Absolutely the WORST place to have your home.The management is rude, loses papers, change hours continually.They will not allow the renters on property to pay the rent ... let me rephrase they will one month but not the next.

Ive lived there for yrs. I like it. Its quiet some times but then u have the disrespectful kids with 4 wheelers that just romp it past the house.

I would give 5 if roads were kept up better and rent didnt keep going up so often

Watch out for the potholes. Theyre huge and everywhere.

Managet is super cool

One of the last really affordable and livable areas in Elko if youre not working at or for the mines. Internet Service isnt great because they cant establish a good infrastructure for anything much better than 15mbps download speeds, and there are a few returning potholes in the road every year, but overall the place is very well maintained and I think the office staff are just lovely folks.

This park sucks, the streets are in poor shape but at least the lot fees keep going up thats awesome!
