Went PoGo hunting at night. We did see a couple homeless women sleeping there but it was no big deal. The park was well kept and clean. Id go there again in the daytime to experience the park in daylight.

I stopped here to let my pups potty. I saw no kids only adult MEN playing dominoes,and dopefiends. Definitely will not be returning. Basketball court is taped off and the bathrooms are closed but there are Portable bathrooms that dont lock. I honestly didnt want my pups to poop here.

Nice leisurely spot, calm on this visit and scattered picnic tables and recreational options.

Nice park, but homeless and junkies tend to hang around in the later evenings so be careful.

Very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of grass and seating.

Green space in the middle of Escondido. People usually playing basketball and older gentlemen playing some games at the picnic tables. Playground was lively and teeming with kids.

Clean and big with lots of beautiful trees. The tennis courts have just been repainted.

Definitely a big park, tennis courts with no nets, basketball courts with no nets. Playground looks a little run down but theirs definitely a lot of kids running around! Also has a pool in the rec area and seems to be construction going on. Park could be cleaned more often. Big grass area good for picnics or ball playing. Recommend staying clear at night.

I liked that this park was clean. Sadly for some reason the bathrooms are closed, but there are gross porter potties available for the public to use. I wish there was more shade here, but hey its still a cool little park.

This is a nice park! However the unisex bathroom needs improvement

Big grassy areas with lots of trees. A train car you can your when its open. Original homes and buildings from early 1900s relocated from throughout Escondido.

Unfortunately it needs a lot a renovation But I guess thats the best the city can do

The renovations to the park have really brought it back to life. Always a great place to visit.

Very nice playground equipment and in good order. Nice looking pool, a basketball court, and a baseball diamond. My little ones werent old enough to use anything but the playground, but still had a blast.

Nice playground, everything is funtional and clean. The trees are nice and there is plenty of green grass. The homeless and groups of older men that stare at you and your children are what bring the ratings down.

The playground equipment here is good. They have a smaller playground for smaller children and a larger playground for bigger kids. The bathrooms were a real disappointment. There was poop all over the floor inside the stall. There are also a lot of homeless people at this park.

Love the park ite so big. There is a pool for summer use although there open very limited hours and its $ 4.00 a person .

Horrible place been here a couple times and have to leave without even letting the kids play. Witnessed multiple drug deals people just walking around with beer drinking. On a plus there are not a bunch of bums making this park their home.

Its not that good of a neighborhood, but there is a pool. Last I checked, this is where OGHS swim and polo meet for practice.

Basketball courts are in disrepair .They used to paint the Courts every couple of years.Black Top is coming up due To Maintenance .Lights do not go on Do to An incident years prior .Ive complain Before summer To the city Have not done Anything
