Visited for a childrens birthday party and had a good time! Probably better suited for children three and older, but my two-year-old still had a great time. Myself and her dad were even able to join in on the fun. Very clean and tidy business with lots of event possibilities. I was excited to see that you can just stop by to play and not have to be part of an event party - we would happily return for a play date!
My son loved it at The Inflatable Fun Factory. He and the my other kids enjoyed themselves. Had my baby party there and it was incredible. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. My kids had a blast!
Good place to take the kids to burn some energy. Only $10 a kid. Adults are free. Food is actually decent.
Great place to bring kids for $10 all day stop and play or dont want to mess up your house for a birthday party or kid gathering so it at the inflatable fun factory they will take care of everything for you and your party needs. Safe, Sanitized, Fun. Very Clean!! Great staff very attentive!!
We came here for my little girls 5th birthday party. We took advantage of a special available on Groupon and the pricing was reasonable. Lydia took care of our party and any issue which came up, she fixed it. No cake cutter? No problem cause Lydia had extras. She served our cake and food. Without a doubt, she went above and beyond. I see where theres several bad reviews on here, just ask for Lydia. Shell take care of all the party needs.
Great pricing for kids. Adults are always free! My son never wants to leave. Best of all, hes usually asleep minutes into the ride home.
This is a fun hidden gem. More of a workout for adults than the trampolines. Thankfully they have two of those massage chairs for adults. You must have socks. There are bounce house with slides you have to climb up to, I couldnt do it. But I did explore with the grandaughter in in the other parts. Many arcade games to win tickets to redeem for prices. There is food and drinks all kid favorites. A VR ride of a rollercoaster if you have it in you. Basketball shoots and skee ball game in the entrance. Well worth the 10 per kid adults free.
Its a cool place to take young kiddos. Mine are 4 & 2 and it was perfect. HOWEVER, I spent $20 at the door, $20 on tokens for games, then $25 on food (plus a $3 ATM FEE). Then when I went to go get refills they charge $1 per refill. WHICH WOULD BE FINE IF THEY DIDNT ALSO HAVE A $5 MINIMUM PURCHASE! So in order to get a refill after already spending $68 there, I wouldve had to purchase something else I didnt need or want. I ABOUT DIED, FOLKS.
My family and I came into Evansville from Michigan for a birthday party. The facility was clean and the staff were all very nice. Great place to go for family fun and an easy way to tire your kids out
Everytime we come into town this is a must. Kids always have fun in the inflatables and rack up some tickets at the games. The staff is always friendly, very patient, and helpful. The facilities and spaces are very clean as well.
Ive tried taking my daughter here more than once to give it multiple chances. My experience has always just been... Meh. I get the pull for older kids, and the $10 would be worth it for them. Theres plenty of inflatables for them to entertain themselves for an extended amount of time. However, I cant say the same for smaller kids. Its not worth the money for three and under AT ALL. Theres not an area specifically set for smaller children, so its all overrun by older kids knocking down the younger ones.
This place is wonderful. Very clean and the staff is very nice. The rates are very fair and the food is good and not over priced.
Took both my children 5 and 2 for a day of fun. Was well worth the $10 each. They spent over 2hrs bouncing. Only thing I wish was there was an area just for the littles where no big kids can enter.
Worst $200 ever spent. My 3 year old had fun but wasnt worth the $200 plus $25 for pizza and the $3 for a large drink that was more like a small/medium and $1 fill up! Do no recommend!! Even the water was $1!
Great for kids! Went there with my family, kids had a blast, they have pizza, drinks, and other things to eat as well
Family fun night was not crowded and perfect activity for my 2 boys.
This place is amazing and the price is awesome the staff is so nice and respectful. The manager lydia needs another raise cause she was on fire all day with the staff an kids an honestly everything an was the sweetest!
This place is great for kids but I think its a little pricey! Otherwise its great for family fun. Parties are expensive!
SUPER disappointed with the staff today. I had planned to bring a cake and three gifts, a handful of adults, two kids and a baby- DEFINITELY not enough people to pay almost $200 for their smallest birthday package which includes very little. I brought my gift in, and one of the staff member walked up to my boyfriends mother and asked if she was with a private party. We said no, since we didn’t want to lie to a teenage staff member who is probably making minimum wage. She walked away and said nothing, did nothing. My mom and sister brought a gift each and the staff wouldn’t let us bring them in, even though my gift somehow got through the stringent Inflatable Fun Factory security process. I bought a cake that they wouldn’t let us bring in, as well. So it sat in the car. It’s not like we don’t pay to get in this place, for the games, or for the flat, overpriced styrofoam cups of what tastes like an generic version of mountain holler. They were over-staffed with numerous unsmiling, angsty looking teenagers who stood around and took gifts from children. This place is a JOOOOOOKE. A kid with 2 friends who is turning four can’t open presents and eat cake at an establishment WE PAY TO GET IN. Don’t go here unless you’re just desperate for your kid to run off some energy or you just have a hankering for an overpriced pretzel prepared by employees who seem like they probably listen to A LOT of Billy Eilish. Like a lot.Go to a restaurant, bring your cake and your gifts and your balloons, and go to the park by the river. Or an abandoned Toys R Us. Hell, Washington Square Mall provides more entertainment, I think, and they don’t take children’s gifts away from them. Enjoy this petty review of a sad place for children ran by actual children.
Had a birthday party there. Everybody had fun. A little steep on prices though.
Grandkids loved this place. Plenty of inflables to go around
Priced too high. $30 for my 3 younger kid’s to play for an hour in a single room (both rooms were open in the past) isn’t a great value. As it is we go maybe once a month. Cut that price in half or offer a discounted toddler time and we’re there weekly. Especially with summer coming.
My son loved it. $10 to get in. $3 drinks. Snack food for around $5. 5 big inflatables. Some of the games are 1 token, which is rare anymore. They are more the games you just play to get tickets though, where you put a token in just to see how many tickets you get out, only a few that are actually a game. The VR machines were broke when we were there. The big foam blocks were a lot of fun. Staff was nice and kept things clean. I think they should open the VIP lounge that they reserve for parties daily and just close it off when there is actually a party. Seems like a waste to me
It was ok
Kind of expensive for what is offered. Nice private party room though ($300 for an hour) They charge for special lighting (glow lighting) in there which is not surprising, but an extra $25??!! Give me a freaking break! The teenagers that work there have a little bit of an attitude too which doesnt surprise me cause what teenager doesnt, but usually there is an adult manager on site to make big people decisions, not at this place. Just pubescent flirting and enough eye rolling to wear out the ceiling in that place. So, if you have patience of a saint and want to throw money around like its nothing then this is a good way to spend an afternoon.
The staff were so nice and helpful! We were there for a birthday and they helped with everything. The Lost of star is just because the place is a little old and showing some age. Otherwise we had a nice experience
So glad they updated their inflatables. My whole family loves this place!
Affordable and fun. Put together well.
A fun place for children to play. I suggest filling out their waver ahead of time. It’s a little pricey for my taste but all day jump pass is a good idea.
Kids had an great time...food was reasonable price and taste great..
Great way to have safe fun with the kids. They have a snack bar too
Very awful place! I paid for a private room and they said I have to have a room with kids and there party. There was over 150 people in the arena and I was suppose to share my party with them after paying for a private party just for my sons friends and family. They would NOT give me my 50$ deposit back. And my 5 year old was very upset. When the manager came to us we explained and he said theres nothing he can do and we couldnt have our money back. He said deal with what you got available or go some place else. They girls that worked behind the counter talk very rude to me and gave me attitude. I wish it was pump it up again and not inflatable fun factory because pump it up did things right and always made my parties there great! I definitely do NOT recommend going here. I wouldnt go back to that place even if they gave me my money back just because of horrible service. Something needs to be done about this. Or shut that place down.
Very rude employees. Expensive for a few worn out bounce houses. Expensive food and long wait for nasty meal. You cannot bring food in so its better you eat somewhere else. Your child gets a wristband so you can come back same day. Not impressed at all. Go to a park if the weather is nice. Management is very rude. I do not recommend.
Kids had a lot of fun! It is disappointing that day dont get access to a lot of the inflatable things. Also, the price is pretty high. Especially when you have multiple children.
We have been here multiple times and always had good experiences. The one this weekend was the best. My daughter had gotten some of her tickets stolen from right in front of her, and some kids were messing with her and her brothers air hockey game. She was telling me about it in front of a worker, and the worker apologized for it happening and said she would give her some tickets to make up for it. She gave her extra tickets and 2 tokens to play air hockey! It was super nice of her, I would definitely recommend going here for a good time for kids!
Such a fun place for kids & parties!
Great place to take young kids an it has climate control so thats a pluse to..there pizza pretty good to
On July 29th, 2019, they only had one staff member working. The poor guy was working every station..including food. In the main room, there was zero staff the entire time. So many kids were doing things that were unsafe! My four year olds were hit in the head with the cylinder blocks that shouldn’t be inside the inflatables. Kids were running over the other kids and being extremely rough. They were pushing kids down the big slide and caused my kid to get hurt! Climbing up the slides should not be allowed! We saw kids on top of the center part of the inflatables...do unsafe! There really needs to be a “lifeguard” on duty! I will not be coming back unless more staff is patrolling. I really didn’t like having to use my “teacher voice” the entire time I was there. Very, very disappointing. We had to leave due to my kids getting hurt!
If zero stars were an option i would have chose that! By far the worst experience ive ever had with any company ever! On the day of event, it stormed so i asked to reschedule for the next weekend. They said no problem one of our people will comtact you this week and if your unit is not available we will get you an upgrade. The day before event (they did not call like they said they would) i called them to confirm. They had to find out what was going on and call me back. They already had a 250$ deposit seems like they should already know whats going on. When th hey called back lydia told me my 18 ft waterslide was unavailable and offered me a 12 ft version. I said no and asked about upgrades. I felt i should get a free upgrade since they did not hold up there end of the deal. I asked to speak to owner. Conversation didnt go well. He said i was being beligerent (I WASNT)and refused to work with me! Said he would only give me a refund which he hasnt done yet. And threatened to press charges if i write a bad review!!! Is that even legal??? Then he told me our conversation was being recorded (which i know for a fact it is illegal to record someone unknowingly). BAD BUSINESS
My son was playing an received a burn from going down one of the slides. All the employees offered was a bandaid? How are you going to offer a place for children to play and not have any sort of first aid kit? Awful.
Needs child play gears in party rooms to help occupy kids that parents can lock and unlock need to provide balloons so guests dont get bored
Had a blast! Havent been there since it was a different business, and we were very impressed
Great place, kind of small for big parties but perfect for small gatherings!
Have to pay for a sleeping 18 month old or we cant take him in....ridiculous!
Good place for a part. Clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Good for a party for kids!!
Fun for all ages even though only kids pay to get in. Snack prices are a tad high and you have to sign your life away at the waiver station but I guess thats part of it.
Waited for them to open and no one showed up, left after a half hour. An employee was trying to locate a manager and finally got the owner but it would have been another half hour so we finally just left.
Took both of my children (7 and 18 mths) to play for an hr at $10 each which wld be fine but my 18mth old was sound asleep and they still wanted me to pay $10 for him bc hes over 1. I asked if I could just pay for my daughter and let her play if he he woke up then Id be happy to pay for him but Im not paying $10 for him to sleep so his sister can play thats ridiculous! The lady or child at the counter was totally rude and was to worried about getting in trouble to ask management if what I asked was acceptable!
Good Place for Kids to Play
Dropping off child for birthday party, but had to spend 5-10 min signing her up on the computer. Then was told I could not bring my just purchased Starbucks coffee in. I was planning to sit with other moms I knew, chat, drink my coffee and relax, but I could not do that. You would think since we are paying a fee to have our children there they would allow tired moms to have their morning coffee or spark or whatever it is a mom needs to make it. (Besides alcohol of course). I will not be taking my daughter here again on our own due to this rule.
Good place for taking the kids on a rainy or cold day.
Drinks are very expensive. Also, if you have a teenager that is just there to watch someone bounce; the customer shouldnt have to pay for them. The company policy is anyone under 18 years old. That needs to be changed.
Had a birthday party there. Kids loved it. They really try to take care of many of the small things so you can actually enjoy the party. Would highly recommend.
The parking is poor with only enough space for about 65% - 75% of customers. Its crowded inside with not very much room inside to sit down or move around. Theres not a whole lot for kids to do in individual seperate age brackets. This causes them to be too small or too big when trying to play. It also causes some of the inflatables to be crowded and overloaded.
Im getting very tired of seeing a 16 year old male employees underwear every time were in there. You know exactly what Im talking about. Yesterday was blue. Last time was red. Your other employees look at him and do nothing. YOU ALLOW THIS PERVERSION AND INDECENCY AROUND LITTLE KIDS!!!!
Booked a party while visiting this location. They offered a nice package for 20 kids in this party I booked. Very friendly staff
Great price..fun for hours for 10 dollars..didnt try the food but it looked good..
Kids had a great time.
This place has made a lot of improvements, more seating, food for purchase, more games. Bring cash to buy tokens, and dont play the Crank it wheel as it doesnt give the tickets you actually win (hint, its less).
A few of the employees were a tad bit over bearing during our booked birthday party here but overall a great location.
Went to two different birthday partys here and had a great time at both. Good place to go but a bit pricey for holding birthday partys.
My BESTIE, OUR fam, and friends were the BEST part, so if you have grand peeps to hang with it can turn a 0 into a 3. Location is weird and far out! Bathroom wont go there. Cant comment on the staff because not a single one said 1 word to me. Equipment seems sterdy but outdated and limited. They have a little window to buy nachos, chips, soad, and pizza but its way over priced. If going, go with GREAT company!
Great place for kids. I think the drinks and food and a little expensive.
Bouncing is very fun for kids 3-10
We brought my little sister here and she had such a good time. They offer stuff animals you can make and dress. She was so excited to make her very own, and had a blast doing it. We also saw where they offer birthday packages, and will be returning in the spring for my little sisters 6th birthday! Thanks for the great service & fun time. We will be back again soon :)
Last year party awful and disorganized. Thought Id try again this year for my sons birthday. Realized was over priced. Tried changing to a smaller party event. Staff wouldnt let me switch to the fun factory public area. After this party will not ever use again. Waste of money. Tried call back no answer. Wish I would of went to another birthday party facility.
Recently had a birthday party there, and would not recommend it at all. Over priced, staff was ridiculous making kids stay out of the party room we paid for during bounce time. We were charged for a 1month old to bounce! By their own rules(not to mention our common sense) she wasnt allowed. The staff even started removing our decorations 30 minutes before the party ended. We needed a cart to get everything to our car, but they only allow it to go as far as the door leaving the establishment. We are very polite people with very well behaved children. Ive never felt so unwelcome. We didnt even tip the party person because she was terrible. Go to chuck e cheese, or pump it up!
The girls got bored quickly. They spent more time playing the games than on the inflatables. I believe there needs to be some sort of separate area between little kids(like 5yr olds) and the older children. They had fun but not enough to hold their interest.
Great fun for both my 4 and 11 year old. Prices for food is really high
Fun place for kids. Only downfall is sometimes the fun patrol people are ridiculous.
Great place for taking my grandsons for fun especially if its raining.
Way to expensive for the few bouncy things you get and its 100$ more just to bounce on everything there for a birthday party
Kids & us had a blast
Kids loved it. Staff was great. Was busy but not too crazy.
Not a big space and not a lot of variety for the kids. They were ready to leave within 30 minutes.
I brought my little cousin here last week for their Stop-N-Play. He had so much fun playing and building his own stuffed animal. For the overall experience & price it was very affordable. Worth every penny for the time he had. We will be back again soon!
Great place to let your little monsters run til they cant anymore! They sleep like angels.
Great place! The girls loved it..
I cant attest to the construction of the inflatable fun, being a 235# adult, but my 4 year old daughter ran, jumped, and screamed her little head off with excitement, so. 5 stars. The screams were happy ones for once.
I had an emergency and had to pick up my 2 older kids in the middle of a play date.My friend stayed with the other kids here to play while I went to pick the others up. When I returned they refused to let two 13 yr olds sit in the jump room to eat with our family unless I made a waiver for them and paid the $10 each. I could understand if they were actually going to play on the inflatables, but I only needed them to sit for a few mins so we could finish our lunch and get them some food before we left. The manager stated it was company policy that anyone under 18 that steps into this room must have a waiver and pay to jump. Im never going back there again!!
Clean and very nice staff. My girls always love to go to Inflatable Fun Factory
The kids had fun but the policies were ridiculous. Make sure you bring your own socks or they charge you $3 a pair, which cant be returned if you try them on and they dont fit. All kids under 12 are charged $8 dollars even if they dont bounce. They also called for an escort for us when we asked if we could see the bounce houses before we payed. The snack area was ill stocked and after ringing the bell for assistance twice, no one came. After 20 minutes of my four year old crying for water that I couldnt purchase the whole trip and my mood went south. It might have been worth it if they had better service and we didnt have to spend extra money on socks and non participants.
I took my grandkids here and it was my first time going. Its a great facility and it kept the kids busy for hours! The snack bar was really convenient, both the girls got dipping dots which they loved. We made a lot of great memories, thanks for the great time!
Always fun for the kids and parties.
No staff supervision... Children climbing on outside on top of and misusing play equipment hurting other children. Stiff foam objects which may seem like a good idea till other children you cant control start swinging them around. Some of the RUDEST staff (literally kids) who couldnt care less work here. You will not encounter worse. Staff should be in control but children do not care. Ordered food and asked after 30 minutes if it had been prepared to which the 15 16 yr old child rudely responded as she glared at me from disrupting her Facebook selfie.... No... I asked you realized we order that over 30 minutes ago to which she responded with well yeah... So did you and everyone else. Then she stomped off to go prepare the 5 or 6 orders she had taken and simply done nothing with.... These folks had a great idea and have ruined it with the envirnoment and rude attitudes tolerated. Their are AMPLE sate friendly activities for my children. Thanks but no thanks. Never again.
I love this place. Th e people. Gave me a old candy and I threw up
We had a party because the atmosphere is generally enjoyable. One on one bounce time is fine, but I cannot suggest holding a party based upon the issues we faced. The girl hosting the party was great-- she engaged with the kids and even played air hockey with one of the teenagers who did not want to bounce with the littler kids. The food was another issue, and the way it was handled was unacceptable. We were told that the pizza for the party would come from a local, favorite pizzeria. We spent quite a bit of money (over $50) to get enough pizza for everyone, including adults. The pizza was cold, tasted terrible, and very low quality. We found out that it was not brought in by the pizzeria, but heated up in their one small pizza oven on site. When we pointed out that this is not what we paid for, the manager kindly took our name and number for her boss to call us. The boss had absolutely no intention of resolving the issue when he called. He accused us of trying to get a party for free (not the case, though we did ask for a partial refund on the pizza since it went uneaten). He claimed that people always come from all over to special order that pizza, even though in the same conversation he stated that they had just started making their own pizzas and had not even had time to update their invoices. He then told us that we should have brought along someone who could read” or else ask one of the employees to read the invoice to us, even though the invoice did not state that the pizza no longer came from off-site. Finally, we noticed that the food was being prepared on the same party carts we used to move our belongings from room to room. The manager and the employees who initially assisted us were great-- they acknowledged there was a problem, apologized that no one told us there had been a change in the menu, and promised a resolution. It was the gentleman who called that turned this inconvenience into a larger problem with his attitude and insults. He was unprofessional and a bully. There was absolutely no reason for him to act like that.
Kids loved it!
We had alot of fun
