Management staff was very rude. While working she allowed her toddler daughter to jump and was being discriminative against my grandson and our race.
Skys the Limit is an amazing place to take the family! The kids love it and it never disappoints!
We had a great time. I ordered the tickets online through Groupon and got a great deal. Also got a military discount when we purchased the socks. You can fill out the waiver online prior to going in makes things easier so you don’t have to make 2 lines. I purchased tickets for us 5 and we had a blast. Kids can’t wait til we go back. Looking forward to going again.
Skys the limit is pretty solid for the area. My party did the Sonic-Boom (3 hours of bouncing) and it cost us about $40 for two. Extremely decent array of exhibits to choose from. Staff was young, but courteous and remarkably professional. Place was running about 70% capacity (of guests) when we were there, but it didnt feel like it. Both of my children had a good time. They offered 2 climbing walls with multiple sides, zip-line, tot area, and well... a lot of trampolines. While we were there the lights were low, and I thought that was pretty neat. They had a dodgeball game going every few minutes on a field commensurate with a half-court. We didnt try the food, but it looked/smelled as expected for the venue. Overall, I say it was a good value for kids < 16.It is also in a very convenient location if you have an E-Town Swim and Fitness membership.
Be prepared to pay, have to purchase socks so be sure to hold onto them, it is pricey, but a very fun time, almost always crowded with plenty of staff around to help. Kids loved it and always want to go back, birthday packages are outrageous so don’t think we’ll ever have one there, but we will continue to visit and enjoy our family fun!
They were great, we will def be back!!
What an incredible space - not only for E Town, but for all of Kentucky and neighboring states. This is more than a trampoline park, its an adventure setting featuring more attractions than most parks; plus they paid real attention to detail. It features a kids court, dodge ball, main court, foam pit for teens and adults, battle beam and log roll, basketball dunk lanes, interactive elements (see the cardio wall and High 9 pictures), Wipeout, full concessions/Cafe, party spaces and more... Definitely make it out to Sonic Boom on Friday and Saturday nights 8pm-11pm for an awesome light show and high energy music. Worth the drive, even if its a couple hours away. The kids will definitely sleep on the drive home
Check in was very busy and poorly organized. At some points, the queue was out the door. They only had two tablets available for disclaimer releases at a station where they had ports for four which backlogged check in process. Then it was slow at the register. Cashier had to explain all the pricing options. There should have been a sign for that so a person could have their mind made up when getting up to the register. They definitely need to reorganize and make it more efficient. That would make it 5 star. All that aside, kids had a great time jumping. Good staff.
It is a great place to take the kids to blow off some energy. My grandson and nieces had a blast. The pizza was actually pretty good,it did take about an hour to get our full order though. Also, just dont expect great customer service,a bunch of teenagers work there and none seem to have a smile or happy tone.
We enjoyed the jumping experience. There were a lot of different activities that we hadnt seen at other jump parks. I would have given 5 stars except the Sky Cafe only had 1 line going the whole time and standing in line took 15 minutes each time.
Kids enjoyed it. Good variety of activities. The massage chairs arent the ones that kick you out if you dont pay, so that was a plus. Super friendly owner offered us free passes when the Skittles machine malfunctioned.
PAY IN CASH!!!!!If you decide you want to spend a pretty decent amount of money on a birthday party for your kid here.. please be aware that paying with a card is not in your best interest.Booked the birthday party on February 6th for March 6th. To book the party you are required to pay half the deposit.. paid $145.75.. set to pay the rest of the deposit on the day of the party.Realized after the party I was charged twice. Called and they tried to tell me they only ran my card once.. I let it go for a few days while it still read as pending (but still the funds were subtracted) and when it officially posted I took the time to go to my bank, get print outs of the transactions. Took them to Skys the limit where the manager proceeds to tell me I need to dispute it with my bank.. when I was dissatisfied with that answer the general manager comes out and is every bit as unhelpful as the former telling me she will get with me VIA email. I asked her simply what they would do if someone were not in the same financial situation and this caused them overdraft fees etc..would they pay those?! No answer and I suspect I wont get my email. Went to my bank to file a dispute and that has now caused me to have to shut off my debit card and now go through each billing on every account I have to re-enter a new number so my bills can come out.Come here if you want to spend 50% more on services than you expected to.
Highly recommend! Everyone in our group had an amazing day. We had 7 kids rangung from age 2 to 18 and there was definitely something for everyone.Having a designated area for the 6 and under crowd was a bonus in ensuring the safety of the smaller kids. The 7-18 yr olds in our group loved the trampolines, the basketball, extreme dodgeball, rope swings, and all the other great activites...especially anything they could compete against each other while having fun.The snacks at the concession were reasonably priced and the $5 drink in the souvenir cup with a $1 refill was a big winner with the sweaty teens in the group!
We attended toddler time once. We didnt know that we needed to register our children. With a 2 and 1-year-old in line for about 20 minutes, its very hectic. Stood in a 20-minute line then about 5 more minutes to register the kids. It would have been great to see a sign on the door that way one of us could have done the registration while standing in line. One of the refs was actually TAKING A NAP! In the area when you first go in.I was excited to find out they built toddler zones but the way in the back. So you need to walk small children around all the other areas. So like I guess its cool if you have people to help but not really where I would go while my is at work. Also, has small openings to unsafe areas children can access.Great for the older kids but toddler time and areas seem to be a money grab.
My girlfriend had her sons birthday party there. Everything went fine until the payment was processed . Paid deposit prior to the party and was charged twice the day of the party. When she called, the employee stated that there was a “glitch” with their system. She went today with bank statements show the 3 charges and the employee said to take up with her bank that it wasn’t something they did on their end. Very unhelpful and unprofessional.
Lots of fun for the kids. Super clean. Great staff. Pizza was gross though. Even my 6 year old didnt like it. It had nothing to do w staff- just the sauce wasnt very good. We will try the burgers next time. Kids had a blast! Kids ages were 6, 10, and 11.
Super fun trampoline park but I do NOT recommend working or coming here. It is owned by some wonderful people but was put into the wrong hands. I used to work here and it was one of my worst experiences. The lower leveled co-workers get along well -for the most part- but there’s a lack of respect between supervisors and those underneath them. Immature “adults” are put in charge and speak before thinking but expect respect in return. Promotions are given to those who simply did not earn it; they’ll promote people with anger issues or lack of self control. The supervisors act extremely childish and result to publicly shaming coworkers in the work group chat for things they do wrong. Supervisors will openly talk about other workers that they do not like. They also do not respect their costumers. The workers will talk negatively about people jumping there and then act like nothing was said if you were to talk to them. In my opinion, this whole place needs to be re-staffed. I honestly would just spare yourself the money and jump somewhere else in Louisville.
Wonderful place to take your kids and the price definitely matches the services you are getting
This place is awesome!! My kiddos all have an amazing time and we all go home ready for a nap.
Took my 5 yr old Grandson and had a BALL! He loved it! I loved it! The staff was great.I will be returning for sure!
The place itself is pretty cool, however the majority of employees are rude. We have a 1.5 year old and we were in a maze type of place and we didn’t know we couldn’t be in with our daughter. A guy came up to us and said you’re too big get out, not in a friendly manner he was very rude about it. They also need more than one designated area for the 1-6 year age group.
My son enjoys his time here! Great place to hang out and meet other kids. Staff has been friendly.
Fun place for a playdate! Fun night and my kid cant wait to go back.
Really nice clean place. Kids had a blast. All the employees seem to hate their jobs though. They need to be a little friendly.
Love it. My son is Autistic, and he really has a blast here. The staff were friendly as well. The second time we visited (spontaneous,) they were hosting a Sonic boom, and my son couldnt handle the noise or crowd. Not a fault of the establishment, but I suggest looking it up if you plan to go!
Just left, and the employees would not stop following us. It was way too crowded, they would not let me do flips in the smaller tramp area, so we went to the long tramps, and little kids younger than 3 years of age would not get out of the way and continued to surround me. Going to house of boom next time I want to celebrate my birthday.
Place is fun, clean, staff is helpful n watchful, the smaller children r kept out of harms way. Everything in the arena is a trampoline. They also have food that is served, fountain drinks and also cater to special occasions. Birthday parties, etc. Adults get in there and jump. Happy jumping E town
Had a blast with my son
The trampolines and other features were well built and safe. The design and flow of things was chaotic and not well thought out, such as the entry way and line to sign in. It is a jumbled design that leaves little room to get by others, so youre constantly bumping into other people and trying to get out of the way. There are a few other points of the facility that chole down really narrow as well. Overall, its a good place with a few design flaws.
Great place! Worth every penny! Great staff!
The cafe line was so long, that we had to stand in line for 20 minutes to get a drink. The chairs and tables are located out by the cafe and the lines, so kids would run into each other, the chairs, the people sitting at the tables. They need to put the cafe in a whole separate room from the jumping area. The music was so loud you had to scream to talk. It was not a fun place for the adults, but my son enjoyed it. I hope I never have to go back there.
I asked for a manger and Alexis came. She was incredibly rude to me and my family when we come to jump. Spoke very rudely and had a major attitude and tone. Was very disappointed with the attitude given and quite frankly ruined the rest of the time although other employees were good and kind. I was honestly thinking about not coming back.
Great job done by the staff today hosting my sons birthday party from beginning to end. Wouldnt hesitate to have a party there again.
The waiver could be shorter and more streamlined. Also, needs to be clearer on who is participating. Need locking lockers for customer. Too easy to steal others belongings.
My kids love this trampoline park!
Great place to do birthday parties this was our second time doing a birthday party and both times the host was amazing, we had a little trouble with our room but besides that it was an amazing experience
Hosted a birthday party there this week. The kids had a great time but behind the scenes. It was a cluster getting everyone signed in. Then I was over charged and the girls couldnt figure out how to refund me. Until what appeared to be an assistant manager came and completed. She was great. Then while waiting for the kids to finish their ball game at the end of the party, our host told us we could use a cart for our left over cake and presents while we waited. While waiting the actual manager came up grabbed the cake, rudely, and loudly tell me how I could not be back there with that food! She said even tho I see you already cut it, it cant stay!. Everyone including other patrons were just staring. I told her, her employee told me I could. She replied Thats ONLY if you had a party here! Thats when I told her we did have a party. She laughed and said oh I didnt know. This woman was very unprofessional and rude. Then sent her assistant manager out to apologize. Again, assistant manager was great. So... Good fun for the kids, no so much for the adults!
My kids had an absolute blast. It definitely burned their energy and It was a great workout. Keeping up with the kids was a task. The workers were fine, shy and young, I don’t expect much from a younger crowd. However, I would like to see some more rules applied to this place. My son who is five wanted to play dodge ball and I told him no. The kid monitoring was like “it’s fine he can play”. One, I’m his mother- if I say no I mean no and two, it’s not okay for a five year old to play dodge ball with teenagers who were maybe fourteen and up. There are some other small kids in there, but there should be rounds which children of equal age. They also let the kids hang and do whatever they please. I won’t say it’s from lack of care but more so young and too timid to address the dangers. That was my biggest thing was there weren’t really any set rules or no worker really enforced them. I understand we sign a waiver, but still.. there’s no point for you to pay someone if they’re going to standby and watch children injure themselves.Another one of my issues.. Is cleaning. There’s a lot of sweat going on here. After we left and after another friend left, we all acquired the flu. Oddly, I have a few other friends who have had the same experience. I would recommend taking intervals at some point, like they do with pools and spraying something to help minimize the germs floating around.I gave It two stars, because it’s new, and they’re still adjusting and I’m sure looking for ways to improve and become more organized.
Live this place My kids and I always have Soo much fun. They offer great deals and a great experience
Took my kids to jump on a rainy day, very pleased. Workers were extremely nice and courteous. Food from cafe was excellent and staff were exceptional helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!!
Great place to go to get the kids some exercise and they will sleep good that night.
Fun and great exercise. Wish it were a little less expensive though so we could go more.
Dont get the Groupon deals! I paid $45 for a 4 person deal and was told Id have to pay $140 when I actually arrived. Pretty embarrassing to have the kids crying on the way out because we wont let ourselves get ripped off!
Staff could use some proper people skills training to be courtesy and smile atleast the minute you walk up and say hello we have never been here,, which they could have explained to help us decide,... most of all I want every parent to know this .. when you fill out the form, go back and delete the cookies and the history, because my daughter noticed how easy it is to get someones information that previously filled out the information, AKA home address?? I informed the staff that its not safe and that I deleted all the history and cookies on the tablet I used and she looked at me with attitude.. And dude there said they had a copperhead in the foam pit area once, so they now clean them out every Sunday ?? Had us jumpy . I wont get in the foam out now
We will definitely be back! The jump park is very clean, the employees were very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good as well. They even have days for homeschoolers! This has to be one of my familys favorite trampoline parks! And even better, they are reasonably priced! They also have a game called Bazooka Ball. It is pretty much a laser tag and nerf gun game combined. Instead of little darts they use little balls. My 4 and 7 year old had a blast playing that!
So fun! We used a Groupon which made it exponentially cheaper. My 7yo and I jumped for 2 hours for less than $30!
Family run trampoline park with climbing walls, they also have a small dining area. Great place for birthday party. It seems be to well run, depending on the night you go, it can turn into a teenager hangout and drama that follows.
Reasonably priced. Lots of fun for kiddos!
I actually enjoyed most of what they had to offer and the layout. It was different than others Ive been to. I was mostly disapointed with the strict enforcement of petty rules. I get they all have them for liability purposes, but most places are relaxed on enforcement if youre not doing anything dangerous. My son is 11 and we love playing dodgeball together. But theyve now split games up so 12 and under play and 13 and over play. They said we could play a family game, but thats just 1 on 1. I would say this trampoline park is great if you have toddlers that benefit from all the rules, but over 10 yrs old I would say check out altitude or one of the others that makes it easier to have a good time, especially if you like to participate with your kids.
The kids loved it had fun . I think its to expensive not something we can afford to do a lot. And we did have a few occasions where older kids just took over the basketball area or wasnt watching what they was doing and my grandson thats 4 was practically knocked down and took over where he was jumping .
10 year old had fun but got hurt when she was jumping. Someone dropped hair pin and punctured my girls foot.
Fun place. Lots to do and its clean.
So much fun for kids of walking age and older!
This is a great place to visit! I highly recommend this place 1000/10!! The staff is very nice and seem to know what they are doing. It is a great place for kids and can also be for adults. Also there food is wonderful and good too! The prices are very inexpensive also. And they have a deal for everyday of the week. Again I highly recommend this place.
My family had a great time jumping here. There are so many things to do. Hands down, one of the best places to visit. The best part was battling my kids on the balance beams. The only downside is that the place is pretty expensive, even with the deal days.
With all of the new rule changes it just isnt as fun anymore. I used to find myself able to play with my kids, but due to the limitations on tag and dodgeball I spend most of my time watching my kids now. They dont have as much fun either. Every time we have gone at least 1 of the reffs also state they dont like the new rules.
Great place to let the kids run wild.
Great place to bring kids. The workers are all amzing. Even the food there is a good price and they give military discount. Me and my family cant wait to go again. Plus they have different membership for every situation. Plus toddler time is great.
Lots of fun...only negative is safety kids run and try to jump in your square ..wish workers would be more direct on safety
They over charged our party!
Great place! Super Chill! The employees are all young but they allow to kids to have fun and not try to enforce to many rules. Most parents cover the safety anyway and if your kids are raised right then there’s not to much worry about in regards to injury. I completed everything online prior to getting there. Arrived exactly on time and spent about 5 min getting tags and putting on socks. Then the kids took off ready to jump. There’s is more then enough to do when it’s an hour or two of straight jumping. Prices are fair considering most places are around the same. Don’t expect much from the snack bar; so think of it as a snack bar at the ball park (limited) and mostly microwaveable stuff. We had a blast just watching the kids.
Nice place, jus have loads of fun. Area just for small children. Pay by the hour. A tad on the expensive side. Currently building a ninja warrior addition which would be awesome.
My inner kid came out. Had a blast. Very clean, friendly, fun atmosphere. Employees are polite and friendly.
Weve been going here since its opening. Getting too strict and employees lack tact. Wont return, been to similar places all around the states and in other countries and hands down this one is no longer enjoyable. Overcrowded with parties too.
Lots of fun. My kids loved it
Nice place for kids and adults of all ages. My husband and I were in the 6yrs. and under section with our toddler and she had fun. There was an employee named Trae who was helpful attentive to the little ones. My daughter enjoyed playing with him.
Ever since they lost Nick Crance and Misty as a worker it has gone completely down hill. I recommend going to Louisville to go to sky zone. They have way better service!!! Thanks you for your time. R.I.P SKYS THE LIMIT
It was fun. Food was very cheap and inexpensive. Although it toke a long time to receive the food it was still very tasty. The faculty was nice but unorganized. They were all over the place at the front desk. But in there defense there was a party going on which I was apart of. At the end of the day its a great place to visit with or even without kids.
Glad they built one in Etown. Great place to take the kids...
Great place! My son loves it and never wants to leave. Havent tried any food yet. I dont mind the pricing for the hours of entertainment!
Such a big area to have fun
This place is an excellent place to take your kids. They get exercise and fun. Plus if you jump with them or play dodgeball you will get a great workout. There is a water fountain and restrooms plus a snack bar.
They need more workers to supervise the play areas. It is very under staffed and needs better safety supervision.
I took my 4 grandchildren there for a Friday night. Three wanted to play dodgeball. The referee in charge let about 20 come in on each side. Then wanted to tell 12 to leave because 8 was maximum for safety. I understand safety and 8 being the max, but why allow 20 to come in and get their hopes up of playing only to be told to get out. Then they come out to wait to the next game. But when it’s time for the next game, if you’re not friends with the referee, you get put out again. There is no organization-no line. Total chaos. I tried to talk to the referee-Nick- and all he did was get rude and loud. It’s unfortunate that such a potentially positive experience for my grand kids had to be ruined by workers who only support their friends.
A great place to take your family especially with younger kids. Dodgeball, foam cube pits, foam pit fight, spinning log jump and many other fun trampoline themed activities. There is something for every age group here. The staff are very friendly, and politely inform you on the rules and help keep the mobs of running children in order.
Great place, A number of different of activities. Had fun for the whole three hours.
Have to say this place is LEGIT!!! Kids had a blast! The staff for the most part look like they are having a good time and the food is reasonably priced. Definitely a great place to take your kids!
Appears to be potentially a good place. An alternative place for people to enjoy. Kind of high priced. Owners/managers staff need a few policy changes to actually match what they mean and enforce. Sign said no food or drink brought in from outside. This was not enforced nicely or very consistent by any staff. They had a sign that said no food or drinks on trampolines. There were people literally drinking on the trampoline. An entire family were observed by myself and daughter and sin I. Law in plain view. The sign did not say past this point. Suggest better more accurate sign and post person to assist participants. There were 200 people there and 30 drinking at a seat or standing near or about trampoline section. We we were asked to take off our shoes near trampoline section and we were just observers of grandchild playing. Sign did not state it was a requirement nor was it enforced properly by staff or very nicely when approached by young teen. There were 40 people also had shoes on up there. The place has great potential. Need to have better price, and consistent, clear rules or guidelines that actually are what they meant and want. To their credit their new and pray training and leadership will improve. I was not prepared to get a membership today like I originally thought. I will wait and see in a month or so and see if improvements are made.
Great place for kids, Parties a great place for family to enjoy
Great for kids, not my place for adults not jumping to wait comfortably until kids are finished.......
Its a fun and safe environment for the kids. Plus they keep adding more activities.
This place is great. Tired the grandkids out. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. Reasonable rates.
This place is brand new and immaculate. Kids and I had an absolute blast. Lots of different activities! We went early, it was getting pretty busy as we left. Great time, but this place is not inexpensive...
I have to say that this is a very fun and friendly place it deserves 5 star rating but I am giving it a 4 because the food is nasty I got the loaded fries with cheese and bacon the bacon was not cooked it was rubbery and the fries didnt seem to be cooked well either but other than that the place is awesome.
A great visit for the grandkids.
Safe, high energy fun for customers of all ages
Great fun for all. The 9;month old had just as much fun as 10 year old.
Great staff
Fun place for families amd friends
Better deals nights and weekends.
Fun place to take the kidsIf your a parent I only need 10 mins and your tired lol
Great place to take kids or grandkids. Staff is very helpful and friendly. A little small but they are expanding. Tons of stuff for the kids. Heres the pricing as of 1-30-19 kids 6 and under $11 hour additional hour $8. 7 and older $15 hour additional hour $10. Jump socks $3. They have group rates and additional specials.
