In the three and a half hours we were there they played one game for the kids and it was a race game. The lady running it on the mic was really rude to the kids in that she didnt make sure the floor was clear before starting the race and therefore there were two little toddlers on the floor when she started the race and then got onto them during the race. While I was there watching my kids skate, I witnessed a group of kids starting to bully other kids that were there skating, their parents werent there and the people at the rink werent supervising. This same group of kids was hiding in corners playing truth or dare and they had to be around 12 years of age daring each other to kiss each other..... I watched a group of kids harass another group of kids for an hour, they went and reported it and nothing happened. After that I was leaving with my kids and informed the owners of the problem and they were already aware of it and did nothing of it. It was so bad that the bullying group put on bandannas covering half of their face while they were skating and bullying, like they were in a gang! We will travel to Hot Springs in the future! So many people dropped their kids off here and left and we watched four of them get bullied by bad kids and no one did anything about it. It was so sad. PARENTS..DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE, THEY WILL BE BULLIED AND NO ONE WATCHES OVER THEM!!!! THEY EVEN LET THE BULLIES PUT GANG BANDANNAS OVER THEIR FACE WHILE THEY WERE SKATING! NO OTHER PLACE LETS THIS HAPPEN! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR KIDS EVEN FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY! WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!
