The theater is great. Dance area in front of stage (or we made one for a show I was at)and although old the seats are comfortable. The balcony seating has a great view. The single drawback is the “concessions/bar” area as it’s up stairs which may be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Don’t remember if there was an elevator. I would happily go to shows there. Easy parking too.
Great band (Outlaws) and great seats.. did not like the fact that people could move toward the stage and block our view. I ended up moving toward stage like everone else.
What a fun place! The seats are super comfortable and not a bad seat in the house! Its in really good condition for being 118 years old. Fun to see all the history posted about as well. This place is a real gem! Will definitely be back for other shows!
I can only give this place 3 stars because of its age. I love this theatre! Its a very nice place without a bad seat. Even the upper balcony has a good view and sound- which can be rather loud depending on the show. It could use a good renovation, as the seats are worn and the floor can be gross at times. There is a small basic bar upstairs in addition to a concession stand (which cant always keep up with the popcorn demand). Alcohol is allowed in the seating area. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance for dinner before the show, options are limited but still decent.
Wonderful Theater; Built 100 years ago, or so. Theater is a Historic, Beautiful Theater that must be kept open with Fine Entertainment! Several years ago, a businessman wanted to buy the property and doze down the theater to build a parking garage! We must support the Theatre; shes A Grand Old Dame! Please support the Historic Everett Theater!
I absolutely enjoyed performing here. The sound crew and house staff were efficient and helpful. The green room downstairs is spacious. The venue is a historic “vaudeville” theatre and is definitely an asset to Everett’s culture worthy of civic support.
Small, intimate theater with historic charm
Yardbirds on Feb.8 2020 was just an amazing music night. Every member new & old played flawlessly. So great to see such powerful talent in Everett. Ill keep looking in the future for more great shows.
It was a very nice theatre. Sound was awesome. Great adult beverage choice. I would recommend and will be back
Not s bad seat in the house. Beautiful building. Great sound
A great small 1909 theater that has been fixed up very nicely. Very comfortable.
Very good classic style theater and wonderful architecture. I’ve only visited this theater once and this was to view a Seahawks game. The seat are comfortable, the building has great history and it’s clean. I plan on visiting the theater again in the future for other events.
Saw a comedy show. Had a great time. Nice place
I love going here, such a fantastic venue, I wish it held more events or showed more old movies.
We love the location and intimacy of this theater. Every seat is great. And The Lonely was a fabulous band!!
A beautiful theatre for the performing art. It may not have all the latest bells and whistles but that is why it is historical and a throw back to an era of early theater. Good location with easy access and close to shops and restaurants.
What a wonderful night. The theater is great, a jewel in Everett. The show was great. I will be back.
Very fun place to be and good sound! They have a small concession stand upstairs along with a small full service bar area!Have been here for small country concerts and its a lot of fun for little money!!!!!!
The Improv Comedy show made for a great date night! The actors were so creative!
Love their shows w cover bands... hearing all the hits by a live band that knows the music... last night the Neil Youngs
Great place, local talent and more. Good sound and comfortable seating. Keep an eye out for their upcoming events. Sometimes for everyone. Easy to get on their email list.
Saw the Yardbirds here, amazing small venue for great live music!!
A fabulous venue to see many tribute bands at a great price. Surrounded by very good places to eat and drink before the show.
There is nothing quite like performance on a stage like this.Absolutely amazing!
It was fabulous. Johnny Cash Tribute. Awesome group!
Great venue to visit every seat is great and the beverages reasonable.
Could use a fresh coat of paint, but its cool place
Very fun, classic theatre to check out. They have an amazing lineup of shows.
Great place to watch films and avoid the crowds in Seattle. The bartender was friendly and the place was clean!
What a great location for an 8 hour lecture. Seats were comfy, good lunch spots nearby, you can park 8 blocks away for free all day, clean bathrooms, great acoustics, nice big screen for the PowerPoint presentation. I hope future nursing CE classes are helps at this locale.
Its a real pleasure to come to the Everett Historic Theater and see first class entertainment....!!! Theres nota bad seat in the house with a GREAT atmosphere. Refreshments and concessions were very adequate. Weve attended two shows at the Theater; Blood, Sweat, & Tears and Jefferson Starship. Both were GREAT shows and the kind of first class entertainment we enjoy...!!! Keep up the good work.....
I always enjoy the shows and events here at the Historic Theater. Great to have a local venue that provides a diverse mix of events. And I really appreciate the owners recognizing us veterans, before each concert. Keep up the great work!
Loved watching Buster Keaton. Cant wait for another silent movie.
Great place to see a concert all seat are good
Amazing!!! the owners of the theater have done a great job of cleaning it up, fixing it up and bringing back the historical Glory. They have many booked events that you heard of and popular and well-known. everybody should be checking their schedules out and going to these because it is really great. keep up the good work Curt.
Really great place to see a show! I remember when I saw movies here when I was younger.
Had a great time!! Awesome show preformed my funny performers
Clean and well maintained. But this is an older building, and mrs. Some of the more modern comforts.
This is an amazing Historical venue that is a gift to the City of Everett
The Historic is a wonderful venue for live performances and film. Guests are invited to bring concession items into the auditorium. Its within walking distance of both fine and casual dining. Street parking is free and usually not a problem.
I always enjoy attending events here. Great spot for films, plays, live music and more. Bathrooms are a little cramped, and the lobby and upper common area get crowded easily. Ticket prices are usually reasonable. It also is supposedly haunted too.
I love this place! The character is amazing and there are so many great, affordable shows! Grab some pop corn and a glass of wine for an intimate venue with an old fashioned feel. Most of the ushers and staff are community volunteers, which is a nice touch as well. From rock shows to plays to comedy, theres something for everyone and definitely a kid friendly environment. The hardest part about a night out at the theater is parking! :)
Beautiful restored Pantages style theatre offering a variety of musical and theatrical events. No air conditioning in summer but they open the side doors in the theatre which kind of screws up the ambience.
I love this theater. Its pretty cozy but there are no bad seats. Cute little old building with old cameras decorating the upstairs lobby. Parking can be difficult to find though. Everett has loads of free parking but it never seems to be enough
Love coming here. Lots of small events. Small concerts or plays. Its a cute venue and has refreshments upstairs. The vibe is old timey and its right in downtown Everett. A cute little place. Love checking out the rising stars that perform here.
Great old theater that is locally owned
Best-kept secret in Everett! The theater has been booking some terrific talent over the last few years: John Sebastian, Los Lobos, Kim Wilson, Curtis Salgado, and more. Prices are very reasonable, and its an intimate venue.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this venue. Its over 100 years old, and has tons of character. Everybody thatworks here is a volunteer. The owner is a Navy veteran. The architecture and ambiance is amazing. Ive sat both on the first floor and the balcony- all great seats. Could maybe use a new mic, but hey, theyre 100+ years old. Gotta giveem a little slack for that. AND the fact they ARE in Everett..... They bring a little of that old school class back to the area. Great job!!
The Historic Everett Theater is a beloved venue for longtime residents. After the movies migrated to the malls, the theater found new life as a performing arts center and concert venue. The nostalgic atmosphere makes it a particularly enjoyable venue for classic rock shows. Check the concert schedule for an opportunity to see legends in an intimate setting.
Seats are comfortable in the theater. The green room and dressing rooms restroom and sinks not maintained.may be need renovation. Otherwise ok place for school plays
Very nice venue. Personal staff was super
Such a cool place, great performances and volunteers rock!
Love this place, hope everyone patronizes this venue and keep it alive
Beautiful historic theater. Second row seats have great leg room. Others looked to have similar room but dont know for certain.
Lovely venue, great sound. The volunteers are always helpful and kind. There are pretty good acts that they put on there, AND the Twisted Flicks shows. The Twisted Flicks shows can be hilarious! This place makes for a great date night or for just hanging out with the girls.
This place is pretty great unless you got people in front of you that like to stand the whole time. They should do something about that and they dont.
Went here to see petty thief and it was great. Really fun venue and every seat is close to the action. We got there early and sat front row.
George Norri had an all star cast, with a sprinkling of his showmanship, performing a variety of show tunes. I would definitely return and recommend it for others.
Fun time watching football game
Nice cozy place for concerts
Great venue! Good sound. Great seats. Tons of history.
See Blood, Sweat, & Tears there last night. None of the original members, but they sure sounded like them. Love the horns! Cozy little theater with old school charm!
Great place to catch a show..
Nice venue, worth keeping.
Classic just needs air conditioning or Id give it 5 stars.
Beautiful theater! Loved the event, would definitely come again.
Beautiful old theater. Has been entertaining Everett for over a century. A gem in the midst of renovation. I try and go as often as possible but it seem that the word doesnt get out very well as most performances I attend are embarrassingly undersold. I want the history of my city to live on and will continue to go as often a possible and get as many people as possible to come with me. Everyone should check this place out at least once.
Great concert venue. Comfortable.
Great smaller venue with national touring bands and local musicians, and comedy acts too Price for tickets is reasonable
Very nice comfortable seats. The sound at the concert we attended had excellent sound. Not a bad seat in the house.
Elvis use to be a annual thing and monthly improv I guess things cant last forever. Btw the way it might be nice to has nachos or hop and dip in the snack stand, something beside popcorn
Historic Theater in Everett. Nice venue for rock concerts. However, never buy front row seating tickets, eventually people will migrate to front of stage and you wont be able to see. Lesson learned. Womens restrooms: toilets dont always flush if its a full house in there.
This is such a great Theater! We always have the best time here.
Queen Nation rocked the Historic Everett Theater!! Great show!
Sound system needs work - lacks distinction of instruments and voice. Love this theater and its vision; to have returnees and referrals, sound needs to improve.
Awesome venue. Friendly and fun.
Customer Service super rude here. Went to an event last July and ended up in the balcony...about 100 degrees with no circulation. Unfortunately, my event is only held here and I have to go again but had questions about my tickets because my reserved seats did not print out a seat number. The man I spoke with was super rude and telling me to just write it down on my paper ticket. Im worried Ill get screwed out of my seats and others will have the same problem. The first time I went here, the staff seemed confused and irritated. They obviously werent ready for a sell out crowd. Very archaic and unorganized staff. I hate this place but have to go see my Mr. Noory. Hope it turns out ok. Calling the ticket distributor, not the theater, they are no help.
Well organized venue. Old place, which is expected given its historic. Would go again
I saw Los Lonely Boys last year at this theatre and was delighted with the experience! The sound was incredible!
Always something good to go see here
Always have good viewing seats wherever we sit. Cordial and Personable staff /volunteers. Clean & Comfortable plus fabulous old time decor. You must check out the ceiling. Well keep attending performances for as long as this venue keeps its doors open.
Beutiful old theatre. The kind of place that must be preserved
