Emporia Granada Theatre

This venue is beautiful. Great acoustics and classic style. A real gem of a place in Emporia.

Very nice place. Great air conditioning on a hot humid night. The concert sounded great. The staff was wonderful. Would give 5 stars, but the seats are very narrow and close together so it is a tight squeeze. Maybe those narrow seats are in line with restoring the theater to its original and beautiful state. I am just not a fan of close quarters.

We attended a private Christmas Dinner that was catered at the Emporia Granada Theater. Delicious food, wonderful cheesecake, and attentive service topped off with great attendees.

An example of a small community restoring a charming historic building and professionally managing it and promoting it as a world class venue for live entertainment. Congratulations to the Emporia community. I think the going will continue to be hard to get national and international entertainers but anyone who wants to be a patron of performing arts, whether entertainers or ticket holders, would do well to support this venue. Its a charmingly smaller and more intimate atmosphere. There may be similar examples in other smaller communities but this was my first experience and I appreciate what hard work it must have taken to provide me with such an enjoyable experience comparable to a couple of venues in my home town of St. Louis.

The theater is always a great venue to attend.

The Little Texas concert was awesome! The band was energetic, friendly & upbeat. We even bought their current CD. We hope to see them again. The Granada theater is beautiful!

Gorgeous and welcoming atmosphere all wrapped together!

Live action movie was great! All my children said they would like to see another one. Its rare when they all enjoy the same thing. Only negative was how late after the listed start time the movie began.

Coffee was great! i forgot to add in a flavor and the worker was a doll and added it in free of charge :))))

The Granada is a beautiful, perfectly maintained classic theater with up to date standards for sound. So enjoyed the experience!!

Such a beautiful and impressive place. The renovations are fantastic: details pop out. Ive seen films, live music performances, and attended events in the theater: all have been intimate and fun. You can get mixed drinks and beer at Concessions, and the Womens restroom has a chaise lounge chair!

Gorgeous old time theater looks, its like you still in 40s because everything is so crisp clean and well maintained.

We saw Chad Prather this evening. It was a good venue n really enjoyed the experience. Seats could be a little more comfortable. But a beautiful historical building.

We saw the Devon Allman project here. This was a absolutely beautiful Immaculate Theatre that holds approximately 350 people. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with our meet and greet experience. We would visit this venue again anytime soon. I highly recommend.

Awesome, historic venue. They are doing great getting nationally recognized acts. Bartenders pour good drinks, beers are not super expensive.

The sound was great, stage great, but seats have no room for bigger people. Im over 6ft tall and weigh about 300 lbs. No room to sit. Concert was great though.

Beautiful theater, seats were in balcony, could see just fine.

Watched Buckshot movie, sound was terrible, was hard to hear what they were saying.

My family loves it

Just saw Dwight Yoakam and he was amazing along with Travis Meadows. However, the theater played the music entirely too loud and ruined the entire experience. I would see Dwight Yoakam or Travis Meadows again anywhere but there. It was hard to even hear Dwight over the instruments. Very disappointed.
