Chuck E. Cheese is a staple for generations. I had my birthday there as a young child, and so did my children. Now Im here for my little nieces birthday too. The staff works hard and is very young, which I think helps the birthday lads feel more comfortable.The best thing about this location is that it was clean and diverse in its population. The birthdays are organized and ready when your family and guests walk in the door.When you walk in the door, they stamp your hand and your childs hand so you can walk out together and deter someone from kidnapping children. The stories of pushy parents unruly children was not my experience. Id recommend you give Chuck E. a try when planning your childs next birthday.

This is a great spot when the kids need to get out and you just want to chill! The pizza is not bad and the kids love it, great for parties! There are lots of games and rides to play with a paid play card but there is also a free section so go have fun with the kids!

Kids love this place. Its not bad once you get over the smell of dirty socks. Their arcade games are fun and work off a swipe card system. If you do the math, most games cost about 35 cents and premium games are about 65 cents.

Great family fun. The kids $20 each lasted forever, and chuck e cheese was so cute. The price of the food was a bit excessive though. Very clean and tidy place within a safe environment. Parents can relax in surety that kids are safely enclosed in place.

Stopped in for carryout wings and pizza for $5 each. added on a cookie pizza and it was soooo tasy. Only a 15 minute wait before it was ready. The gentleman working there was nice and efficient. The food quality itself wasnt the best but for the price I was definitely satisfied. I honestly will probably go back and continue to support this location!

Where a kid can be a kid! Chuck E Cheese has always been my boys favorite fun place. Pizza, appetizers, and salad bar is great. Took a star away because of the cleanliness of the restrooms, at times this place has a stinky sock smell and staff is alright.

Fun to let the kids go play but Chuck E Cheese thinks they are pulling the wool over our eyes with the new play cards... kids use to be able to play games for .25 cents a game for tokens. Now the game credits are disguised as points. And it can cost between 10 to 50 points a game. Get your moneys worth by signing up for coupons on the website and pay for the all you can play card if you are planning on being there for a couple of hours.

Fun place for the little people. They take great care in making sure you leave with the children that you came in with. Love the happy faces that you see on the tykes that play there. Some of them forget their tickets after playing a game, however, so remember to remind them whether theyre your kid or not.

What can you say, its same ole same ole Chuck e cheese. This location is clean with friendly staff.CONS: UNLIMITED PLAY CARDS. This was a horrible idea. There are grown adults setting up camp in front of machines for 20-30 minutes. Playing the big give away games over and over and over collecting thousands of tickets. So many tickets the counter filled to capacity 3 times with one man.I had to tell 3 adults to step aside so the 5-6 kids in line behind them could play. The pathetic display was worse at the counter machines. Ours kids were cashing out 300-500 and these adults were in the thousands. Holding up the lines.My overall experience wouldve been much higher if not for these embarrassing displays from these parents. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION DURING PEEK HOURS DUE TO THIS REASON ALONE .Chuck E cheese please fix this

Everyone there had big smiles on there faces including me! We were there for almost two hours enjoying every minute!

This Chuck E. Cheeses is cleaner than other places and their stuffed crust pizza is delicious. To receive prizes you usually have to wait there about 10 or 20 minutes. The customer service isnt the best the best either.

Kids can be a kid. I love how your stamped upon entering with matching numbers for your kids. When leaving they check those numbers. If no match, you cant leave with the child. Security precautions (5 stars)

The food was good. Thursday night it was not overcrowded. The games and kiddie rides were fun for our little one (and us as well). Their timed card system is a good value. You can fill a card with time and play as much as you can for that time. Staff was helpful when needed.

Its a absolutely great place for a childrens party. It alleviates the clean up process afterwards and you can let the little ones play until they just about drop . My kids are way too old for it but my little niece had a good time so I give it 5 stars.

I was invited to a birthday party yesterday evening and I have to say the establishment was not where it should have been. I understand that people are there all the time but at some point somebody should be cleaning the floor and the tables. I dont understand why it looks like this????... would you want your kids or grandkids playing on that floor?

They have great employees wish there was more of them, they just seem really short staffed all the time and I take my 4 yr old there almost once a week. Machines always give lots of wins and tickets so thats always nice. Overall its ok I like it

Meh. I feel like its much more difficult to win more than a few tickets on the games now than how it had been. Customer service is hit or miss. A few of the employees I came across didnt seem to show much interest in helping with questions or were very pleasant either. This Chuck E Cheese may be going downhill like so many others are.

This specific Chuck E. Cheese wonderful but it too over 2 hours to get our food and I felt like they could have did a better job with crowd control. Otherwise, it’s a great place to go and let the kids run around. It’s fairly priced and there’s a lot to do.

My sister in law booked the place for 2 hours and we had the whole place to ourselves before that opened. It was awesome!

Night supervisor very obnoxious and not helpful at all. He made me feel like I should be grateful he was attending me. They brought out the 2 extra large pizzas I asked for boxes because place would be closing within 40 minutes and they bring me two white takeout boxes so I asked if the had anything bigger they acted like I was asking for gold! Usually just go there as guest invited for birthday parties so their unprofessional attitudes were surprising!

Nice place to take the kids out. You can now have the option to do either time or tokens. We did all you can play for 1hr. Plenty of time for the kids to enjoy.

I come here every visit to Sacramento. My family loves how clean it is also the games are always working. You have your standard one or two that dont work but other than that we good. And the pizza is always on point!

Replying to owners question: Have an employee readily available for the cotton candy station. I would improve managing security at main entry doors for children. For a newcomer the main entryway was not clear. That day I walked past the doors including people accompanying me.

I havent been to a Chuck E Cheese in years. With that being said, it has changed so much. I never took my daughter when she was younger because they were always so dirty. This one was far from dirty and has great games (tons) too. That pizza!!!! On point! Not soggy and crust is so buttery and delicious. Great staff. Kids got an hour of free play and u can pause the time while you eat. I enjoyed myself, will go back to this one.

Large space with games for bigger kids. Kids are safe and always checked before exiting. Our kids always enjoy being able to walk away from us, and likewise.DEFINITELY use coupons.The salad bar is average. Love the chicken available on the side. But it makes the salad bar with chicken almost $10. :/Pizza is better than I remember.Always fun times!

I went on really busy day . Even the manager Muhammad was helping to handle the crowd . Maintenance boys jaime and Abdul were always there to help people in operating games and refilling the tickets in games. Delicious food love this place. Even the employee AMANDEEP solve my issue with other lady who was not ready to leave the game lolbut that was a big issue though

The manager Moe is the rudest no way he should a manager no people skills what so ever, he lets his workers play the games and gives free game cards to his employees to play for free and hog the machines this place is supposed to be for kids not adults. The food here is the worse salad bar look old. Will never step foot In a chuck e cheese again there are so many better options to choose from. This is not one of them.

We had our sons 3yo bday here and he had a blast! Everything was covered from the pizza and drinks to the bday cake and dipping dots. The staff also did all the clean up too and our hostess Arianna was extraordinary. She ensured everything was on schedule and took care of us throughout the party. The kids had a great time meeting chuckEcheese, but most of all, they love playing the games to wins tickets and to earn prizes at the prize counter. Honestly, I think that last line describes my love for chuckEcheese. Lol

Great place for kids. Pizza is not all that great. For what theyre charging on their Pizza, it could been better. Salad bar is all you can eat, but have limited selections. Otherwise, its a great place to take kids to enjoy the games.

I purchased 2 cards, one with 45 points and the other one with 45 minutes. The first one transaction I specifically asked for the points to be loaded on a card that I keep in a wristband ( I keep points on that one so my toddler who mostly loves ruining around wont be on a time limit!) So then the second one I needed a new card and wanted time on that one. Well the cashier did it wrong and put time in the first card and points in the second card. I didnt notice it until all the points were used up. The manager wouldnt do anything. I even asked if they could at least change my sons card to points, but they said no. Oohhhh they were so rude. I ended up buying my son another card with points on it. I spend so much money at chuck e cheese, that just irritates me that I have to lose out because of an employees mistake!

Clean, customer service is friendly and the foods OK. A good place to take your kid for small partys.

Staff is extremely friendly, orders come out quickly occasionally its does get crowded however weekdays are usually slow especially if you go early.

UNLIMITED PLAY. Omg! COMPLETELY different from when i was a kid. Got 2 hour long cards, did our best to share, use one at a time, & stayed 2 hours. We played EVERYTHING, mastered 3 games & got nearly 2500 tickets!Pizza is way better than youd expect. Salad bar is... Consistent? Had the same stuff forever(not bad, i like it). Avoid the wine! Worst Ive ever had as of 4 yrs ago.Chuck E is great. Still hard to believe the one walking around on the floor is anamatronic(its SO realistic!), & the one on stage - acting like a robot - is the human in a suit. Must be hard to stay still so long in between songs

I ordered 5 pizzas for my party and one had hair in it. They replaced it with another pizza. Overall the kids had a great time

What can i say-its Chuck E. Cheese! Loud - my son may or may not have been the loudest one there! But its like it used to be...most of games/rides are for little ones. But play pass is awesome!
