Their pizza packs are remarkably good and cheap. And our family is pretty picky about our pizza! $20 (while the amusement center is closed) for 4 items! That can be 4 single topping pizzas, or mix in mozzarella sticks, pretzel bites, wings. I lived their pretzel bites!

The Chuck E. Cheese in Escondido is clean, birthday parties abound, they have pizza, and it’s safe. That’s a formula for success when entertaining children.That being said, it’s over priced. The games never change and if you plan on staying longer than an hour it’s going to get expensive quickly to play the same games and mediocre food. Drop the price 20% and I’ll see 5 star value, but the kids seem to like it.

A sunday disaster. 3 out of the first 4 games my son played had no tickets. Some games arent even working. Basketball and alley roller games are missing balls. Place is packed at max capacity with many birthday parties. Should have staffed accordingly.

Food was great, place was clean, and games were fun. People at the register were clueless and rude. I asked if they offered military packages, the girl said yes and when I asked what it included she said I dont know, I think it comes with Pizza and drinks and stuff. SERIOUSLY!? She didnt even bother to find out for me. I then wanted to redeem my sons birthday points and she said she couldnt because she did not know how. I believe she then called over her manager who said he had no clue how to either that they had not been trained in that area. So does anyone know anything at this place?!

This place is to small for my taste and it smells like old and dirty. My kids love chuck e cheese regardless of the location but I been in some better onces. We order an individual cheese pizza and fries. My kids like it but I order with light souce and its almost like I ask for extra souce. It was more tomatoe souce then cheese.

Its a safe environment for the kids to be in. I also enjoyed theyre 100 points for 20$ but you do need a coupon.

They got beer and wine. glad they got rid of the sining animatronics those were some creepy give me shivers attraction that i dont miss and i am crazy for robots just not those. its closer to where i live so Ill be back again when the opportunity arises.

Obviously a great place to take your kids to. The only complaint I have is that it still uses the ticket system which I feel is outdated. It would be more efficient for saving your ticket wins digitally just like Dave and Busters ticket saving system. Food is excellent and customer service is on point.

We dont have Chuck E. where we live. So I always try and take the kids to one if theres one where were visiting. And this one was clean and not super crazy packed when we went. We had an awesome time playing all the games and had a great pizza!!!!! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Good pizza and no broken down games. Tables and games are kept clean throughout the time I was there, which was about 3+ hours

The place is nice - but most of the machines don’t work - and the guy who is trying to fixed them takes forever to do the job - :-(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is my review of my original. - I went back and all the machines work as expected- the guy was really helpful and nice - good place for a fun time with the kiddos

We go here just because the kids like it, but the games r so limited wish they wouldnt have taken out the playground the had. I personally dont like chucke cheese bit the kids like it so its a win for the kids.

This Chuck-E-Cheese experience was really bad I remember coming as a kid it was a lot different first off all the pictures that were supposed to be printed werent printing ordered my daughters first time to Chuck-E-Cheese I told her she would have a blast and she could get her own personal Pizza which took over an hour as a matter of fact when I complained about it didnt even get right on it so I just got my money back and left and right across from McDonalds or as you can see she was happy with her Happy Meal LOL

Loved coming there as a child. And now my kids love being here as well.

Went there during the week with my son, age 4, and had a great time. Its a bit different than going years ago but not that different. By that I mean no more tokens. No pinball. Games are played with a card, similar to D&B. But the games better tho, especially the Jurassic Park shooting game. The box stacking one is good, kinda easy to win the jackpot. Well at least for me . Tickets are still spit out of machines and saved up to get those chintzy prizes that kids love. The photo booth was actually working and ot prints out a decent color pic! And my boy got to see The Chuckster himself. I pointed and said look its Chuck E. He turned and smiled and proceeded to walk after him. Chuck E. turned around and my boy gave his legs a big ol hug! The smile he has in his pic with Chuck E is worth every dime.

It has improved a lot since my kids were small..The salad bar and pizza was much improved. My great grandkids had a great time

Granddaughters birthday party was a smashing success. Pizza was delicious and there was more than enough fun and games for the kids to enjoy. I recommend their party packages for a great birthday experience for the honoree and guests.

Bad timing. I took my granddaughter between the hours of 1:45 p.m.- 3p.m. on a Tuesday. Buffet was closing at 2 p.m., so I ordered pizza and a salad bar but salad bar wasnt available until 2:30p.m. Waited for personal size pizza for approximately 30 minutes! It was announced twice that ChuckE.Cheese would be out to dance with the children and give out tickets, which never happened! Needless to say my granddaughter and other children were very sad. Time was good if you dont like crowds.

We have always loved Chuck E Cheese and will continue to go there until our kiddo is older but the customer service is a hit and miss... Sometimes you get good people sometimes you dont. The games are ok but it seems like they got rid of a lot of things. Their prices have gone up substantially and so it is hard for us to go on a more regular basis.

Kids enjoyed it and hardly anyone there during school hours. Well be back.

We love Chuck E Cheese but this location towards the end of the day was a mess. There was literally tables and tables that were vacant but not cleaned and sat that way the whole time we were there. There was plenty of trash scattered on the floor throughout. Lots of the games were out of order or was taking credits but not letting the kids play. A good 1 to 2 games out out of 5 or 6 were making us scan the cards twice for each play. Or tickets were not dispensing properly. It was rather sad. It was one of those times that you have to teach your kids life lessons that sometimes things just arent the way things should be but you make the best of it. We still had fun but felt ripped off. The guys we talked to about these issues werent much help. They just gave us a free game. But its like, youre giving us one game for at least 15 games we paid for and didnt get. The guy at the prize booth was nice though.Btw, I think its funny that they have a sign to not bring in firearms at the entrance.

Great fun for kids...and grandma grandpa have fun also....but sometimes all games are not working..sadly for the little ones..

I really like this one, compared to the Vista and Oceanside location. Staff was quick to help problems, place was clean, and lunch buffet was continuously stocked (unlike the other locations). Really great time there today.

If you have not been there in a few years, give the MOUSE a re-visit. Years ago, my impression was a really noisy place that kids loved for the games, but Im not sure even the kids liked the pizza back then. That has CHANGED! Good pizza now, and they have a nice salad bar, fresh and well maintained. They have turned down the volume on the games some, but the kids still have as much fun as ever.

This one is ran down the workers stare and tables were dirty. The cheese and pepper shakers were greasy and dirty like they havent washed them in weeks, and most of the games didnt work or even give tickets and the ticket collectors were all out of order. The worst part was the mouse they had a large man wearing the costume first making chuk e look huge and ten minutes later a very small female came out in it and made him look super small kids were confused. After seeing this I am giving up on chuck e cheese forever!!!! Its not even 1 star quality

Pizza was made wrong. Asked for bell peppers and onion and got it smothered in bacon. Plus I had to order my pizza 3 times because the cashier kept leaving as I tried to order. Also the cashier filling the salad bar pulled her hair back and then continued to handle the stuff in the salad bar. Just grose.

Not as large as the one my wife and I grew up with. A few of the games were out of order. The new game cards are confusing but the friendly employee was able to talk me through it. Overall, not amazing but worth an hour of smiles from my son!

Standard chuck cheese. We went to a birthday party and they did the whole chuck e thing, served cake and pizza, etc. They did a great job. Chuck e had the kids entertained and everything seemed relatively clean. Had a good time.

Service was crappy. Employees were robot like, just like the anamatronics, but cranky. There is someone selling packages in LINE while you are ordering?!?! This other lady could have helped split the line in half, put herself behind a register so we could order and sit down. Instead she has gotten everyone redeciding when they should be ordering, instead of moving it along. I can read, seriously, put up a sign. I guess wants Mr. Cheese needs to sell, sell, sell. Well, I am no longer buying this nightmare. Our final pizza was hand delivered at CLOSING time. Apologies all around and they shove it in a box and say its time to close. Wow.

Fun games, good food . Games break down a bit

Terrible customer service from the ladies behind the prize counter. Had to ask for food to be reheated. Tables dirty and cake we ordered came out falling apart. Oh and ALL of the ticket counters were broken.

Our experience was phenomenal, the staff was professional and accommodating to our sons special needs, the place was clean and not crazy loud, and most important our son had the best birthday party ever!!!!Our party was 12/19/15 at noon and I just want to say- thank you to the staff that took such awesome care our table.

None of the coin machines work. Half of the ticket machines worked. Would have taken 90 minutes for food. You would figure they would have a good amount of people working the weekends for events and parties, not here. And some of the video games did not work either.

Just brought my daughter here for her birthday. I had received an email stating that if I purchased a cake or piñata it would be delivered by Chuck E Cheese. Really disappointed when a regularly dressed employee dropped off the cake I had ordered and the candles when even lit. When this was brought to management very little was done to make up for it. She stated there was a staff member suiting up, but the cake had already been dropped off.

Cant beat free entry! Kids run around, has indoor play ground, and Chucky comes out every so often and has the kids dance with him for tickets. Really, spend as much as u want. Dont hav to buy pizza or get tokens and kids still have fun. But they also have cool combo that come wit pizza and tokens, best deals are online. Jus show up and have a huge bday party, its al good. The Staffs busy with mad families and crazy mobs of kids, were actually pretty cool given the circumstance. Last time we took my boys and the girls, the employee at the door checking all our stamps, really made sure our kids were leaving with the right adults. Appreciate that. Ever since I was a kid, always good fun

Its always busy on a friday here.But we been going over here for awhile nowIve played with 1 machine plinkoAnd there no ticket came out.I ask 3 people to help me and nobody came to help me they said they will come back to me in 5 mins i waited 30 mins for help and nobody help me i understand its busy but making 1 person wait for 30mins its unreasonable. A broken machine should get fix so kids can play and get some tickets.Im just trying to win for my daughters so she can smile but chuck cheese just like grabbing people money with broken machine they are short staff and its 300+ people in there with family and kidsNext time let get more staff on friday and weekend never kno how busg it will get

All games were basically broken and my friend (babysiting her sis) bought two pizza (we had more people) they were late by 35 minutes and were cold when it got to us so then we sent it back honstly I would never take my kids here their lucky they where at their grandmas cause it was horrible.
