The person that works in the office is the most rude and unprofessional person Ive ever had the displeasure to speak with. What is sad about it is that she can get away with it because Chris is just as rude and hateful as she is. As a business owner you would think that he would be a better person. They intentionally do things that harass land owners. Hes made his money off people so he doesnt have to treat them with decency and respect. He assumes he knows everything and makes false assumptions. If you dont have to deal with him, good for you.

Could be better maintained in terms of maintenance my friends bath spout shot off the wall at them and almost flooded their house yesterday

Hey Dave,Arent you the guy who the Police threatened to arrest due to fake emergency calls, Questar Gas told that if you called in another false alarm that they were going to start charging you, that the Fire Marshall is also tired of your calls that were just to get attention? I heard you were billed to repair the water heater the Fire Marshall said you tried to set fire to. If you dont like where you live, move. My son and I love it here. The maintenance crew is very helpfull and friendly. It is the best park in Evanston.

Trailer rent is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

Its a dump. There are junk, empty trailers everywhere with windows broken out, the owners dont maintain any of the park except what is near the office.The lot space & rental prices are way too high.
