The manager really strives to provide a safe environment despite being under staffed much if the time. The enviroment for competitive bowling is adequate an seems to be in compliance with county rules. Major changes have been made to provide more space for social distancing. Masks are required for everyone in the building. This has been the case in every bowling establishment that Ive visited.

Wonderful staff. Had lots of fun with my grandkids. Wednesdays 1/2 price arcade special really helps out when you have kids.

The place closed at 10p but the kitchen closed at 8p and the cashier told me at 7p that all she had on the menu to sell was the wings and fries because she is leaving at 8p. She had a terrible attitude. II dont think she appreciate her job and dont need to work with people.

One of my favorite lanes to bowl at. I pass a couple of lanes to go there. Their lane techs are good, and know how to dress the lanes. My only fear is that with the recent remodeling, it will become more of a fun center rather than a league oriented alley. Otherwise, I have no complaints for this location!! I highly recommend it.

The bowling alley is great. Even after lacking ambience and variety of food. The Allys are fast and easy going. The servers are helpful.Bowlero Columbia is really bad at this.

Fun place to bowl. Used Groupon to book. 2 hour playtime cuts off at exact time, even if in the middle of game. Had to wait too long for drink service, so cant speak on pricing.

This place is pretty run down. The website is so misleading- it makes it seem like a really upbeat and nice place, but it’s pretty gross- especially the bathrooms. They were SO understaffed and the young guy at the front was so incredibly rude! There were people drunk and young kids running around everywhere at 10:00 at night with parents yelling- you could barely move. My fiancé and I were going to bowl one more time, but we couldn’t find an appropriate ball because they were short due to the place being so crowded, and when I asked the guy at the counter he told me he didn’t have anything and seemed so burdened by us so we left. Definitely not coming here again....

We came to an empty bowling alley expecting smooth service. At the very start of our game the lane started to malfunction with the pins and the balls. after asking the cashier for a discount she told us we’d have to pay full price because we were “halfway through the game” when it was a struggle even getting to that part. It would’ve been courteous to offer a coupon an apology, perhaps even a discount but nothing. Disappointing and I will NOT be a patron of this location again.

An overall visit for bowling makes it worth it but the drinks and food are overpriced. I ordered a mixed drink and I know why that was only 7 bucks...there is no alcohol detected in the drink. ...and Im no heavy drinker but geeeeeesssshhh...not a droplet was detected. The tenders I ordered were pretty good but for the small serving (no fries) and a medium tea that was garbage cost me $13. I could have ate better for this price at an actual restaurant...but again...for bowling only great place. Id go back but Ill eat and drink elsewhere.

Its a nice bowling alley but I found them to be a little too pricey

Went for friday night rock n bowl. Overall had fun but the check in process to bowl took entirely too long. Bowling didnt even start until almost 1030. Balls were covered in grease. Should have rock and bowl run longer since some league teams finish later.

Great environment. Went on a Tuesday night they have a $2.22 special. Good drinks. We were late getting there and didnt get to finish our game, but they gave everyone a coupon to come back for a free game.

Always a fun place to spend a Friday night. They usually have all-you-can-bowl on Friday nights for around $15. The bartender, Cathy, is very friendly and attentive.

Great environment, great lanes, friendly and accommodating staff. The alleys were clean and modern. There are a variety of balls of different weights and colours to choose from. They have a nice snack bar with table service. I had apple cider beer and it was really nice. They also have decent food and a nice bar with great service. Most times, it gets really busy, so Id advice you check availability via a phone call before you dash out. This place is great for groups and good for leagues. Youd love it :)We bowled a few more games.

I tried to joke with the manager and she had a terrible attitude. After we finished i noticed the price had changed and asked the staff member who did not know and called the manager back out. I asked and tried to joke again but her response was an Oh Well. She did not seem to care and was not very nice.

Visited the pro shop for a gift for my son. The service was fine. There was a great deal on bag, shoes and ball for $150. They had the ball and bag I wanted in stock, we only had to order the shoes which arrived the following Tuesday.

Group of seniors who bowl every Monday - customer service is up and down depending on who is on duty. Today, one of the men on the crew took a broom to the ceiling filters - scattering dust and debris - while we were bowling. Already dealing with allergies, I asked if he thought it might have been polite to warn us in advance and he thought it was funny! He continued to the other filters while bowlers moved their food & drink. Inexcusable...

This place has been open since I was a kid, and hasnt really hit any major updates since then. Despite the fact that its kind of in a state of disrepair, it manages to connect the Columbia area with a wonderful community and family gathering place. Pizza is mediocre, but the bowling is great and its a fun atmosphere for people all around. There are a lot of coupons online if you join their club.

I gave 5 stars mostly because of the customer service. My family was in town and we wanted something to do. We bought Groupons for bowling here. We didnt check to see if it was a league not before we went and it was. Anyway the young lady at the desk was so kind to see if any of the bowling alleys nearby would accept our Groupons. She really did not have to do this. We wanted to bowl all together and a kind group of ppl was willing to exchange lanes so we could do just that. The staff was friendly and helpful and so were the patrons.

Get here early during the weekend. After 8pm expecta an hour to two hour wait for a lane. Staff was very courteous but short staffed. Tables and chairs could use a little cleaning. Overall had a good time.

Our lane broke 3 times. By the end of the night we were on the other side of the alley from having to switch lanes so often. The music hasn’t changed in over 2 years. It took them forever to tell us we had to move. You better be ready to drink that’s the only thing that’s gonna get you through the night. 0.0 go to Dave and Busters and get hammered there.

So the kids wanted to go bowling for the first time since we lived in Hawaii. You would think that prices in Hawaii were high until we went bowling here. At nearly $7 per game in a non-peak time I was a little take aback by the price. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful as we checked in to the lanes. That was about the only positive thing I can say about these lanes. There was no reason, with 20 other open lanes to put two groups together one of three and another of 6 on the same pair of lanes. Its like having an empty airplane and then 10 people on the fight are seated next to each other. Starting off there were still balls in the gutters before we even through our first ball. The lane porter was tried once to get the child bumpers up for either lane and didnt bother to try a little harder to get them, just walked away like the request meant nothing. About every 4 bowlers, the ball would get stuck and not come back. At one point we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a ball return. To top it off the lane porter decided to be mouthy about it saying to the mechanic it hasnt been that long, these bowlers think 2 minutes is like 20 minutes. However, I had timed each time we had to call for a ball return and we were at 10 minutes when they finally decided to get the balls returned. So I mentioned it to them that it was inappropriate to trash the customers about their wait times when the customer could prove the amount of time the waited. At which point they became mouthier saying we are just doing our jobs, and I replied trashing customers is not part of your job.Normally I wont ever post anything about poor service or a bad employees, I will just never go there again without giving them a chance to get us back as a customer. I do not recommend you even give this place a chance. Super pricey, superior attitude, not worth your time.

Fun+Friendly Bowling Alley - came here with a group of 7 using an awesome deal with Groupon. They got us on 2 lanes next to each other after a brief 15 minutes wait even though the place was packed. Beer was cheap, place was clean, bowling was fun. Cant ask for much more.

Came out to bowl for a Friday night of unlimited bowling thinking it would be a good time. It wasn’t. It was a horrible experience. Started out on lane 5 which the ball return didn’t work on. Complained to the staff who didn’t care that much about the issue and did nothing to correct it. Then asked to change lanes then put us on lane 14. Got through about a half game and the lane has a “catastrophic failure”. Got switched to another game and finished our night. Overall don’t waste your time or your money and your patience with this place. Would not recommend and take your services elsewhere.Unsatisifed customer.

A fun place to bring the family on a rainy afternoon. Everything is automated so keeping score is simple. They even have an apparatus that prevents gutter balls!We had 4 bowlers. With shoe rental and the price for 1 game totalling $36, it is not an inexpensive afternoon. Of course, everyone wanted to play again for an additional $18. I did not check to see if there were any coupons around.

I have been coming to this place since I was a little child. Employers are always delightful, and now with better Lanes, better food, in the lounge, not to mention and awesome arcade, this place makes my Sunday morning even better. I also get to enjoy the same thing I used to do as a child on Sunday morning with my son now when we catch the early bird speical, $1.99 a game

How is it that you can buy a picture of beer and not by picture of soda. We were on Lane 21 and Ill balls was ending up on aisle 1 21 stopped all night we were 30 minutes behind the other two lanes that we had. when I asked to buy picture soda to manager said you have to talk to me you dont have to talk to her about that. He had 18 people there and we planned on coming back but not not there. The pizza was okay the quesadilla was excellent the two hot dogs and the bread was horrible. The guy at the counter was good damage control. House shoes were sticking and definitely wasnt sliding

We went for a team building event. Our supervisor called in advance to reserve some lanes the day before but they didnt have any info when we arrived. The scoring system is antiquated but works fine after you get it sorted. No issues with the lanes. Standard bowling alley fare.

I tried to use my Groupon three times and each time all bowling lanes were closed due to tournaments. It would be nice if they would indicate on their website that theyre busy and unavailable and their folks behind the counter including the manager could be nicer & more helpful. Instead theyre unpleasant & borderline rude, avoid this place!

Came in for unlimited bowling at 9, assuming it was until midnight like the website says. After one game, the lady from the front desk came out and said “Oh by the way, we close at 10.” I guess it doesn’t really matter, I left after a series. My ball was literally dripping oil, it felt like the machine laid a pattern all the way to the pins. It was next to impossible to get any of my equipment to make the slightest move towards the pocket. I felt like a drunk college kid throwing it hard and straight. Maybe that’s why they call it college night......

I would give 0 stars if I could! Bad customer service, unprofessional, and rude! No respect for your waiting time, and would give your spot for someone else maybe because she knew him! She took his card from the other side of the counter and gave him the last lane that we were waiting for! Then she started to throw her lies! She started yelling! SO RUDE!

The hours on the website and google are wrong. College night is also only for kids with ID, which is acceptable. It doesnt say that on the website. My kids didnt have school on Friday 1/25 and we thought they were open until 11 because thats what the website says that. When I mentioned that the kid working the counter basically told me that they only follow whats on the door H was pretty snippy about it. How would I know whats on the door looking at a website? Then, scoring was not working correctly and he was pretty inpatient fixing it. Not a great experience amd the kids noticed too.

Its a great place to bowl, wasnt too busy on Friday night, it was rocknbowl after 8 pm. Great quality lanes and lots to choose from the food menu. The staff was also really nice.

I came in with my family, and we waited in line for like 15 min. Just to have the lady tell the guy, who came in after us, that they have a lane for him. But then told us that they didnt havre any other lane available for another 30 to an hour. Asked to talk to the manager and he was rude as well. Not going back. Would not recommend.
