Ive been living here 18 years. Im preparing to be able to leave for a nicer park or buy land for my home because I want to be able to have a pool. Aquatics is a low-impact, healthy form of exercise and they dont support that here. Its perfectly fine for everyone to get drunk and light fires in a burn pit, but God forbid you like to swim.

In response to all the reviews that I have read I guess I would like to give my input I have lived here for about a month-and-a-half so far and I think it was the best place weve ever moved to office management is wonderful I have never experienced a more pleasant a person sectional with a professional attitude and a kind demeanor to work in an office Ive had my share of mobile home parks somewhere good somewhere not but we are very clean people and we love where we live we are not busy bodies we dont bother with anybodys business or problems but I have to say the park has lovely residence that dont bother and dont start trouble but the management I am so happy with and I am very happy that I moved here from Las Vegas and I hope that we can stay and be around a long time weve fixed one Charles place right now inside looks like the Taj Mahal if spent a lot of money end time but were very happy here but most of all Holly has been wonderful she is truly an asset to this company

If it was possible to close them down I would no one ever answers the phone no one is usually in the office you never get to speak to the actual owner the lady that runs the office in cedar manor smokes weed the residents its a total dump they force you to clear your credit which I think is illegal but I did they said bank statements to prove it so I drove 6 n a half hrs total to get them because of road construction then they wanted proof of employment which I did once I handed it in not once but twice it still wasnt good enough they then wanted letters from creditors which was going to take weeks the girl who runs cedar manor lied to me trying to say she didnt say bank statements would be fine she also delayed it so she could sale it to her family a 800 dollar trailer home n they ran me around in circles for 8 to 10 weeks the first trailer I looked at wasnt even fit for a dog to live in so they got mad I changed my mind after loosing my job there because of this craziness I got n own one in another town I also offered them one year of lot rent paid in full staff isnt friendly when you do finally find someone they act like that park is lined in pure gold for the trouble they put u threw to own something all in all the park isnt worth even living in Im not sure how any other park is that the actual owner has but hear it maybe up to as many as 30 of them but she doesnt seem to be a very nice lady but I ended up in a very clean low noise area thank god

Dori was horrible to deal with. But am very Grateful for the new park manager. I am looking forward to have someone pleasant in the office to deal with.

Cedar Manor it seems like like anybody can come here and live here from anywhere and eat in a race and we can just all have fun and nobody else can have anything to do with you and the landlord shes a very nice person and so is her assistant that story and Dory not story Ive lived here for so dear Lord I dont know how long but its been beautiful even though I do believe its just getting to be too much for my pocket but I cant just up and leave because I love the place here yeah we have problems

Lived there for a while it wasn’t bad back in the day but over the course of the many years the place went down hill many break ins homes literally falling apart and un drinkable water but yet they have raised the rent there drastically but haven’t fixed anything as for living there again it will never happen your better off saving your money and going else where I’d rather stay living in my new home verses the headache of that dump they call a trailer park

I suggest that no one moves there it is a bad place to live if you want to have peace of mind and quiet living dont go there. The manager has double standard of people and she makes your life miserable.you wont get sleep there

Terrible,the manager Mrs.Dorothy Swartz is a racist .On top of that shes nasty and awfully rude.Angry at us for even showing up and inquiring over the application process to purchase a property. She found a million reasons to turn us away because we are hispanics.Every property she has listed on website was unavailable to us even though its still posted as we speak.All the friendly residents I encountered warned me about her and advised me to look elsewhere because they are treated poorly yet the rent continually increases.I feel sorry for all the nice folks who wound up there,not knowing this truth.(-1)

Stay the hell away from that place its nothing but trouble there people are always fighting there destroying your stuff,stelling, bad-mouthing and really bad foul mouth The grown ups are bad enough with it, but most of the children are just as bad with it.

Have you ever watched Trailer Park Boys?Cedar Manor is essentially Sunnyvale, except with somehow MORE feral cats. Abandoned trailers all over the place, garbage, trash cans just lying in the roads.. Charging anything more than 10$ a month for lot fees here would be a crime

We have been here a year now. Its true u can never drink your well water that your paying for.im on a quiet street with few kids near. My street is mostly older people. I like how few dogs are owned but there is a abundance of cats going under homes. There is a fewvhomes that are abandon. playground is 3 swings a broke bench. Wish it was nice but the kids break it ive been told. Our rent went up $10 on newyears. Not sure why as little has been done. The office sends you complaints if you own 3 cars but people are always parking on the street. The potholes used to destroy my car. Niebors are nice but always seems to be one that has little regaurd for everyone else. Wish we could put fence up but only cedar manor is allowed i guess. Over all it sure beats renting a apt. Nice location near high way and quite country setting. Not bad for our growing family.

LADY IN OFFICE SO RUDE!! SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE. SHE WAS KIND OF RACIEST. I ASKED IF I MAY SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND SHE DOESNT HAVE ONE SHE SAID.

Staff is non existent and you can not drink the water out of the faucet. There are multiple abandon trailers that kids break into and party in.
