Alex at the bar provided excellent customer service. Games are fun as always! Food came out quick and hot.

So fun! Drinking and games.. what more can you ask for? Everything super clean and everyone wearing a mask and games spaced out for social distancing.They also had this amazing guitar that I WILL win one day soon! :)

Let me start off by saying that every place I go gets five stars even before I even walk in the door and I deduct points for things that I find wrong. The size of the place from the outside looks huge but when you walk in its very underwhelming. All of the top games and VR rides are closed dude is social distancing and I understand that thats not the fault of Dave & Busters. So we take away one star for underwhelming size of Dave and Busters and poor game selection. Now lets talk about the food. My daughter ordered the chicken alfredo and I ordered a sirloin steak. Her order came out fine. I ordered my steak medium and it came out well done so I sent it back they made me another steak. The problem is is the mashed potatoes and green beans were ice-cold when they delivered the second steak so they didnt give me fresh greens and potatoes they left the old stuff on there. I was hungry and getting tired so I didnt say anything about that. As for customer service it was five star the manager was very professional and gave us a free dessert which was five star. Overall the experience was not great but it wasnt terrible either so thats how I wound up with three stars.

Always enjoy Dave and Busters. They have the newest games, good food, and clean. The Virtual Reality attraction was a lot of fun!

I cannot say how amazing the staff at this location has been. I not only come with my friend for drinks occasionally but we also come with his daughter and enjoy the games and food. The staff on the floor and bar area have always greeted us with smiles. During these trying times I could not thank them enough for maintaining not only a clean and safe environment for myself and Friend but making us feel welcome. A special thanks to management James and bartender Alex for always being so polite. If you are in the area come in and have a great and safe time.

Waited about 20 minutes before a waitress came to our table. When the food finally came we and for ketchup for our fries, but about another 20 minutes later the waitress came and asked if everything was ok and we told her we never got any ketchup and it was too late now cause the fries were cold.

The wife and I took a weekend get-away and decided to try out a new Dave and Busters. We decided on four stars for the following reasons.The area is nice and the parking lot large and well lit. This location is in a shopping area so there are a few things to do here besides going to Dave and Busters. The restaurant was clean and in good repair, we did not see any issues outside the building to be of concern. We had decided to dine here and then play some games.The service was not great from the host. When asked about dining in he said seat yourself but gave no further information as to where. The main dining area was blocked so we assumed it was in the area of the game room. There were no indicators of which tables had been cleaned recently or which were not available for social distancing reasons. If they do have a self-seating policy, which is perfectly acceptable, they should make those two things very clear, on the table, for guest. We stood for a bit and then asked a manager wiping a table down, very nice to see, and he said to find a table and someone would be by shortly. Not the best system for the guest or the staff. The waitress was great and our food came quickly. We tend to be early diners so the time for food will increase as the evening passes, as with most places.The game room was very clean and they had the usual selection of games for a Dave and Busters. While there I saw two different employees walking around and cleaning games and touch surfaces. They had different areas of the floor and both seemed to be doing a great job of actually wiping the games and surfaces well, not just cursory motions. There may have been more assigned to this but I only saw the two. As you can see from the picture we posted, they do have a rubber duck play til you win machine that we hit harder than we anticipated.Over all, this was a great Dave and Busters to visit and we will definitely return when in the area. A few tweaks to the seating system for diners would make the experience better but it was not truly lacking in any one area we experienced.

Had a great time for my Grandsons Birthday and the Salmon was excellent. Staff was very pleasant!

My wife and I have been here twice now and we will definitely be back. Its a clean and well maintained location and we always have a good time!

We came here for my nieces birthday, and out of nowhere a surprise from the management team James and Sarah which was our bartender who was absolutely amazing!, I highly suggest this place to anybody who’s trying to celebrate their birthday or just want to get out, this is the most professional and courteous staff with morals that stand out, I would spend my money here anytime and bring my employees here as well!, And James thank you for the birthday gift to my niece it means the world, you guys are so great! Fun place, Ive been a couple of times now. Its clean and inviting with a great selection of games to play. There is a bar and restaurant area should you choose. When I went they had mature content on the TV and it could be seen into the game area. Reasonably priced.

Love going to Dave & Busters with the family. It’s always a blast!! First time at this location and because it was a weekday, it wasn’t too busy. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted and advised where everything was. Booths are great; very spacious for big and small crowds. Lots of different games and activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful....the food was tasty - wish they’d brought it out right away... the fries weren’t as fresh as they could of been. Overall, it was a day well spent at Dave & Busters!

I went on a Saturday night for a UFC fight. 1-they were showing the fight, 2- They didnt charge a cover. It was bright, clean, and accommodating. Quesadillas were good.

We went to celebrate a birthday. The waitress was great. She had candles and a lighter just in case we forget them.

Great place to hang out watch the game and play some games. Several unique menu items that are reasonably priced. they have happy hour specials and you can actually use your points from the games to purchase food.

Absolutely had a blast!! Food was great! Our waiter Grant was awesome! Took wonderful care of us. Had an issue w the electronic card on my phone not working but James a Mngr went above and beyond to fix the issue immediately! Credited us with 25 tokens while we waited out of kindness! Staff was very friendly and peofessional. Explain everything to us since it was our first x to go and answered our questions w/o hesitation. Highly recommended the one in HEB area off 121 and Glade..

Establishment was very clean and all games were available to play. Had a very enjoyable time here with my friends.

This Dave and Busters in Euless is pretty amazing. Cool mix of games and activities. Lots of different theres inside as well. Great sports bar and dining area. Lots of variety for different options for foods. Definitely would be a great place for friends or family to destress. Whats cool if that they do corporate meetings as well.

Friendly and inviting our Server Amelia was awsome. Total professional and easy to have a conversation with she had our orders spot on. She is a keeper and a class act. Thank you Amelia for a great time, very good food (steak was perfecr) and and even better company for my daughter and I. D&B can score another star if they had more merchandise geared towards teenage girls, that is why only 4 stars instead of 5.

It was great to go and have a little fun. It is a newer place and they have done a great job. Plenty of games and they are not all crowded in each other. If you are wanting to watch a televised sporting event they have plenty of TVs for you. The food was really good too.

Food is great,staff was great,, drink was amazing, and great place to visit during vacation. It a great place to visit with my family and also quarantine friendly.

We came in a Wednesday, 1/2 price game day. Adults but still love fairway games and more! On Wednesday the Jurassic world VR was 3.50 per person instead of $5. So much fun! Lasts a few minutes. There were a couple of games that werent working properly, ball throw games, the awesome Maria attempted to fix the issue and she credited us. Very friendly. Love the Monopoly game, but deal or no deal hated us. The money goes a long way in Wednesdays. This location is clean, the staff are full of smiles. I did try the mango drink pictured below, a decent a amount of alcohol and really yummy. Theres lots of fun food options, you should come!

Took forever for our waitress to come but it was overall good place to have fun not a good place to eat. But yu should definitely go for entertainment

I am a big kid at heart so I love places like this, I get to run around playing games without judgement. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help ( although I never need any) You don’t have to worry about keeping track of a card now because of the D&B app. Be sure you try the virtual reality ride for $5, it’s worth the money. Also check website for happy hour deals.

Great place, had my daughters birthday(8) there and the staff was excellent. We had our own server and the package was worth the price. Weve gone back quite a few times and if youre being serviced by the bar, be prepared to wait. Games are fun and up to date, prizes are a little over priced(tickets) but they have a great selection. Kids enjoy the trip everytime

Drinks perfect food so so but staff awesome

Amazing place to go even with the covid-19 still being prominent. Staff was wearing masks and gloves, as well as offering free hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and gloves for the public to use while they play! Over all amazing experience, 100% would recommend to go check it out! (Food is amazing too!!)

I went to visit my son Alex, who bar tends there. He made me a Strawberry Margarita that was amazing. They are doing a great job with the social distancing and with the way things are set up.

My wife, 3 year old daughter and I went there for dessert and games. The grape gummy worm drink was ok, but the ice cream brownies tower was awesomeness. Tons of game to play for adults and enough to keep our 3 year old entertained too. We won tickets and got prizes. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and very efficient. We look forward to going again very soon.

Alex the manager is a keeper. My dad and I sat at the bar for a good 7 minutes without service. Alex came up, after hed been running around everywhere, got our drink order and brought us the drinks. Its rare nowadays to find a manager who is still willing to get his hands dirty. Good worker, very polite, deserves all of the recognition!

AMAZING staff and management, games were a bit expensive but not enough to lose a star. The food was great, music was great, and the staff was knowledgeable about there specials. The bar staff was specifically great, with only two bartenders and a full bar they worked together as a team and made sure everyone was taken care of and felt welcome. Kale and Sydney are keepers!

I cant complain for what its become though I truly miss the 1st location and operation in Dallas. It was the best. Its become just like other commercialized like other youth gaming venues. Had a good time but nothing to separate from the competition!

Hi! I personally wouldve liked to see a bit more of a variety of games that are suited for head to head competition. I went with my girlfriend, and while it was a lot of fun, I found myself wanting a few more options for us to play together. Other than that, its a great location with a lot of cool games!

We had an OK experience-nothing to write home about.We came in on a Sunday afternoon for our first ever visit and it was pretty quiet. I asked the guy at the counter where do we sit? And he asked if we wanted a table and I said yes but I quickly said for dining and he looked to the dining room and said “Oh, we don’t actually have a hostess today so a server will seat you”. We walked over to the dining area and nobody served us. The guy I had asked originally had to come over and help us. He was very friendly in doing so but he should have done it from the very start. Wasn’t a good first impression of the place.We sat down, and ordered our food. I admit I had high expectations of the food. The photos online sure do make the food look like it would all taste good but everything we got was lacking in flavor.The air also kicked on every 10 minutes or so and stayed on for 10 minutes (roughly-giving estimates) and it was blowing so hard out napkins blew all around and had to catch them before they fell off. On a already cool day outside it made our surroundings very cold. I had the hot wings that tasted like they were nuked in the microwave-there was zero crunch to them and my celery was HOT. Nothing was outstanding but it was edible to say the least.While we dined and the party in the dining room was finished the bus boy came out to clear the tables off. I witnessed him eating leftovers right off the table with no care in the world if anyone watched. It was disgusting. I also witnessed him to do at another table when we were finished playing games.So let’s get to the games. They are expensive. An ok-decent game is 9 chips. My kids sat in a chair that vibrates while playing a cheesy short film was 14 tokens-total rip off. My son played cut the rope, the first level was an introduction level on how to play the game which was 2 swipes. The next was a level he had to complete himself. He did good on that level and he was given a bonus level-then that was it. What happened to playing until you lose?!If we ever returned which I doubt it...we won’t come for the food. We may return on half price game night because regular prices are outrageous.

Super fun place to go. I went here about 9 weeks back for the first time (before quarantine!) with my friend and her mom and sister. Very loud and lots of kids running around and having fun. There is even a VR! We didnt get any food, but we definitely would have. Got some candy as prizes and really enjoyed the time that we spent there. The lady at the front desk was really nice and polite.

Charge less please! This place is great BUT itll cost you a good chunk of change. Wednesdays are half price on the games which about the only time the cost is more manageable. Tickets can be redeemed for coupons for appetizers and dessert. My son and his friends ate some serious quantities of appetizers!

Dave & Buster’s is a clean, family-friendly and sport entertained environment. I often go here to relax my mind and play a few video games. The wings are delicious and the drinks are not cut. Football season is the most exciting time there

Lots of fun and entertaining even for the adults. I brought my son with me and we spend a wonderful time together. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun with friends, family and coworkers. Excellent drinks and fast food as well.

We had a fantastic time at our team building luncheon event. The facility is fantastic, clean and well maintained and the staff very friendly. Our food was delicious and well prepared. Excellent place to eat and play games!

Took my 6 year old daughter here to kill some time and we had a blast. We had lunch together and then played some games for an hour or so. She loved it and is ready to go back again soon. Food is definitely better than other places where you play games and entertain kiddos. We loved the bacon burgers. We will definitely be going back again with the rest of the family in the future.

Okay, this place is awesome. Very overpriced though! Perhaps Ill go back on Wednesday when games are half price.

With Dave & Busters only recently re-opening they have done a really good job keeping the gaming area clean and constantly wiping high touch point areas down. Not only that, they have random spots with hand sanitizer and sani-wipes if you feel youd like to wipe down a game before hopping on.

We always spend her birthdays here. We love this place. They treat us are Kings and Queens. Great place for families and friends just to hang out. Food was wonderful, and if it was not right they would fix it. Always a pleasure being here.

Make sure to get offers on their app and go on half off Wednesday! This place is honestly really fun and the prizes are good too. Some more arcade options would be great though.

This place is great! Always enjoy myself when I visit this location. Everyone is always happy and helpful. Most importantly, none of the games/attractions were inoperable. Cant wait to go back

Weve been loyal customers for many years and we always have fun playing games while having a bite to eat or a drink to share together.Our best bartender is the amazing Gianni who has always been so accommodating and very friendly. Highly, highly recommend meeting him so you can have great service and a fun time at D&B.

Food was ok..There was no plasticware..waitress seemed stressed even though there were only about 20 people to serve. There were plenty of staff there but she was anxious and in a hurry but when I asked for napkins or my beverage before food (Mashed Potatoes only) it took over 20 minutes to get my drink (a cola)..smh they have to do better and the prices..smh

Waiter was awesome and everyone we talked to was very friendly! Theyve got a good sized bar area, billiards, plenty of seating all around, big arcade. Food was good and we didnt wait too long for it.

The food was good. The deserts are very good. The noise level is quite high, which is to be expected at basically an arcade, with parties going on and sports playing on all the televisions. Lots of televisions if youre into watching sports. Not a cheap place to eat by any stretch, but there is plenty to do there. Overall, pretty good experience. Only down side, our server was not on the ball. Very infrequent visits to the table. Getting the food and bill, etc, took way longer than it should have. Then our bill was mixed with someone elses, half ours and half theirs. Manager corrected it, not very quickly, but did fix it. Overall, good experience, just got a server that was off the mark that day. Hopefully it was just that day. I would love to know where they get their cinnamon and brown sugar ice cream. I would love to have some of that at the house.

We always have fun here. Plus they have a neat selection of prizes. Would give 5 stars but it can get a bit pricey.

Love this place. Our table had the bang bang chicken, the prime rib and Mac sandwich, and two different burgers. It was all good. One of the machines at some of our credits but the floor manager made it right. Will go back.

Had a birthday party here on game night. Be sure to call ahead of time on a night you think might be busy! I went to management and they gave us a table within the hour that had already been reserved for someone else. They were very sweet to us and accommodating! Took our food over an hour and a half to come our and 45mins for each drink from the bar, but again was a very busy night. This place is usually not very busy is why i love going here. I have to say for as busy as they were, the whole place was super clean! Dinning area, bar, games, and bathrooms! Great place and not too expensive for ehat they offer and food is great!

Dave & Busters is always one of my favorite places to go & have a good time with my boyfriend, friends, family & now coworkers. Did happy hour there & it was clean, the drinks were simply amazing, food came out fresh & full of flavor. The only thing was our server acted a little rude or was socially awkward & kinda made the ordering process a bit uncomfortable but I wouldnt knock a star down. Still gets 5 stars from me! The young people at the Winners Circle were super helpful & absolutely the best when we came to choose our prizes. Love this location & thinking about coming here every Wednesday after work lol

Huge Dave and Busters and I e been to so many across the country. Even on Wednesday 1/2 price game denigrate, I was able to play my favorites usually without a wait. Recommend for family fun.

This place is awesome. Its where an adult can be a kid. The food is great and the drinks are mixed just right. Not to strong and not watered down.

Customer service stinks they dont pay attention. There was a kid with in accent we asked if he could help us he said there was nobody until 1pm .

JR did a great job behind the bar. My food was awesome and the atmosphere was laid back and fun. McKee stopped by to check on me and made sure I had everything I needed. Over all, a great team. I will definitely be back!

3 people ate and we got a $35 game card and we spent $91. Wasnt worth it at all. The food is mediocre. The waiters are nice. The bartender was very rude. Great drinks.

It’s a lot of fun when it’s not too crowded. The building is pretty large and the games or fun.

It become what you expect from them. I miss the 1st location built in Dallas. Try to different from the other commercialized gaming locations.

I came in with a large group on Sunday for the Cowboys game, and our server Kale was amazing, he got everything out fast, correct, and to the right person. We even saw him helping out his bartenders a couple times to make drinks. The food was hot and fresh when it got to us, and the drinks were ice cold. Keep it up you guys!

We wanted a fun date night. They have veterans discounts and great alcohol selection. They best day is half price Wednesday to save a bit on games.

Air did not work in bowling section so we left after 1 hour..

Yall need to up your game. Explain stuff better, cards sometimes dont work, air hockey game and bball game are poorly optimized. Still fun though, hence the 3.

Always clean and well kept, great games for kids and adults, food is decent enough, but bring your wallet if you plan on playing games for a while, the cash goes quick.

Always fun to go on Wednesday is just make sure you ride your credit any other day and get your coupon.

Food is good but overall a pricey place especially when taking 2 kids with you. Be prepared to spend some money but worth it once.in a while.

Ordered a late dinner and received no complaints from the staff. They were happy to accommodate. The food was good, nothing extraordinary. The game selection was good as well.

Clean! Waitresses, bartender and VR staff very friendly. The food was good and the blueberry lemonade beverage suggested by the bartender was delicious. Our family had a great time.

Had a blast! The games were fun!! The card readers on a lot of the games are really tricky, with older cards. The cuisine is too dollar so bling at least 100 dollars for food and games

The service in the dining area was slow and the food is a bit pricie from that is was. Orders came out wrong and the bar was messy and mostly unattended

The place is fun to play games an such but the bars an food service is so understand its insane we waited 45 min for an appetizer. after that we didnt even wanna place an order. like i said fun place to play but NOT TO EAT will take at least 2 or 3 hrs jus to get drink,appetizer an entree.
