Worker Jeniffer is very nice and friendly. Store is clean, and she is a very good help. Super professional and made me feel comfortable with questions i had to ask. Would recommend coming here, Cleaner than anyother store in el paso.

My wife & I went in and had a wonderful experience. The manager Jamie greeted us with open arms and made us feel very comfortable. Although the prices were a little high the service was amazing. Jamie recommended alot of high quality products in detail and made us feel welcomed. I recommend this company to all my friends thanks to the customer service. It is well managed by ms. Jamie and very clean classy and well tooken care of.

Well, let me start by saying, I came to this store to purchase a lil toy and accessories and whatnot. At this point I’m already in the store browsing different items. I see a item I’m interested in, held on to it as I browsed more, until this female employee approached me asking if I needed any assistance, which I politely declined because I was pretty sure of what I was getting, then she proceeded to ask “ if she could hold my things for me?” At this point I’m lost but I’m like sure. She walks away, I then pick up another one because I realized I wasn’t finished looking at the item. Mommas (employee) comes backs and asks for my item AGAIN. Her excuse is that they don’t have carts/baskets for customers to place their items in, but what she didn’t know is that I was perfectly fine carrying my items. She could’ve tried a different approach, instead she made me feel really uncomfortable, and humiliated due to the fact it seemed like she was pestering me because she suspected I was gonna steal? Either way that was a bomber

Went in with my husband to try the theater, decided to just look at toys and stuff instead, Angel and Jamie were an awesome help.! They recommend some great products and taught me so many things I didn’t know.! Thank you for a great experience.!!

She is also always enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. I have spread that word to my friends. Absolutely best store and staff I have ever run across! OMGhecked in again to Eros to see if any new vids came in that were what I was looking for and I was amazed that Savannah, remembered what I was looking for. She always helps a lot and really knows the inventory. Definitely great service. Coming back again for sure!
