Great place for Senior living.

Awful management. Very expensive rent that continues to increase every year.Fairly clean mobile home park.

Very beautiful !!! Its very quiet. .

Lovely and peaceful place that my grandma lives in. The upkeep is great and the rules in place make sure everyone does their part to keep in that way. Though it is not a huge problem the community does have a lot more rampant traffic with the Dutch Bros coffee just down the street so using the East Stockton access can be haptic.

Very sought after senior living community

Senior citizen, mobile home Park. That does not have rentals available you can bring your own mobile home or buy one there.
