I stayed there for 2 nights on a weekend. PROS: quiet, convenient location from fwy 5 and downtown Eugene, friendly and courteous staff, friendly neighbors, great price. CONS: weak wifi signal (couldnt use), water has strong chemical odor, no world class landscaping. VERDICT: you get what you paid for. I just need a quiet place that no one bothers me. Ill stay again if I pass by that area.

The camp host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and that we were able to get to downtown Eugene for a concert. She even returned one of our calls worried we were lost. Great lady!

Its been a while since we stayed but it was a nice and quiet place to stay. It is quiet with nice people that live there. I liked that I could do my laundry on site and they were working on fixing up the grounds. My only complaint would be the office secretary lady. The main manager (lady) very nice and easy to talk to but the other was so scatter brained that it was pointless to ask her anything( which was very frustrating at times) but she was very friendly and nice.

We’ve been here a month and have nothing but a wonderful experience. The people here have been very welcoming and helpful. There’s much to do in the area and it’s easily accessible by bus or car. If you’re a temporary stay, it’s a home away from home. If you’re lucky enough to go residential, you’ll never want to leave. The park is family friendly and safe for kids to play outside and there’s designated dog areas for your furry kids to play. Highly recommend.

We came here about 2 months ago for a visit and never left. We’re in a 37ft motor home and there’s plenty of space. The property is maintained nicely, and the people here are absolutely the kindest, most fantastic group we’ve ever met along our travels. This is a safe, family oriented park and community. The surrounding areas have the beauty of the river and mountains but also the city is only 10 minutes away. Here you have the best of both worlds. There’s a few different areas designated for dogs on the property as well as a community garden and a little apple orchard. Eugene Mobile Village and RV Park is a gem.

Place is great except for no mens bathroom for the next 2 or 3 weeks due to remodeling I am sure that is going to be a lot nicer though just wish I could have got some type of brake on the months rent being without a shower and bathroom for 3 weeks, life is good and so is God! No worries!

Low rates here reflected low quality of pretty much everything. Management seemed nonexistent and office was closed almost every time I went by (appointment only two days a week!). A short stay in a self-sufficient unit is bearable, but I cant recommend this place unless youre out of other options.Internet access: bring your own. Wifi extends barely past the main office.Pet friendly?: hardly. There are a few little pet walking areas to go to. I walked my pooch between them for exercise. There are no off-leash areas and pickup bags are not provided.Facilities: werent dirty, but in need of repair or replacement in many cases. Washers were older and could only handle small loads. Spend a tiny bit more and go to a real laundromat if you have more than a few items.Noise: no highway noise. Only had a few vehicles driving through at night, but park is next to a supply yard that is noisy in the mornings.Other amenities: none. There is a convenience store across the road and a snack shop nearby, but not much else within walking distance.Dump station: no, but sites are full hookup

I am staying in Eugene part time and live on a 24 acre farm the rest of the time. I came to Eugene looking for a clean, quiet, affordable place to stay. This is it. Erin and Tiffany have been so helpful from day 1. Offering to help show me things about my camper and gave great advice.

I am so sad to see the negative reviews some gave. We are coming from Connecticut searching for a home around the area. We stopped here because the first place we were staying (was nice but) was directly behind a truck stop where trucks would just idle for hours at a time (ugh!). Found this place and we stayed in a nice little area towards the front. At first, I wasnt sure how to take the place. The majority of the grounds is filled with live in or long term residency; trailers and manufactured homes. Although the homes are not fancy and up to date, the grounds are absolutely amazing. the majority of yards have gardens with beautiful flowers. You will find so many different varieties of roses. Cherry, apple, plum trees and rasberry and grape vines are plentiful with edible fruits. The lady running the front is a very nice easygoing person. She lives here so if the office is closed for some reason, she is still around. There is a gentleman who sort of guards the grounds. Youll see him often, hes the one who brought us a bunch of fruit one day and said to pick as many as wed like. Couldnt be any friendlier. I give this place a huge thumbs up.

Positives: Affordable and very quiet park. Utilities included. OK park, if not looking for the Ritz. Laundry on site. Dryers didnt ruin our clothes.Negatives: Office not open everyday. Calls will go to messages. Internet is available, however, we were told it is shared by over 200 homes, so not dependable. (We were right behind the office)If you stay here, be prepared to use your own wireless data for internet connection. Once you pay rent in advance, there are no refunds, so be prepared to live with your choice to be in a less than excellent park. Its residential, not a typical RV park.

Would NOT recommend. Not even if you’re in a pinch and need a place to stay. Management is extremely rude, potholes everywhere and notices on every trailer. Management rules are strict to some and leinant towards others. Hands down the worst renting experience ever, not just for me but even with others that live in the park.

I spent 3 weeks there. Management (Tiffany and Nicole, I believe their names are) are quite manic. They pick and chooses who to enforce the rules of the park on and who gets away with stuff. Some kids are allowed to wander around unattended while others are restricted to their RVs unless an adult is outside with them. Their bathroom/shower facilities are not cleaned daily and while not disgusting, the womens room was without a working paper dispenser to dry hands for at least a week. Additionally, the maintenance guy, Greg, watches kids too closely for my comfort. This would be a last resort for our family.

We happened to get a nice RV site but all around us where old mobile homes, kids screaming, a train right behind the park, the camp host too busy to be around, and another employ lady was rude, asking us to park our car at the office. Full hookups for only $24 a night, but felt unsafe too.
