I want to say thanks to Daryl for making my nephew birthday a successful day and thanks to Chuck E Cheese

Okay, its a kids pizza place, not an adult restaurant. Make sure to go online first and download coupons, better yet, get app if you have children and foresee future visits. I already have a personal pizza as a reward because of my kids birthday. Compared to other arcade/pizza places in the STL, this one is clean and large, they also stamp your hand and your kiddos hand with matching stamps so they cant just leave. Our guests said the pizza was good, Im on Atkins so I visited the salad bar, just okay, but then again most people are there to eat pizza. The salad bar was clean and well stocked though! Bathrooms were surprisingly very clean, a good indication of the kitchen.

Needs a really good cleaning. We ordered just pizza, actually two pizza, one at 7:53 and the other at 7:55. We received the pizza we ordered at 7:55 first at 8:23 and after asking multiple employee about the first pizza, we received it at 8:45 after being told it would be a few minutes by both employees. We were appreciative that the manager took the accountability for the issue but he was reluctant to do anything about issue.

This is the BEST Chuck E. Cheese in St. Louis and I think it is because not many people know about this location or they refuse to drive the distance. My family doesnt patron any other Chuck E. Cheese. There is always plenty of seating and great counter service. The menu options are upgraded and you can order wine now!

We always have a great time at the Ellisville location. Always clean and Always friendly safe staff.

Awesome my daughter loves Chuck E Cheese

The place to be for the kiddos they have so much fun and its affordable. Especially if become a member for free they send you lots of different coupons. Plus never worry about someone leaving with your child they use a number system that only allows the person who came in with child to exit building with that child.

Kids had a blast. Unlimited play cards are much better than old school tokens. Pizza was actually good!

The Ellisville location is Fantastic! Clean and fun for all ages

Good place to take kids, good service and plenty parking. Like the kids party package they take care of almost everything

This is a very family friendly restaurant conveniently located in Ellisville. Plus it is a way better Chuck E Cheese to its counterpart location in St. Charles. The staff always does an excellent job taking care of the visitors. Five star customer service! Thank you!

To many kids not accompanied by their parents doing all kinds of crazy things. Otherwise its fun for the lil ones.

Fun times for your little ones. Games for a variety of ages. Safe rides for your toddlers.

Its CEC. Kids running everywhere, parents sitting in the booths playing on their phones not paying attention to said children. Pizza isnt bad, though. I dont know why I didnt give it a fifth start. Something didnt feel right saying CEC gets five stars.

We celebrated a birthday party. The location over all was very disappointing, multiple games were not working and others never printed our tickets. It was near impossible to find an employee to help.

Happy birthday to a special 6 year old! We got the 30 unlimited play card and played as fast as we could. You can start and stop the minutes of play time, which was a cool feature.

Good service and fun for younger kids for a cheap price. Food is good for what you expect. Its not supposed to be 5 star pizza after all.

Kids were able to just go from game to game and enjoy their time. Felt safe that they couldnt just walk out the door without us either. Staff was really helpful and polite.

Kids love this place. A lot of the ticket counting machines dont work. They need a better way to exchange tickets for prizes. it a very tedious and manual process that takes way too long.

The salad bar was awful, no fresh lettuce, dressing taste like watered down, the human Chuck was gone & the mechanical Chuck Cheese was not working.. It was very poor service all around.. I was very dissatisfy with Chuck Cheese, this time..

Good quality arcade for great prices. Its hard to find such a thing anymore.

Always clean, kind staff, great families and never over crowded.

Family friendly and very fun. Staff stay cleaning and gave my family a wonderful time. And helped me prank someone with a job application prank.

Fun place for kids. Can spent 2 hours here

I always eat elsewhere first. The real draw of Chuck E Cheeses is not the pizza. Its the games. The new cards are a cool feature. I played for 60 minutes and got about 1100 tickets. But all the games are fun. Its clean.

My son loves this place. Clean safe fun.

All the machines were not Working well . Tickets wernt coming out . Points were getting wasted . I complained to the staff thrice . All three times I was told we will send someone there and noone came . Its like they say it and toottally ignore it . Not goin back to this branch .

My husband asked the lady working for game points on play card, but she put time instead. By the time our food came out and we ate, our kids only had time for a few games before card expired. He told them about it, but they didnt really care. Oh well, we ended up buying them more game time. A lot of the games werent working, as well. I feel like you get way more for your money at Incredible Pizza. Will just be going there from now on.

Fun place to spend weekend with friends and family indoor games for kids and adults. Restaurant is also there.

Very pleased with it. The workers are friendly and the food is good. Salad bar had everything fresh but it needs more of salad dressing selections. Overall I truly enjoyed

My mom, sister and I were shopping nearby and were in the mood for arcade hoops and skee ball (and food). We waited so long in line, that we almost left... but the lady in front of us finally completed her birthday party arrangements. The line had really stacked up by then. This is a real flaw in their service. Customers who come in for a simple order shouldnt be competing with party planners, come on now.We shared a Fettuccini Alfredo pizza and order of breadsticks. Both were very good but the marinara sauce was not good.We had a great time playing the games - not a bad price to pay $11.00 for 30 minutes of any game.

Love pizza.....games are just the icing on the cake.

My child died here

Always fun for the kids, theyre young so they have a blast...beer for the adults, win-win

CEC is a great place for a birthday party or a fun day out with the kids. The pizza is actually good, the workers are patient and helpful, and there is plenty to entertain kids from 1 to 92. We took advantage of a military deal, (for active or retired with ID), which saved us quite a bit. Check out their online page for a variety of offers.

Nothing real special, Chuck E. Cheese is exactly what you expect it to be. However, they do have an adult basketball game. Thats a nice touch.

Fun place for the family! Good food, fun games. Even saw Chuck E. Cheese!

The granddaughter loves it but its expensive and the pizza is terrible.

Very impressed at how organized they are for birthday parties. Kids had a lot of fun. My only complaint is they had to many games without tickets and only one person replacing them. Then when he came to replace them, he was really rude about how many tickets you won or didnt win. Overall this location is much better than the South County location. Much cleaner.

Always nice to see the grandkids have fun

Pizza good. Kids had a great time. Kinda pricey

Had my granddaughters birthday there. Good service but run other birthday parties to choose together. Before you know it, We were being told to move for another birthday party. Other then that my granddaughter had a great time.

Great place for kids birthday partys

They did a great job managing a busy Saturday. Lines were short, pizza was fresh and tasty, and the cashiers were all smiling and helpful. All but one game were in working order. Had a great time!

Took grandson enjoyed himself... Always do.

Fun place! And so clean

Not like my childhood. secure and fun. no ball bot and animatronic bands, just some arcade games.

Our server Brian was EXCELLENT we had him last year and this year. We will always ask for him! Its still very pricey for low income families. That makes me feel bad for them kids. But other than that it was fine.

My favorite to bring my kids.

Really fun. My family had a blast. Staff was friendly.

My kids had a blast! Clean and friendly staff.

It was clean food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. The workers were friendly. Went on a Friday shortly after they opened and it wasnt over crowded.

My biggest issue is the worthless salad bar and pizza that taste like cardboard. The kids do like the games and we do like that they added a timer, if you buy this option, to your card if you are older you can quickly go from game to game. They really need to update the place.

Kids love it but it isnt cheap. Great place for kids birthday parties. Love the security

It was good

My family had an absolutely wonderful time here. This is always definitely my location of preference ️

Great place to entertain children...

Love taking the grandkids there

Great party but they where slow at getting things to us.

Very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. One of the best Chuck e Cheeses I have been to. The problems were the bathrooms were very small for such a busy place, the stalls were so small I had to leave the stall door open to take my two year to the bathroom, and it is very expensive. I spent $75.00 for myself, my six year old and my two year old. That was for a pizza, a salad, three drinks and 120 points to play games. They need different meal deals for different size families.

Had a great time with the All You Can Play option. People were nice and we had a good time.

Loud, food okay but expensive.kids had fun

Fun time for the kids, big and small

Birthday party for my grandson. Little bit too old for him, he turned 2. Games were fun! Prices on the food too high. They did allow us to bring our own decorations.

Very nice set up. I love that the toddlers have their own little section away from the older kids, but is still able to wonder around. Great place for the family

New gaming system where you pay by the time spent playing and not the individual game. Food is reasonably priced. All in, a good deal and a ton of fun. My girls, aged 3 and 4, love it!

My grand kids love it

My 2 year old and I had a mommy daughter date. The stuffed crust pizza was good and my kiddo had lots of fun on the rides.

Had a blast. The staff was amazing!! The kids had so much fun!! One of the best bdays ever for my youngest.

Weird location. Dont like theres no play ground in here anymore.

Good place for kids but always a MUST to get coupons. Tokens are on cards now, so much better not having to carry the token cups around.

Its been about a decade since I had been to this location, but I wanted to bring my 4 year old daughter for her birthday. Pizza had great taste (we got stuffed crusted with two toppings). Soda fountain had correct syrup flavoring. The only employee not really smiling was the Kidcheck person, the second half of the time we were there (from about 6 to 830pm). This was the first time we had used the card system to play the games and we loved it! Spent $20 for an hour of unlimited play and ended up with about 360 tickets (my daughter really enjoyed riding the rides, lol). I had downloaded the Chuck E Cheese racing app and was able to contribute another 200 to her stash - just be sure to print out the email youre sent ahead of time for redemption. A great time was had overall and my daughter would love to come back sometime soon!

We had a birthday party. Overall the kids had a great time. A little disorganized with the two hour play cards. We were told that they could pause it while eating. Only a few cards were able to be paused.

Half the games didnt work and our credits were eaten by games too. Employees were playing around behind the salad bar. And when we left there was no one there to make sure we werent walking out with someone elses kid.

Management was helpful. Repairs to machines were quickly fixed. Food is delicious. Staff was great. Definitely the best of all Chuck E Cheeses

Fun places to be. Clean, organized .

Went here for the first time since i was a kid today. It was a bit of a laugh but i had a lot of fun. I was glad to see they still had a fair amount of the classic games from when i was a kid. It was clean and nice. Very fun, would recommend. My friend and I got scores of 128 and 134 on the hampster wheel game. Beat that! (It nearly killed us). Tons of fun!

It was nice compared to the others in the area not over crowded just a great experience

The kids love Chuck E. Cheese. I am the complete opposite ! Oh, the things we do for our kids ! The tables are always gross. Always. The pizza .. I dont know what a cardboard box tastes like but if I did, Im going to say it tastes like Chuck E. Cheese pizza ! So gross ! My kids love pizza and they wont eat it ! My kids love the games, the staff members are patient and friendly.

Its Chuck E. Cheeses. Whatd you expect lol? Kids love it. Clean, good food, service was cool.

Still over price for food but it is the cheapest place to throw a kids party

One of the cleaner ones Ive been too. Lots of games; old staples and new ones. The pay to play is a great addition.

Gross place.. pizza is terrible this place is not a family spot. Should have been closed years ago. Who reuses pizza?! Answer no other company... don’t spend your hard earned money here.

Great place for kids

Its a nice place for kids to play.. but I feel for toddlers the games are a little less. However kids do have fun with whatever is available. Nice place to take kids in winters when there is nothing much to do.

Good place for the kids to play but the food is not so good.

Nice and good food except salad bar was horrible

Had a great time had a lot of good laughs at my great nieces birthday party. The staff was excellent.

Good place to fun around for Kids. Enjoy the game without rush

Kids had a blast. The machines werent giving out tickets on every play that you won. It was a bit upsetting.

Good place for kids and nice buffet

Nice place to go

Fun place to take kids there to enjoy them self!! Lots of games!

Great experience every time but especially for our Four Year Old birthday party in April. Our Hostess for the party was excellent, I wish I remembered her name :( food was great, service was excellent, very clean and FUN for ALL, even adults.

Slot of money for what you get. But my grandson had fun. Go on a weekday.

The pizza quality improved since I last went there with my family, but a lot of the machines were out of tickets or broken.

Fun for kids as well as adults

Pizza wasnt as bad as I expected. Kids had fun.

Took my daughter there for a classmates 3rd birthday party, it was clean, well lit, friendly staff and good games.

My son loves it.. i like the fact they watch the door for all kids and adults
