Phantom Fireworks of Evanston

Love this place! Clean and well organized. But best was the new manager Rylee. She was super knowledgeable and patiently helped me find the best fireworks to fit my budget. She was also really kind to my 3 kiddos.

I believe the guy that helped his name was Trey. Hope I spelled it right. He was very helpful as my online order failed to go through. Got replacement items for things that were out of stock and made the whole experience worth doing all over again.

Masks required. Not a great selection. Prices were very high. I would try out other fireworks shops along the 80 if you want more of a selection. Half the shelves were empty and prices didn’t match their marketing on brochures sent in the mail. I hope it was just that day and they have more of a selection with good pricing. I am willing to give it a second chance next time I am near there.

Have been a Phantom customer for years now. We absolutely love their products and they definitely light our 4th of July up every year. Between their outstanding deals and beautiful fireworks whats not to love about Phantom?

Absolutely awesome selection here. Prices were a little high but with the buy one get one free it came out to be quite a steal! The staff was pretty helpful and courteous. Seemed like a lot of temporary help though. I seriously could have spent my whole paycheck here. We will definitely be going back for all of our firework needs.

Great help in deciding what to buy. Most the employees have actually witnessed the variety of fireworks go off, so they know what they look like. Worth the drive if you are making a large purchase because they have GREAT summer deals right before July 4th.

Got all my fireworks here for fourth of July and the twenty fourth as well. It was a good store and had lots of various selections. I come every year for the fireworks and they never disappoint. Super helpful staff as well they help me get the biggest best ones. I love this store so much. Great prices as well

They had a great selection of fireworks and the prices were great. Cant wait to light them off!

I was not happy because what I came for you were out of the packet on the front of the sales book and Thunder mountain packet the only reason I didnt come on the 3 of July the sales paper said you couldnt buy that 120 value packet on the front page on July 4 2020 that the reason I didnt come over to Evanston to get those 2 packets and you guys were already sold out and we, over from Love Lyman like I said I would have come over on the 3 of July but the Add said you couldnt get that packet in tell the 4 of July so we came over on the 4 like the add said,so this year I was mad because I couldnt get any packet and we come over to your place to get fireworks every year and leave very happy but this year we were not happy at all

Right before the 4th they had a great sale! Love Evanston!

Pricy and a odd way they do business. This place is worth the stop to see if there is anything different they have to offer.

This place was awesome. Great deals good customer service ervice

A GUIDE TO EVANSTON FIREWORKSIf you walk into Phantom after looking around Pyro City, you might notice that everything looks very expensive (dont worry, you wont ever really pay that price). The average product is about 2.5x more expensive at phantom than at pyro. BUT, phantom is always doing either buy 1 get 2 free, buy 1 get 1 free, or 50% off. Therefore, if it is buy 1 get 2, you are getting 3 for the price of 2.5. but if its only buy 1 get 1 or 50% off, you are only getting 2 for the price of 2.5. Phantom does tend to have the largest product selection though, if that is important to you.Bottom line - if they are doing buy 1 get 2 free, always shop here. if not, head over to pyro city. Generally avoid TNT store...

Awesome selection and you cant beat the deals. Friendly staff always willing to help with what you want to buy

While we were there what should have been a fun family experiment was turned ugly by a person in managment openly reprimanding and employee loudly in the parking lot in front of the store. Very unprofessional.

Got a great deal on some amazing fireworks and lots of freebies. They got everything for a wonderful 4th of july.

The God of Fire was really cool! Will get the Cirque de Pyrotechnic next!

They were nice and Professional and had great prices

Amazing selection! The cashier told me about the current promotions and showed me how to get the most for my money!

Great selection of fireworks. Highly recommended.

Best fireworks I have bought come from here

Did you say, you like big boom ?

The salespersons were very nice and helpful

Great selection, and two-for-one pricing is awesome!!!

Employees are really helpful and friendly. I always spend way too much.

Great service great prices

Great place to stock up for the 4th, or any time! Open year round, amazing staff!

Rude staff lame products for to the black cat store on the hill better products

Great prices for REAL fireworks.

They always have good deals

Huge selection and very knowledgeable staff!

What a joke....ID you and and then make you sign a waiver. I will just go to one of the pop-tent locations next time.

Changing from 3 stars to 1. if you buy a gift card from them money will disappear off it and they will tell you its your fault.

Best place to buy fireworks

Cant get a better deal on Fireworks and they are so very friendly everytime we go!

Like a kid in a candy store.

This is a great fireworks shop. They are quite organized and the staff is relatively knowledgeable about their goods. I was shown an App, at one point, at this store which had a variety of video demos about many of the fountains and repeaters, but it didnt seem to work that well or they had bad internet. Since then, Ive not seen them using that option any longer. Seemed like a poorly executed attempt at a really great idea. Would love to see that up and running in the future. I genuinely think I would spend my money more effectively and perhaps even more frivolously if I just had to have that one awesome item! Overall, though, I do feel like I get my moneys worth as they clearly sell quality product.

We like coming up to Wyoming to get are fireworks.

The works are a little expensive but good environment.

Cant beat there price. Bogo

Friendly, clean, helpful.

Of the 3 fireworks stands at this location, this one is the worst. They do promotions and make it seem like their fireworks are a great bargain but they inflate their prices first so the deal is just regular price elsewhere. Nice selection though and helpful staff. And they are the only place i found the snappers that you throw at the ground that look like firecrackers and are very loud.

Now thats a bruh moment.

Most of the bottle rockets were duds...

One of the best firework stores in Evanston. I drive out every year from Salt Lake City and have tried other firework stores and didnt have the best experiences. Phantom fireworks employees are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are slightly higher than other places but are always the highest quality I have shopped at BC and had multiple duds from the same trip I have gone to phantom fireworks 9 years in a row and never had a single dud or issue. If youre spending alot and regularly spend a lot on fireworks its definitely worth going to phantom and becoming a premier buyer as you get alot of special offers and great deals. I will always shop at Phantom fireworks for all of my firework display needs.

Best place for fireworks deals hands down

We love Phantom! Everyone is very helpful. We always find everything we need to have fun. If you sign up to receive offers it’s very worth it. Everything is truly Buy one get one! They’re not pushy sales people they’re there to help you have a fun and safe holiday. The drive is beautiful going up there and we are lifers of Phantom showroom and their local tents!

Friendly helpful staff

Great quality fireworks. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Wow we have a lot of fireworks for the money

This is the best place to buy fireworks. Incredible selection and very friendly staff.

Great selection and great prices.

Awesome place!!! Buy one get two free for everything fireworks...

Love this place, go here time and time again.. matter of fact will be there tomorrow morning all the way from Sacramento ca... we coming baby bout to load it up and smash back to Reno for the Fourth of JulyYeeeeeeWe had a great time, we were the biggest spender of the day... yeeeeeeWe had a blast for the 4th of JulyThanks phantom fireworks we love ya see you next year .. double me up cause we buying twice as much next year

I went to Evanston on July 3, 2019, out of black cat, TNT, and phantom. Phantom by far had the best selection and widest variety. BUT, their store promo with buy one get is great, but EVERYTHING is very over priced, to the point where its cheaper to buy 2 fireworks at TNT and black cat and still have it be cheaper. And their premiere membership is false advertising. The way they advertise it is after you spend $400 you get into the membership and after you spend $400 your entire purchase is 50% off. False. After you spend $400 EVERY FIREWORK is 50% off... false advertising. Hence the reason why I came up to phantom from SLC so it was an overkill. Overall, TNTs selection and prices were weak, Phantom had an amazing selection but everything was extremely overpriced and most of the staff were un helpful and seemed irritated and lot of false advertising on quite a few of their products, Black cat had amazing prices and a great friendly experience, but their selection of products was a bit off par, but tons of great products for whatever the occasion. Ill probably be visiting black cat from now on.

Phantom is my FAVORITE for fireworks! I am an out of stater, and I drive hours to buy from this one. These guys have great selection, and fun for everyone in the family. Big to small they have it all! I would recommend this place to any and everyone that asks!!!

Go up the road better prices and friendlier staff.

We went here on Sunday June 1st and they were having a buy one get one free deal for the whole store! They even had a small section of fireworks that were buy one get two free. They had a huge selection of each type of firework and signs for each one that listed the name, price, what the firework does and the colors it shoots off. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Fireworks seemed a bit more expensive than Black Cat right up the road. They did have some of the larger snaps that BC didn’t have at the time. Still a fun place to go and grab fireworks!

Friendly service with an awesome selection. If you need ANY kind of fireworks GO HERE

I was told I was buying the large size poppers. But when I opened that package they where the small ones. Know your product people and sell them the stuff they are looking for.

Awesome deals

Great staff, felt very welcome. Definitely will try to upsell you!

Best place in town for fireworks hands down... Great staff and really helpful with all of our questions and our 4 kids question LOL. Thank you so much for the lady that helped us with our paperwork and especially Peyton for really explaining the Phantom Elite. Keep up the great work ladys

Love the deals

Better than any other Fireworks shop aling I80. Huge selection and best prices.Just be ready to do paperwork.

Get in your vehicle and feel like a kid again! A recommend getting in on their loyalty card with emails. To get the most BANG out of your Buck.

The staff was super helpful and the deals were amazing. BOGO and a buy one get TWO free in selected fireworks. Im from out of town and this place was great.

The staff here were amazing.

Great deals after July 4th

Great selection of fireworks and alcohol and hotties!!!

Place was very busy and some of the employees were extremely rude. Tried to ask for some help and was treated very ignorant. Wasnt very happy with the attitude of him.

They always take care of us. They help you around the store to make sure you get the best deals possible. Even at the register they make sure you get all the coupons and free things!

Great deal. Everything was buy one get one as usual. I also love fireworks. Dude working was super nice.

We traveled here from Utah and were the BIG SPENDERS of the day! They took our pictures and helped us out to the cars. The crew was so amazing and professional. Totally recommend this place!

Fireworks are a big passion for me. This place always has great sales year round. Inventory is pretty massive and I can always enjoy looking around here for an hour or more.

Great place to buy we only come once year and dont spend alot. Can you buy many different types of fireworks. Many choice up too want to buy

Great all always.

Great deals! They conveniently notate what fireworks are legal for surrounding states. Friendly and helpful staff.

Like the things they have. They have a great variety of everything I think I could find anything I could ever want. Friendly staff to help too.

Very rude employees when asked for help they told me they couldnt. very rudely

Very helpful, knowledge staff

Great place! Guy always stands at the door and checks for firearms. I always say NO! Murcia!

Excellent deals, wide variety and unbeatable customer service. Reward and incentive programs that make sense for even the occassional buyer.

Sens when did fireworks get so expensive?

****Changing my review from a year ago review **** Very upsetting we drive 2 hours to this store every year and usually spend over 500.00 dollars worth of fireworks and had no issues until today, me and my husband walk in and all the staff, manager and the business owner all looked so upset and stared at us... we were the only ones there and they were just watching us, everyone kept coming up to us asking if we needed help every minute and gave us this very scary glare while they walked away... made us feel so uncomfortable and un-welcomed, we then asked for help and asked if they can look up our previous order since we have no cell phone service in this part of this town to look up anything up and was told by a older lady to never ask them to do this if they were busy since it takes time away from helping other customers and that we should of known what we had bought a year ago before entering their store... cashier young lady up front insisted on wanting my drivers license ID card instead of my member card and walked off with my ID and came back with a registration paper and i explained to her i had loyalty card and was told i should of said this once i came up to her with my order, which i already had my registration with me to give to her, barely finished writing my signature on the paper and the lady took the pen out of my hand to place it back in the cup holder... i was so surprised and very upset on how they treated us, absolutely the worst people ever.

Good fireworks and fun

Awesome help from knowledgeable staff and better prices then in Rock Springs.

Great store, they always have a good selection and powerful fireworks that make it easy to have a good show, but they make you buy more by offering a 2 for 1 or something like that so they make you pay a few more bucks than everyone else.

Fun!

Friendly...knowledgeable

Helpful staff, great prices, and a huge variety of fireworks!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Good prices and variety.

Well worth the drive

Awesome

Great prices and very helpful staff! Awesome deal with the buy one get one!
