him on days when it’s not to crowded (early weekdays). Customer service, they are good never had any complaints. Yes they have been some machines out of service but they fix it quickly when I’m around.
Epic fun games just fix the machines so it gives tickets
My 7 year old son has a blast. Pizza was pretty good
The staff is rude and pushy. I had my daughters birthday party here and I had to serve my own guests!?! I thought I was paying to have the party hosted? Also she made us leave our table 30mins early which made a lot of my daughters friends leave. She said she needed to set up for the next party...get this there wasnt a next party at the table so we got pushed out and got to look at the empty table. Then I was waiting for my sister to come back from the atm so i could tip the girl when my father came over and said the girl was complaining loudly about not getting tipped. So I gave her nothing. I will never EVER go here again. To be honest I dont think I will ever go to any Chuck E Cheess ever again.
Good and they need to fix alot of the rides/games.
The food is good. Kids loved and adult too
This place is always insane but they tend to handle it well. Few games were out of tickets & some were missing corresponding balls. Other than that it was fine.
Pizza better than expected.
Good place to enjoy with family.
They can do better. Everything is so different now. And I spend for nothing because when u going to pick u price they only have TRASH
Loved it as a child and love it even more that I have my own child. Staff is great. The place is nice and clean. Food is great. Will go again.
Went around 1030am. Place was not too busy. Had a lot of fun with my little angel ️
Very nice place children have a lot of fun
I really have to give it up for the manager on 3/31/19. I think his name was Mike. I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese since i was a child & i explained that to the manager because i was so lost. I wanted to celebrate my daughters 6th bithday with a few family members. He walked me through every option that fit my budget & crowd. I was so overwhelmed when i walked in & he was just a breath of fresh air. Thanks Mike for making my daughters birthday one for the books!!! U ROCK!!!
Heard its a awesome place
Never been. Is good. Fun. Tv. Never been.
The service was good but it took 30 mintues for our waiter to tell us how much it took to tell my family and I how much the food and the arcade games cost
Chuck E. Cheese started offering Sensory Sundays the 1st Sunday of the month...being a mother of a child that has autism this was something I was looking forward to...then I check to see if this particular Chuck E. Cheese offers it and that would be a big fat N O!!!!! WHY NOT!!!! So disappointed because there are not lots of places autistic kids can go and be themselves or really enjoy. THINK ABOUT OFFERING IT!!!!! Think of how much this would mean to families with children of autism if this was offered!!! The JOY they could have, the time they could share outside the home together without feeling isolated because of certain behaviors, being able to enjoy what other kids get to, and just being able to be a kid!!!!
My brother & sisters plays & winerfor chens praise
I was disappointed.. To begin with they are so over priced... The prizes which are incentive to win tickets for children are set at such a high exchange rate for what you give in tickets to the prize you get. I cant imagine anyone winning that many tickets in one trip... I was there with my 4 yr old on a Friday at 5:30pm and they were understaffed. 5 out of ten of the machines were out of tickets for lack of being restocked. Next time I will pick a different arcade.
In my opinion, this is one of the worst Chuck E Cheeses I have ever visited. Games take money but dont work. Play time on games is exceptionally short and spit out few tickets. Drive a little further, you can do better. This place does not appear to care about children.
Never go here, the inside of the pizza crust was raw, Im pretty sure it gave me food poisoning, didnt give us a refund after asking for one after waiting for our pizza for an hour and a half, staff ignored us completely, if I could give this 0 stars, i would. Last thing: all of the slices of pizza were different lengths, sizes, and shapes, one of the slices even had a bite taken out of it.
Not to busy good games and good food nice atmosphere
Wrong sauce for my chicken food was good. Fountain drink area was nasty and straw dispenser didnt work all the kids were sticking their hands in the straw holder container
Very kid friendly, ages 2-12ish
The iconic best childrens place to play at. There are tasty pizzas and alot of games just like children like. Its great to be categorized as Arcade for everyone.
I brought my daughter there for her 2nd birthday party. It was really fun but the food was very expensive. I paid 60 dollars for a one portion salad, a small sandwich with fries, and chicken wings. I knew it was gonna be expensive so I brought my own drinks . The food was ok. The games were fun but I recommend buying time to play unlimited games instead of those stupid cards with only a limited amount of games for the same price.
Chuck e only comes out every so often, doesnt interact with kids and leaves after walking around for a few minutes. Really different from when I was growing up but my 3 y.o did have fun on the games after she stopped being upset because she couldnt meet the mouse
We just left here about an hour ago. We were evacuated because of a fire. What a disgrace how it was handled. The smoke was coming from the back where the stage is. A bottleneck quickly formed at the entrance. There was another exit that was not clearly marked on the other wall. Workers were not any help. Rather than tell people in the bottleneck of the other exit, one was yelling at customers to get out, evacuate, its an emergency. Staff really need some training in emergencies or have common sense. Will not be going back.
I use to take my children when they were small. It is an arcade now. No more fun shows. Drove 4 hours definitely not worth the drive. Very disappointed in all the down grades.
I think this is one of worst branch of Chuck E. Cheese’s that i have ever visited. It is very small, no much games. My daughter is 2 years, she can only play 3 games! Sad! And most of the time there was an error in some games and not working.I hated this branch. It really need to be upgraded some how.
I think he likes it
To be honest, the place is okay but not that great. “Chuck e. Cheese” is fun but not that fun. What I’m telling you is that, there are problems about the place, not the game, not the customers but mostly the place. Don’t get me wrong though but it’s true. Now mistakes can always be fix but in this case, but they never did? How long do I have to stay in line? When is my pizza coming? (*I’m hungry*) And mostly, it’s a rip off. Childrens would love to go to chuck e cheese but for me, it’s a no no. Even though I’m not a parent, I’ve experienced something like this before, or let’s say many times. Let’s all make an agreement, or opinions. This place should need more of a care, there should be more workers if you’re planning to make more money or just fun. Secondly, more games should be added. People who go to chuck e. cheese, monthly or let’s say, some time during the year shouldn’t experience the same game over and over again. Add more entertainment games, and I know chuck e. cheese is based in children’s entertainments only but come on, you can least try harder? And lastly, money and toys. I’m not sure of how this is going to work out but the toys are bad, much plastics. It’ll probably get lost in like a day, Candies you can probably buy those in a 1 dollar store and mostly everything else is a rip off. Now, everything is an opinion but hopefully this paragraph doesn’t offend people because I’m not trying to offend people, I’m trying to tell the truth and sometimes the truth hurts.
It,s fun, games,cotton candy
This has been the Chuck E. Cheeses that I have gone to since I was a little girl. Of course it has changed tremendously since I was a girl, but it is still just as fun as when I used to go. The people who work here are always nice and the games are always fun. You can make Birthday parties here for your children and its a blast for the kids and grown ups. Back when I was a little girl, I used tokens to play the games. Now you will find that they use play passes. Which basically you can charge it with different amounts of play points. Prices are cheaper than the old token prices. Overall this place is great and I would recommend this place to anyone.
