Quaint mobile home park located at Ferrin Park and Lake Eustis. Upkeep has suffered in recent years, but it still has a great location, location, location...

Just announced today 3/24/2018, Sharps mobile park is being sold to build stick houses, all mobile home owners must move their home and be out in 6 months...

Sure wish the drainage was fixed. Sitting water every time it rains.
