Im sorry not to have hiked this before. I will again. I parked in the dirt lot on W. Bernardo Dr., walked across the pedestrian bridge and then followed the signs to the peak, which is perhaps not the best approach. The total time for me was about 1h10m from my car to the peak (2h20m round trip).The hike is aerobic but not challenging to anyone in moderately good shape. The peak offers a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and surrounds. I loved it.
