Took my Granddaughter to stock up on our Art supplies and we had fun and got some good projects for her and I.

Typical hobby craft and fun store. The store was well organized and clean. Bathrooms were kept up.

Went in to look for scrapbook supplies. Found a whole asile full of clearance items. The layout is easy to navigate.

I love shopping here and just spending time here. This is my good place . Customer service is great; theyre always willing to help and answer questions. So many things to find and keep you busy. So come on in and begin a that new hobby that youve always wanted to try

Curbside wait is Terrible system and the yarn section was a filthy mess and the cashier was somewhat helpful but when it came to me picking up my curbside pick up in store items she said go to register 2 and no was one there for like 5 minutes and then when I rang the buzzer I waited like 3 minutes and then I rang buzzer and no one came and so I called and I watched the employee pick up the phone and I said can you call for someone to help me with my curbside order and he placed me on hold and proceeded to checkout a customer no big deal okay on that but this is the second time I had picked up order in store and it was horrible! He asked what car I was in and I said I am in the store looking at you! Overall I am switching Micheals stores! I could be a little spoiled because at Joann I get my order and I am gone in like 3 minutes to five if I pick up in store Idk but I will say this there was only one employee that was helpful and had a great smile and a real people person in the yarn section that’s all folks

For years, this is my go to store!! I always find what I want and if not, employees will find it for you! Always happy at checkouts and coupons are great!

Great craft store with good service!

Love micheals and often go to it for art supplies. I dont usually go to this one but it was nice and the staff friendly. I came right before closing to grab what I needed for a comission and they helped me without a problem i was in and out quickly. Next time ill come earlier to shop now that they close earlier than they used to. The only thing I wish they would have told me the item I came in for if had gotten another it would have been half off thats my fault though I shouldve checked online first. Will definitely be back. Make sure to check they do have coupons online!

I hardly got my crafts unloaded at home before I decided to write this review. This michaels is open only for curbside pickup and delivery. Yesterday at 2:00 PM I placed a curbside pick up order. The website states that orders made before 3:00 PM will be available for pickup before close. I waited and no email came to say my order was ready. Today I decided to call and check in on my order... woman on the phone was nice and said that it wasn’t yet completed. I waited a full 24 hours after I placed my order to call again. I asked what the status was and they said ready, great! I live across the street from michaels so I decided to walk over and pick my items up curbside. The woman who brought my items out was rude and said that they were curbside only ( I never entered the store) and that they weren’t offering ‘contact’ at this time. I was over 6 feet away from her with both of our arms extended and she still felt the need to be rude. Upon getting back home I received an email (finally) that said my items were ready to pick up...? Very unimpressed with the customer service at this location.

They have some items on sale.Remember to get the coupon off the internet for a % off one regular price item.

They have good prices and discounts.

One of the two items I wanted to purchase was on sale, but it was not marked that way on the shelf. When I attempted to use a coupon on each of the two items, I was told I could only use one which was disappointing. But then the cashier (who was very nice) revealed that one item was already on sale. So, I was able to buy that one and use a coupon on the second item. In the end I was able to get both items, but it took a few re-rings.

This location said it had the product (white Posca markers) in stock but when I arrived, there werent any on the shelf. I inquired about it to a younger ish man worker, who went in the back and found exactly what I was looking for.

Alot of confusion with the prices. Individual items were not marked with prices only a price tag on the shelf where the item was supposed to be... But how many people put things right. Back in the correct spot after picking it up to consider it? Especially the discounted area just about 1 whole side of the isle was clearance but again hardly any items were priced.

If you are a crafts person, this is a place you can live in. Its practically got everything you need for making home or even commercial crafts. Great place to bring kids. Very educational.

Went there for specific individual realistic flowers to make flower boxes onto one of our exterior ledges. They had a great selection of flowers, greenery and fillers. Boxes look amazing and lifelike, they will withstand the elements too!

Good selection of craft materials, easy to become inspired here. Sometimes hard to find an employee if you need help, but the ones that work here are friendly.The arrangement of the place Im not too sure about. Can be difficult to find what you need if youre not a craft person

I am not a crafty person. I went to Michaels for a glue gun. The staff spent quite some time explaining the differences in glue guns. Very helpful! I used a 30% off coupon found on line. Great bargain, clean, orderly store, well-stocked.

Love going here! Trying to finish up our Halloween costumes and decorating too!I hate when I find a Halloween table cloth or something that I like and they are all out of it!

Michaels is one of my absolute favorite stores to go to when I want to create, innovate, get my art groove on etc. Great discounts including for Seniors, awesome unique products, framing assistance, floral arrangement and outstanding seasonal designs and products. Great Michaels. Large selection of just about every craft good you could imagine. The only crafting things you will not find here are those related to the computer (ie. specialty printing paper, software, etc). Be sure to do a quick Google for coupons or just visit their site before going, because there are almost always coupons that apply to everything in the store or at least any one item.

Always love Michaels. This is clean and a nice size. Plenty of parking in a very nice neighborhood. Love that its in an area that I normally do my errands at ( grocery, clothes, pets, bank, etc) since it always means its an easy drop in to see to feed my craft habit.

Needed a box and supplies to finish a project. Went to several places prior to Michaels, found exactly what I needed here. Plus found Xmas presents I didnt expect. I couldnt find my discount coupon on my cell and asked the cashier, she said no problem I have one here! Always ask, they usually have discount coupons going on.

Almost always a 40 or 50% off coupon available through their app or if you sign up for their emails.I used to buy candlemaking supplies here but their selection keeps getting smaller and less choices. The last batch I made took three times the recommended amount of scent to be barely noticible. I will be shopping elsewhere now, I guess.

Great selection inside they had plenty of holloween decorations, arts & crafts were a lot of the store as well. Pretty big selection of project material or home decoration coming in with nice looking wood, or metal. All around great balanced store has a big kid section for entertainment purposes or school project accessories. Had a great time inside.Service: 7/10No one greeted us inside; there was little staff and it felt quite inconvenient to get to talk to one of them as most of them seemed to be stocking things. The good thing is that it’s well organized inside.

The Michaels in Rancho San Diego is one of the nicest stores Ive shopped in. They always have plenty of inventory and enough of the items on sale to choose from. The employees are extremely friendly and very willing to assist me. The only problem Ive found is that I find such great deals that I usually wind up spending more than I planned. Thats not such a bad thing really.
