The prices are extremely high. Special events charge a skate rental fee of 10.00 plus admission. The staff is unprofessional and talks about their guests. I do not recommend going to this filthy place. The owner will do anything for money and that is why the city of Euclid is trying to close the establishment.

Wont bring the kids back here. The place is falling apart. My son hurt himself on a nail. When it was brought to their attention, nothing was done. Water fountain didnt work, so had to buy water. Took over 15 minutes to get the change back. Food court was closed. Big disappointment.

This is the worst place to go skating to I’m only given it one star just so I can make a review but it deserves no stars they are unprofessional do not book with them they will use you and steal your money they are terrible do not skate here they are dirty. The skates are not clean the place altogether is not clean worst experience ever do not do business with them do not skate there or you will regret it

Pla-Mor has an amazing engagement with the community of skaters that call it home and keep it safe. Awesome wall to wall rink and snax?! I’m not waiting for you to finish ur laces. I hope it is here for years to come, as it and many other rinks are the fountains of our youth.

This Establishment Is Nothing Like What Was Described Except The Food Station Being Closed. The Skate Floor Was Absolutely Fine, There Were No Old Water Smells, I Also Dont Recall Seeing Any Ceiling Holes Anywhere, And The Urinal....Well It’s A Urinal...Will Be Back For More Fun And To Watch This Place Grow Into A Even Greater Place Again.

Friday nights is a DJ and the music was great. They dont take credit cards. Only cash app or cash. So just be prepared for that. I wasnt. Its pretty popular at night so they ran out of skates. However, most of the advanced skaters are pretty respectful of all of the more novice skaters and they dont try to run us over. I would definitely go back again.

The place is falling apart. It wasnt the fanciest years back but it looked better than it does now. The ceiling is waiting to cave in if one more drop of water gets it. The rental skates all need to be updated before someone seriously hurts themselves. Any upholstery needs not just a cleaning but a major overhaul. The floor needs to be redone. I really hope they update and renovate soon.

Used to be my favorite rink but, no one takes care of the most important feature of building The Floor too slippery.

Pla-mor is an amazing roller rink. It give people the opportunity to show their talents and express they self. Pla-mor also does NOT PROMOTE violence. Pla-mor has showed me that even skating can teach you things in life. If pla-mor was to get shut down I would be very disappointed. The skills and techniques people use there is like no other. It’s even better than United skates. This is a second home to these families and teens. It helps people think of there self more improved. It is not the business fault the teens come to create commotion. Pla-noe also helps people better there social skills, better there techniques, better there strength and promotes positive energy to young teens. These teens and families found a way to take feelings and express them in skating.

Ive been skating for 15 years and this is my home rink.....so very glad its open again; it has the biggest floor in Cleveland which means no matter how many people are there you can do all the tricks and spins you want without bumping into anybody......Tuesday and Thursday nights adult skate and for anybody wanting to learn just call for lessons and family skate sessions

This was my childs first & last time attending this place! Received a frantic phone call from my daughter informing me to come get her because the police were pepper spraying & tasing people. Called this place to try to find out what was going on. The person on the phone acted clueless and kept saying he had to go. I asked him if it was a fight that could have prompted the police arriving and taking those actions he said no. Called Euclid police after getting off the phone with him sure enough there had been a fight and the massive crowd made the situation worse. I was under the impression it was a teen event. I find a flyer that was sent out advertising the event with two people passed out on the skating floor face down with plastic cups around them. That was an inappropriate advertisement to send out for an event for people underage. Had I wouldve seen it beforehand she would have never been allowed to attend. The owners know the capacity of this place and should have pre-sold tickets to that event or turned people away when it got too much for them to handle. Clearly they didnt care because all they saw was dollar signs. Common sense safety and everything else went out the window with the people responsible for putting on this event. From what I can tell when I arrived to pick up my daughter they were over their capacity limit. My daughter & the people she was with never made it in the building. Im glad they were ok and wasnt peppered sprayed or tased. Its sad that things escalated to that level. Management may not be directly responsible for the pepperspraying and tasing, but their lack of planning and failure to keep the crowd at a manageable level was definitely a contributing factor. Never again!!!!

I had a birthday party for my daughter here and it was one of the best place ever. Its centrally located in a nice community its clean and updated skates, flooring and decor. They accommodated all 40 birthday guest and there parents.The only compliant I have is that one of the staff was not friendly and was very standoffish with the guests. When she did speak to the guest they reported that she was very inappropriate with her communication at which the manager gave me a percentage off my bill.

I live in Florida but Im visiting my sister and she took me here. Its a great place with a fantastic music selection. All the employees are prompt and courteous.

The music: The DJ only plays parts of songs. Hes not a skater. As soon as you get your groove the DJ changes the song. Owners have been told but Warren listens but dose nothing. Ive been going here when it was named The Roller drome and Keith was the owner. Skaters are allowed to wear hats and their is no security. Could be a great place to go if the music was better and with a security presence

Horrible!! What was supposed to be a teen skate night turned into a fire hazard a bunch of unruly out of control unsupervised teens!! Police called kids pepper sprayed just awful !! Needless to say I took my 2 and got as far a way as we could!!

The park food was stale and I had to barf my lunch out

The owner was great letting me change my dates last minute. The hostess was awesome. She got the food & drink together on time and was kind & professional. Such a huge turnout, proud to have used Pla-Mor. Oh, and the price was great too.

Came here as a child for parties. Looked good back then, but having seen it not to long ago nothing has actually changed. But at this point it looks very old inside. The skates are still really outdated. Im not to fond of it anymore. Seems like they let in more troubled people now then they used to.

Because the floor is awesome and its big. You can skate anywhere without no carpet. Lockers is big for everyone, games for everyone, snack bar is normal big plus with t.v.. 2 T.v. Pool ball. And big party room too.

It really needs a makeover or remodeling. Its old and smells like mildew but the staff were very friendly, music friendly for the kids and a good atmosphere, very carefree

Dont like the way the kids are allowed to hang outside the rink. This causes problems for the innocent ones who wanna get out and enjoy fun with friends without any trouble.

Worst birthday party experince! I WILL NOT recommended that anyone schedule a party there at this location. The person in charge on this day was very unprofessional and the overall quality of the visit was humiliating.

So I use to come here when I was a kid it was called the roller drome then and we had a blast every Friday. That was in the late 90s and they have not changed a thing. From the roof to the old equipment in the snack bar. With the bucket in the middle of the rink catching the rain water makes me want come back next week smh

If you looking for a cheap place to take to kids to skate then go no farther nice music and a fun place a lil rough on the outside and inside but if you can look pass that your kids will have a ball skating there

Im from Bufffalo... The floor was very nice, the people there showed lots of love. The music was ok. Although the DJ didnt blend the songs together that great. But I had a good roll.
