Beautiful setting. The staff were all extremely friendly. The sites are very well kept, serviced, and large. We thought it was very well priced for the amenities that were offered. The pool was nice and warm and our 7 month old baby enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to work for a few days. Had an online reservation, but when we arrived our space was taken. Office had to take all my information again over the phone. Office closed at 4 so we were not given gate card to get in. Had to leave work early the next day to get to the office before closing. $20 deposit for the card for a 4 day stay. It was a hassle trying to work around office hours to get our $20 back! Not recommended for short stays. Showers were old with very slow hot water. Nothing but a small store in the area.

Sent them my reservation dates in March as asked by them. They were for Jan to April 2020.I was told that I would be put on a waiting list, like everyone else, then in July they give out the sites.Well here we are at the end of September and still no communication from them. Sure I maybe could of called them but I had already communicated with them via email 6 times since my first contact.Cant say I would trust them to hold my spot when I am driving down from Western Canada

This is a great RV Resort with lots of activities, wonderful staff and a tremendous sense of community. Overnighters are always welcome but most come to stay for 1 to 5 months of warm winter climate and outdoor activities.

Really great place kids enjoyed themselves. wish the valley had one in every town . I do recommend they really think about putting up some sunshade sails in parts of the water wade area this valley heat is no joke the 111° weather today took a toll on us . Well be back soon!

Awesome place to spend time. Lots of activities and marvelous staff.

The resort is very well kept. It is easy to find . The management team was very friendly. It has complete hook ups. The lake is a good size and we caught two good sized fish . There is a pool but I dont remember seeing a playground however resort sits behind a huge park . I felt very secure. I would recommend to anyone for a gateway to visit for a night or two.

The ladies stayed late to give a site!!! Most parks wouldnt do that. Awesome place!!!

Great to spend time and bond with the family. Great playground, fishing area, and grills. Not too many seating areas so I advise you guys take some chairs and a shade ! Also an igloo to keep hydrated.

This is a great little place. The people are nice and chill. I lived here for about 4 years and enjoyed it. The pool and hot tub are very nice and there are weekly activities and things in the winter. Too hot in the summer.

Everyone here is so nice and the staff is very helpful. The amenities are great and we love the pool! This has been one of our favorite places to stay by far! And the sunsets are unlike any other.

Was nice and quiet. When you exit park and want to come back you need to contact office again. We had to call 4 times before someone answered to let us in.

Mobile home park.lake is good for fishing. Nice playground and shallow swimming area. Shaded picnic area.

In a word, Crotchety. This place is beautiful, with the lake and the pool complex. The people on the other hand were anything but welcoming. This place has no business renting spots to travelers. It is for resident Seniors. Everyone we encountered wanted to spout another rule at me and my small children.

Nice park with larger pool, and good amenities. Found a super fun bunch of snowbirds to hang out with at the almost nightly fires while on a travel nursing assignment.

Beautiful family park. Rv and primitive spots available, huge covered playground. Fish with kids tournaments. Path for walking, jogging, or what ever floats yer boat........oh and a boat dock.

This place is great for fishing and has an amazing splash pad, not to mention the huge covered playground.

Love it there, we go fishing, there is a wonderful covered play ground for the kids, its an amazing place to spend the day with the family, we even spend holidays out there.

Staff here is very friendly. I have only been in resort for a work related conference but was helped by staff throughout the day to accommodate all our needs.

Best lake in Imperial Valley the remodeling it amasing for the kids lots of shade on the play ground the kid water pool not to deep enough space to jump in the water had a great time whith the grandkids very good job with the remodeling.

This place was not all that great. The Trailer that I rented had hidden cameras in it so be careful. And some of the neighbors was not all that friendly.

The views are quite relaxing, and it has rather good fishing spots.

First impressions have a big part on how you feel about a place and the lady that greeted us here was RUDE! This park is made up of long timers so Im sure for all of them its a lovely place but for people passing through I wouldnt waste my time. The lady that helped us acted so annoyed that we didnt already know where everything was and when we asked about the laundry she rolled her eyes at us because she had to get up and get a card so we could get into the room. I get it lady your old! This place is a snowbirds haven aka retirement home so not very friendly to anyone passing through or younger in age.

Okay place with really friendly people. Close to NAF EL Centro. Able to walk back to camp after the air show. The WiFi is unusable here Laundry room requires you to buy expensive cards instead of using quarters. There are no tables at RV spots. All spots are taken by huge trailers and motorhomes that are self contained. Most spots are people who keep trailers there year-round, but are not there in the summer. No trees. Bring your own awnings and tables.

It was a nice place just really cold this winter and the gate was having issues, you have to go in the gate to get to the office

A nice place in the valley for watersports, picnics and the occasional grilling. Theres ample space for sports and many things to do for the little ones.

If RV Resort living is your game, this is a great place. The staff have been warm and helpful to us. The amenities are great. The pool and spa is kept clean. They also do a great job of keeping the local riff raff out with a fence and gate. Its also a quiet resort, mostly snow birds from Canada and some year-round residents. We saw very few noisy kids here.Verizon 4G LTE comes in extremely well.Some drawbacks are that they are very strict about limiting dog walking to the South side of the resort. A number of residents spread bird seed which brings in flocks of pigeons, doves, grackles, and other flying-poop machines that leave a mess on your roof. Also, the resort Wi-Fi is limited to one device per space, and if you stream movies on it, they kick you off. But if you can use your cellphones data plan, youre better off using that.Otherwise, for the low monthly prices, you get friendly staff, lots of peace and quiet, and no fugly neighbors.

Clean very nice better than wiest lake which is very trashy water has to much skum on top need to run water.

We traveled down to Kannapolis to spend Christmas with our son. had stayed at Microtel all over the US. as well as other hotel from high class MGM grand in Las Vegas to motel 6.This is the worst place we have ever stayed.worn stained bed linen, no clean towels, food was gross, no coffee until almost 9 am. staff on cell phones, and standing outside smoking, no one answers phone, people waiting at desk for check in and assistance. teenagers riding bikes down stair wells and through hall ways.loud music in parking lot at 6:30 am. will never stay at Microtel again.
