Great place to have the kids play

Great place for kids. Good playground equipment and a sandpile to play in. Many nice benches with lots of shade.

Pretty decent but could use more things like a net or court for sports

Its a very nice park!

This is a great little neighborhood park. The equipment is fun for nice range of ages and it has some good tree shade over the play areas. It also has an abundance of benches. The biggest downside is the slides on the older-child equipment pool water after a rain, so check the slide when you arrive.

My favorite neighborhood park in Elgin. The citys oldest park features a symmetrical Victorian design not often seen in modern parks. I also enjoy the historic buildings which frame the park on all sides. There are two playgrounds, open areas, and a central gazebo.

Nice neighborhood park

Cute park for toddlers to older kids. There are shaded benches for sitting and its usually pretty clean. The garbage cans are removed in winter, so theres more trash around in the colder months.
