Charged twice for an item. I called the store and was told there’s no refund and I said I wasn’t returning an item. I don’t think being overcharged and wanting my money back for an item that was never bought is the same as wanting money back for an item that was bought and that I didn’t want. The person did say they’d contact their manager to be sure but I was never contacted.
Extremely negative experience. I have frequented this store for years and never had any issues until recent change in management. I purchased an item and was told I had a seven day time window to return it and receive my refund. I brought the item into the store to return it and the manager Theresa automatically did not want to return the item which still had tags and no damage to it. She aggressively told me it had been past the return date and proceeded to count the days on her fingers as if I did not know how to count. I was correct and it was within the return window still. As the cashier went to process my return Theresa informed me that I would receive a store credit even though I paid cash for the item and had the receipt. She said the return policy was on the bottom of the receipt and that I should have read it. I explained that I was not informed of that upon purchasing the item and that the only way to see the return policy is after buying the item if it’s only on the bottom of the receipt. I asked her for a customer service phone number and she said they did not have one and that she was the only person I needed to speak to. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER received and I will no longer shop here. Strong management is great but not rude, unprofessional, belittling management. Value your customers more!
Me (a 26 year old) and my wife (24) came in hereWas immediately told somewhat aggressively to take our hoods off, which is understandable BUT it’s how rude every one there was. and then they tried to ID us before letting us look around we just got off work and didint have ids on us....childish.Had a very good experience a few days agoBut after today won’t be going back.
VERY poor experience. I’ve shopped at this Adam and Eve several times before and never had issues. Newer management? Theresa, was rude the entire time. Purchased some lingerie and was told at time of purchase that I had 7 days. The outfit simply didn’t fit. I confirmed by phone call that I was still in time of the return. When I went to return the time, I was automatically served with aggressive attitude by Theresa saying I wasn’t in time for the return. She counted on her fingers and confirm that she was indeed wrong. She then automatically told me that it’s only in store credit. I was not told this of time of purchase. She proceeded to tell me it’s at the bottom of the receipt. But what good is that for me when it’s AFTER I purchased it? She continued to not be of any sort of help and even making her employer there uncomfortable. I will never shop there again after this rude and uncomfortable experience. HELLO CIRILLA’S. You just gained a new customer.

The lady yelled us . saying she dont want to come back there to babysit us. Act like adults. When up front to check out. Still rude. I told her to stop and she start yelling at me. Worse experience ever. I usually have the nicest time. This time was the worse ever. Still dont know how she got a job there. Rude to everyone

I look very young, clearly. But even after checking my ID and assuring the older woman that me and my friends were of age she continued to be completely disrespectful and spoke poorly, and LOUDLY, of us to another worker. The other worker though was extremely polite and helpful. She answered every question I had and gave suggestions and advice that was very much appreciated. I wouldve looked around a bit longer had it not been for the older woman. I was completely comfortable and enjoyed the music they played but I did end up leaving irritated after how poorly we were treated.
Do not recommend at all.Worker followed us around the store the whole time, making us incredibly uncomfortable. Not trying to answer questions or be helpful, just lingering.We would go over to another section and she would be right there after. No privacy was afforded. Its very hard to talk about nipple clamps with a stranger not giving you more than 5 feet of space at any time.We look young as well, as other reviewers mentioned, and despite being of age and showing ID, were treated like we were going to try to steal from them or something.
The woman workers were every helpful and very nice..
The place is very neet and clean. Was happy with their selection of toys as well.

The older woman that works here was extremely rude and racist. She stared at me and no one else the whole time until I left the store.
I get it, yes me and my husband are younger, so walking in here was a little comfortable at first, but the dirty looks and nasty comments when walked by an older lady was very rude and uncalled for.
