This was such a great time. I felt like an actual race car driver. My friend saw a billboard and we decided to go. The price of it payed for itself 3 times on the first race. It was a great experience and I highly recommend a group of friends come here. Its a blast.

We went for a birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun. Theres rides, arcade, carousel, laser tag, bumper cars, a lot to do! On the other side theres a bowling alley. Fun, family place!

Fun games and pizza spot. Great for kids. Attached to a bowling alley. Pizza is ok, but you probably wouldnt go there just for that. The overall feel is a cross between Dave & Busters and Chuck-E-Cheese.

Good place for any kid 8 or 9 and under. Get a wrist band for 16 bucks, and your kid will be busy for hours. Not crowded, and I took my grandson on a Saturday night. The games are decent. I still had 10 bucks left on my fun pass and my grandson was able to play another 12 or 13 games, and they lasted for a couple minutes each, so I think thats a good value! Got lucky in one respect, no one got sick! This place has to have a million germs crawling around?! Lots of supervision with the kids, so you feel safe there.

This place has been around since I was a kid. The bowling is so fun and I like the games at the boardwalk. I feel if they updated the place a little bit, they would get more people in here. Overall i love bowling and the kids loved the games.

I had my 60th birthday party here. My pleasure was watching my families little ones having a great time. This is a family place, the attractions are safe and fun for the little ones too. Bring your wallet.

Boardwalk itself is amazing! So many things under one roof! The customer service, however, is anything but amazing. Inconsistent and lazy is my description of my interaction with the staff. As Ive said before, I dont like to leave negative reviews, but something has to be done about the service.

Great place but... Boardwalk is a great place to go. Its got food, games, and attractions including bowling. The arcade games are repetitive, however. I hadnt gone to Boardwalk in about 1 and a half years and they still have more or less the same games. Still a great place to go anyways.

We landed at this place by mistake when I googled “boardwalk” which is where I was intending to go walk at the beach but we were hungry so we gave this place a try and I don’t regret it at all. Great place for children to eat and play. I spent about $100 for 8 people on food and games.

A little pricey but kids love it and we all can play games as a family.

As a Disney Vacation Club member, Ive stayed at the Boardwalk many times-- 2008, 2012, 2017, and 2019. Every stay has been magical-- the hotel is just a short walk from Epcot, and a boat ride away from Hollywood Studios, making it easy to get to both parks from the hotel. The pool is awesome, and so are all of the shops, restaurants, and other activities available on the actual Boardwalk! In typical Disney fashion, the staff are absolutely stellar, the rooms are always clean and cozy, and the theme of the hotel is unique and beautiful. I simply cannot say enough good things about the Boardwalk-- its just so awesome.

Kinda trashy . a bunch of machines are broken and half of them steal ur money. The staff just sit there on there phone not paying attention.Homeless people everywhere outside and then u walk in and they are inside as well.

This place is great for little kids and older kids

I love the boardwalk and on Tuesdays the games are half price my son and I come in here at least once a week To have 1 on 1 time. I love that it has a carousel, bumper cars, laser tag, A fast spinning car thing like At a carnival and Arcade games we enjoy having a small place that has a lot to do thats close to home.

Have been going to this place since I was a kid, and still love it. Its has a nice bowling alley and a gaming/arcade on the other side for kids and teens. The restaurant inside is usually always good and you cant argue with the prices. And if you rather not bowl, they do have billiards too. Check out their website for deals and or events that may be coming up.

Ive had quite a few parties here for my kids. Ive never had a issue. But we had a host. So we never had to get our own food. Last time I went with my family. Jan 5. I had such a bad experience. We ordered a pizza and a few other items. The pizza comes with 1 topping but my kids only eat cheese. So we just ordered extra cheese as the topping. We got the pizza and a few slices bubbled up and had NO cheese or sauce on them. So we tried to show an employee and she comes over with her hands up and starts yelling what? What? She was sooo rude. Ive never experienced anything like that at a business. Then she took pizza to make another one but I honestly didnt even trust her to make another one with an attitude like that . (threw most of it away).then her and the older lady that works there were just laughing when we would walk by. Such terrible customer service. We did ask to talk to a manager. She was not there at the time but maybe 30 min(or more) Later. She came and did apologize and basically just made excuses for her behavior. I work in customer service and that is unexceptable. I will never eat here again and will make sure to let anyone else I know to avoid this bad customer service.

They post they open at 8:30am and when we get there we are informed that they are closed until 3PM, really? Get your story straight, stop wasting my time and fuel!

Some of the games and rides were fun most out of order.. The pizza was gross but the customer service was horrible... The manager berated an employee like literally screaming at this poor teenage girl in front of our party it was unbelievable . The ride operator was a robot ..

All of the play areas make this place my go to for a fun day out with my son. Laser tag and bumper cars are great. As far as arcades go... meh. Some of the games are on their last legs, some dont dispense tickets as they should. Overall it I recommend it for kids as long as they have a wristband for access to play areas.

Had a good time

When I was a child I loved coming to the Boardwalk! I felt safe, my parents felt it was a safe place for us to run around freely. Well today I brought my daughters and let me tell you how the atmosphere has changed. Workers are unfriendly, I witnessed 2 suspicious looking men roaming around & the so-called free WiFi DOESNT WORK! All in all I dont recommend The Boardwalk to any family looking for a Fun Safe Environment for their children.

My 5 year old son had a blast here. The pizza quality is what you would expect, nothing incredible, but little boy worthy. Some of the games are outdated, but again, my son could care less. They have a giant play structure and some rides. I would have given 4 stars, but our laser tag experience was rough. They only had a few vests working, so we had to wait for quite a while. When we went back at our scheduled time they still werent ready for us. The staff was very friendly, just a bit disorganized. We will go back.

Kids did an all night event there. My kids had fun but told me there was not enough adult supervision. Young kids work there and could have cared less what the kids were doing. I was told stories that horrified me as a parent. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS, if you want them supervised properly. Wish someone had posted a message like this before I sent my kids there!

Fun place to take the kiddos to. wish it was a little cheaper but with high cost all over it is a good alternative. games arent stingy with tickets either.

My son loves this place. I have never eaten the food so I cant comment on that. Boardwalk has a good game & activity variety. Every time Ive been there its been incredibly busy, as expected!

The kids loved it here. I highly recommend getting a wristband for access to unlimited activities. They have an arcade and tickets to win in exchange for prizes. The food is moderately priced. On slower days and times you will need to get the staffs attention to operate the rides as the are not well staffed early in the day. There is plenty of parking and a bowling alley attached.

Happy family friendly place great atmosphere

This place is 100% racist! My friend has two autistic children and we were here and they kept telling stories my friend because her children were climbing onto the rides with a wrist band she paid for. She also had her son escape from the building and a nice worker last did bring him back in but then someone else began yelling at my friend and hour later about her autistic son escaping! They also told my wife (who is black) shes not allowed on the rollercoaster ride with my 3 yr old...then when they had my toddler on there she kept sliding out so the guy kicked her off the ride! I said maybe she wouldnt be falling off if you would have let her parent on the ride with her! Im glad my toddler had a good birthday but we will not be returning!! This place is not kind to children of color or children with special needs!

Had so much fun

We held my sons 10th birthday party at Boardwalk. They are very reasonably priced and with wristbands the kiddos can play all day. If you need the kiddos to crash early I recommend letting them play away here for a few hours.

Nick did a great job helping us enjoy our time. He was one of the few ride operators and he was very accommodating.

I had a very bad experience in this place...actually it was our first time to go there..the staff are nice but then i was so disappointed because someone took my daughter’s sandals and they didn’t even assist us...she was at the soft play but when it’s time to go home and she’s looking for her sandals it’s already gone. So, my daughter went home without anything on her feet. Well, it’s a lesson learned the next time we go there we will be vigilant...you have to be careful too it might happen to you...

Not many rides but a good amount of stores and food. The rollercoaster is fun. Great place to take the kids. Walk on the boardwalk or the beach.

It was cool. Ended up spending a lot of money because its like 20-25 credits per game and 30 bucks for pizza 4 drinks and breadsticks. Overall had a Gd time with the family

Great place to have fun with friends, has laser tag, bumpercars, bowling, and an arcade with manualy operated rides. The employees at the snak shop were very rude, but the ones in the arcade were respectful. The interior reminds me of the 80s so it needs to be remodeled.

Dont pay for the games please if U trynna have a good time I highly suggest U pay for the wrist bandz to go on rides fo free( The bumper karz are the best).

Great place for kids unde 12-13. With just $20 they can easily have fun for over an hour and if theyre into winning prizes, I think theres a good ratio of tickets won/available prizes here. Well at least my greedy 11 yr old is seldom disappointed so must be good :)

Wasnt very clean. Laser tag vest hardly worked and their points credit system can be confusing. Games are pretty high credit cost too. I will probably go back to boomers
