Poor customer service. Poor air conditioner (perfect place for bacteria to grow; hot and humid). Under staffed. My daughters were scheduled for a trial class. The day of the class I called to confirm the time. We arrived early and waited and waited, nothing. No one was out front to check in with. Finally, as we were walking out someone decided to to say, “thank you, goodbye”. We clarified that we were scheduled for a trial class and she was so lost, and proceeded to blame someone else for misinforming me about the time of the class. Overall, it was just a bad experience and left a bad first impression.
