I am an interior designer and Universal Art and Framing has been my go to company for framing for the last 7 years. Debbie has an incredible eye for assisting in the selection of matting and frames that really compliments the artwork. Lots of frame choices too. My clients have always been delighted with the results. They have the frame store and gallery in Eustis and a huge presence at the Market of Marion Bldg G on the weekends. Would recommend them to anyone looking for framing at a reasonable price.

I personally have used this company multiple times for well over a year. As an artist, I have need of frames frequently. They are talented, excel in customer service and always well priced. A true find!

They have framed many things for me! I love them from pictures to wedding boards they do a perfect job at their craft. I saw a previous reveiw about language barrier, I had no issues with this. They have helped me create exactly what I need or want each time I use them!

A bad feeling when I walked in. Owners seemed to have a communication barrier they cannot overcome. The social skills were also lacking. Maybe that is why the place was empty the whole time in mid-day I was in there. What I requested in the framing work was not what I got. Also, way over-priced! Tried to explain to have them fix and they blamed me. Walked out and will never come back. Went to a larger, more professional framing company and learned a lesson on this one! Stay away.

Messed up several projects I gave them. Frames were of poor quality and not what I had requested. There was a Chinese man that I think is the owner, who was very rude and condescending. There are several other custom framing shops in the Eustis area that I had very good success with but wanted to try someone new. Bad mistake.

HAD 2 COLLAGES DONE AND COULDNT BE HAPPIER.THERE IS A COMMUNICATION BARRIER BUT THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
