Harbor at Lemon Bay is a fantastic marina with a great staff. I appreciate that they have maintained the professionalism that theyve been known for in the midst of this pandemic. Theyre a boat storage facility at their core and that service is well worth the cost if not more! Were also coming upon the rainy season and I for one am very happy that the boat is safe and well maintained in a DRY storage.

I highly recommend Harbor At Lemon Bay. I have rented a boat here several times and they have been nothing but the best. The boats are always clean and ready to go in the water upon my arrival. The staff at the marina are polite and professional. The marina is always clean and has restrooms for their customers. They also have a fuel station here which is very convienent. I cant wait to get back out on the water and no doubt will be going to Harbor At Lemon Bay to do that.

I have been extremely disappointed at the way Harbor at Lemon Bay has responded to us during this crisis. While other marina remained open, they choose to shut down. That would be fine - we all want to stay safe, but almost all other small businesses including my own offered discounts, refunds or extension of services because it is unfair for clients to pay for services that are not available/provided. Despite emails and requests - NO DISCOUNT! Now we are back open and it is nearly impossible to launch your boat. Slots booked days in advance. Only one or two options for launch. I hope Harbor at Lemon Bay will fully recover from this decreased customer service and get back to the great marina it used to be.

I have used Harbor at Lemon Bay for years now. Clean, professional and friendly is the best description. You wont find a better place in the area to keep your boat. Bill and his staff always exceed expectations. If your thinking of keeping your boat in the area, you must stop by to look at the facility and talk to Bill. Youll be glad you did!

First Class operation that truly cares about customer service and making the boater feel like a member of the family! They dont put a number on your boat so they remember where it goes, they actually remember each customer by name! What a refreshing experience.
