We took our daughter for the Sensory Sensitive Sunday a couple of weeks ago. She had a lot of fun. The pizza was really good and the employees. (Kevin and Jasmine) were the best and really made our visit memorable. We will definitely be taking our daughter to the Sensory Sensitive Sunday in August!

The pizza with cheese in the crust is the best.

A fantastic place where to take your kids for birthday parties, special occasions, or just so they can play and have fun. A very family friendly atmosphere even adults can have fun in the games. Sometimes its a little pricey, but they have some good food and game deals.

It was so tasty. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Kids love this place, we always get the play pass in time, not in points because we go from one game to the next quickly and share the playpass, that way we get more tickets and the kids get better prizes. We get about 2000 tickets in 1 hour. Tha bathrooms are clean. And chuckee comes out and gives the kids a few free tickets sometimes.

My daughters (and I) love to go and play, I get to play and they get to spend the tickets I won, its a win/win situation AND the pizza is good

Just finished having the mega Birthday Party here. Sooo worth the money spent!Host Alex was Awesome!! I definitely will plan more parties. He went above and beyond all expectations.

The staff at this location is awesome! Tonight we attended a birthday party, my little one had a wrist card and unfortunately while playing the football game the wristlet flew off with the ball into the game. I had just added $35 to the card. It was the first game he played. A team member quickly tried retrieving it from the game but had no luck. Then the manager Mike tried and also had no luck. I had kept my receipts and Mike was so kind and willing to help and replace the card. He was able to look up the amount and replace the card immediately as well as the wrist band. Great customer service and friendly interactions with all team members. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

Packed as hell lil kids running around without supervision. I thinks parents go and drop off thair kids here and go on date night couldnt post pics because some one stole my phone and finally got it back. Anyways its a good place to go if u want other ppl kids watch u eat.

I expected to have more games since last time i went and i dont like the play time cards because you lose time eventhough you have the pause machine you can only do it like 2 times you cant pause it anymore also got a sunday deal for 50 dlls which was alright

Pizza is decent, could be better. However, what really stands out about a Chuck E. Cheeses is the iconic arcade. I feel like this establishment, however, lacks the arcade. They have fewer machines here than any other Chuck E. Cheeses in California. Invest more in expanding the arcade and watch the business grow even more.

The new points and minutes thing is a mess. Way too expensive IF you have a big family a family or three great, wonderful maybe 4 is good. But a family of seven + is a rip off.

I wanted to do 4, but I think because of their willingness to help. They deserve a 5. There is always one or more games that chew up coins ad I hate to repeadetly tell them *it ate my coin* assuming they think I may be lying. But they always find a way to recompensate. And food is quiete delicious. I love the salad bar. But the new buffet they have now is not worth is at all!!!

Friendly place doesnt even begin to describe this location!! I drove her as a surprise to my kids for their birthdays, amd my brother drove to the wrong location. They let me stay at the birthday table for an extra hour and a half, until another party came in. We had such a blast, and the staff had no problem helping us out. I highly recommend the b-day party package that is $25 per child, it was amazing.*On a side note: the staff needs to brush up on what gluten free means. When I asked for gluten free items, the cashier recommended me the normal pizza. (@ the Palm Desert location they had gf options there). This would have lowered their score if the staff had been less friendly.

Kids have fun. Staff to slow to clean tables. Need help? It will take you half hour before anyone get there. Uuhhgggg.

We went at buffet time and they keep filling the pizza and we had the whole place to ourselves. Was a week day was perfect cuz we were visiting out of town.

My order was placed incorrectly. Food is ok. The ticket machine kept eating tickets without counting them.

We went to the all you can eat salad bar and it was only lettuce and dressing. The all you can eat salad bar does not include any sides
