Our daughters been attending classes for about a year. Great instructors and a great facility.

Called multiple times (during open hours) the woman on the phone was VERY rude. I did not get a name but it was unacceptable. Was really hoping it would work out because this gym is close to our house. Instead we will be going to a different gym where we will feel appreciated. I can only imagine how the gym is after our phone call.

Gym is FILTHY. Dust, bugs and crumbs everywhere. Layout of the gym is terrible. Would not recommend if you actually would like to watch your child as they practice. Considering you CANNOT see them. Also coaches have a hard time dealing with children. Not a lot of work getting done. Waste of time and money.

We recently moved from St.Louis to Illinois and we were so nervous about trying to find the right fit for our daughter when it came to a gym. I can’t say enough good things about the owners and coaches at this gym. They are disciplined while still making sure the little ones have fun. They create an environment that sparks a true love for the sport of gymnastics. I’m so lucky to have found this gym and our daughter truly excels under their leadership and coaching!!!

We went one time to try the experience its a 4 hour practice, the first hour and a half was dedicated to warm up/conditioning. Of which they warmed up for 45 minutes. The last half hour the girls walked around aimlessly with one girl holding a sheet of paper. No coach around. When questioning the female coach how the flow goes and how to distinguish the skill set between the girls as there appeared to be more than one skill level in one area we were told there were girls being allowed to make up for missed sessions due to facility upgrades. She explained what girls would be matching our daughters skill level. We explained to her we are in the USAG not Excel and wanted to be sure when she switched that she would be placed among the appropriate group. The conversation ended.5 minutes later the head coach and the female coach returned to tell us to leave. Saying that we said negative comments about the other girls at the facility. Which was untrue. We never said anything about the other girls, we watched them standing around for 30 minutes and never saw them set foot on anything other than the floor. How would we know anything about the other girls with this being our first time and they havent done anything as of yet.We accepted to leave the facility. Our reasons to go...Coach lied about what we said. Literally changing our words of concern for our daughter for words of anger and frustration that we never said.We were told there was a male and female coach for this team when we arrived and they branched out after warm ups (during the standing around time) two female coaches were sitting on their phones while the girls were left to wonder around. It was a very poorly managed facility and Im so thankful they asked us to leave. This is not the kind of place we want our daughter to learn from.

Only I can say....This place is the bestMy daughter loved it. She improved and learned a lot. We missed and only we can come back.

Terrible. Don’t waste your time or money.

AGI is a fantastic gym. The coaches knowledge and experience is top notch. They know how to get the best out of your gymnast. In a year with the gym my daughter went from a wet noodle to becoming the Illinois Level 4 State All-Around Champion as well a Beam Champion.

Agi is not the best gym i have been too. I cant even imagine why they treated my friends and I this way. There are SOME good coaches, but I am just warning you. DONT GO THERE

Both of my daughters love going to AGI! They are always challenged! I’m looking forward to what the future has in store for them being apart of AGI’s team!

Its an amazing place for children of all ages to learn and have fun

My daughter was taken to people we trusted to have open gym at her gymnastics building she loved it there and is very sad that she can not go there any more she hurt he foot while at the gym and myself my husband or my sister which took my daughter to the gym that nite and gave the coach her phone number incase of any emergency,s did not recieve any phone calls or any word from A.G.I that she was hurt in any way after taking her to have x rays the next morning she had a broken foot and when asked why we were not notified A.G.I got totally defensive and just wanted to cover themselves instead of discussing the problem and told we are not to be on there property i would not ever let my child step foot into there care ever again or refer any child to be under there care
