I would give 0 stars if it would let me.I was manager of this park for 6 months. I’ve lived here 4 years. At first I was in love with this park. My parents lived here before me and I felt they were safe in this neighborhood.Advance to now, the management is not trained properly to run this park. You can not be partial to certain people while running a Mhp. Very unprofessional.Management is slow to respond to your text about park business. There is currently sticks and Limbs in the common area behind my house that has been laying out there for 2 months. Maintenance man just mows around it. It is and eyesore plus a breeding ground for mosquitos. Yet it is still there. Tenants get a 3 day violation to pick up sticks and limbs in their yard but this is going to sit out there for months.The lot rent here is high for what this park has to offer. No amenities. None. 0!People getting violations because of toys in their yard but management has the most toys in her yard. Just examples of how some can get by Without getting a violation.We have rules out here of no big or aggressive dogs, yet there are pit bulls and other large dogs here. Management don’t do anything.We have rules no junk cars, but there are those too.Last but not least, we had a resident attack another resident and went to jail for it and is still living in the park!I could go on but you get my point. Not a good place to raise your family!!

A piece of living poop runs this trailer park the kids put eggs in meh sock stock. one of the trees here is too thicc for me to handel. i saw slenderman kidnapping a childen and i had to go to therapy for 6 months to cope with all of it. then i saw a rabbit that was as tall as a cow in the field and it sunck into the ground. diana should also stop smoking meth.-lil pumpkin aka lil pulp

The mobile home park is very clean and ran by an amazing manager. Diana and her husband are very nice and helpful. I enjoyed speaking with her and the homes are nice and clean. Good place to call home.

Fix the roads. Lower the lot rent.

Quail Run Mobile Home Community is a great place to live. Its in a nice area of Edwardsville and the park is maintained very well. The management is top-notch and they respond quickly to the needs of the tenants.

This is a nice, safe neighborhood. There is new management and they are making upgrades and improvements to make this a desirable community.

Slenderman kidnapped my imaginary friend. Overall, not a very enjoyable experience. 1/10 would not recommend.

Went to see a trailer..The onsite manager Diana was very nice..The trailer park is clean and quiet.

Great community with great people. I highly recommend it.
