Awesome food and variety of things to do. Laser tag and bowling were great, and the $20 for 3 hours and access to everything itd a good value. Arcade could use some variety and more adult games, though. Definitely dont choose here if youre mainly coming for gaming.

Our family had a blast! There was lots to do! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were able to play laser tag, bowl, and play lots of arcade games. I thought the price was reasonable for everything you get to do. Would definitely go back.

We won some gift certificates on of Boost 101.9 radio station. We drove an hour and a half. We brought our grandson and my best friends son. Travis helped us at the counter. He was very nice and helped us out a few times. He made our time here very nice. The boys had a blast. Thank you Travis. You made our stay awesome

Remember going here a few times before I moved up North. The Laser Tag was the most fun Ive ever had in my whole life. The arcade area didnt hit a spark in me and I never went bowling but me, my Grandma, and one of her friends family all had a blast here.

Based on visit, 12/22/19. Time visited approx 5pm. The appearance of establishment is nice. Very spacious. Not overly crowded. Not loud. All pluses for me. Before making any purchase, I did mention that I had read reviews and let the gentleman, Jonathan, know this. I told him there were both good and bad reviews and I was hoping that I could fall on the side of good with mine. With that being said I am unsure as to if his approach in explaining everything especially in regards to the black and green cards was genuinely natural or if it was because he had been put on notice. Either way he provided a lot of good information and recommended the 3-hour All Access Pass which I decided to purchase for my children ages 4 & 13. PLEASE BEWARE that at the moment your receipt is handed to you, with the option I purchased, your time begins ticking from there. I would strongly recommend placing your food orders, doing your restroom runs, etc BEFOREHAND. Speaking of - the bathroom was surprisingly clean & stocked and conveniently located nearby so that I didn’t have to gather all my things and journey across the whole place only to come back to my table now occupied by others. For dining, I ordered pizza, wrapped bacon jalapeño poppers, and sodas (refillable). Picked up food from bar area (they have a restaurant style sit down area as well) within a couple of minutes of my buzzer going off. A little disappointed that the food wasn’t hot. I wasn’t impressed by the taste but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. All in all we left satisfied with the service and experience and have added this to our list of hangout spots. We had an employee event at Edisons. The staff was super nice & accommodating. The food was great and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. It was a great experience.

Restaurant was closed. Ober half the lanes where empty. They made us pay and acted like we would get a lane right away but after we paid they said it would be a minimal 45 min wait. There was no where for us to sit down and wait. They said we where welcome to play games in the arcade. Of course it would cost us more money just to wait. When We went out side we met other people waiting. A couple of people that came in after us where told it was an hour and half wait. We where at the bottom of the wait list. We gave up after 30 min when we noticed the list was not moving. You will need to make reservations and be on time or they will give up your spot.

This place was and is amazing. I attended a reception here and the whole facility was outstanding. Very accommodating and friendly. Very respectful and great food as well. Loved it.

Great place great environment to hang out with your friends and loved ones and let me not leave out the food the food is great!!! And also the prices

New Outlet section of the venue is pretty darn neat. Looking forward to taking full advantage of the place when there isnt a Global Pandemic going on.

Absolutely loved loved loved this place! We went for one of my grandsons 5th bday. There was bowling..blazer tag..video games! Theres even a full bar for the grown ups to enjoy while the kids hv a blast! We will b going bk to have an adults night out really soon!!!!!! The waiter we had was freaking awesome! He was cool, dwn to earth, great sence of humor and made sure we were good the entire evening!!!!

The staff was very friendly. Everybody practicing social distancing. The facility was clean and all around pleasant. I had the shrimp and fries and it came out quick, hot, and very fresh. I definitely will be back.

Fun fun, the employees very helper with the restrictions going on today and was kind of empty so kids able to play alot abd fast....

Ive always had a blast at Edisons. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive also had my share of food and drink there and they do a great job offering a balance between typical bar/grill food and some healthy choices and offbeat choices too. It would be easy to rest on just the attractions alone but they put extra effort into food quality and that makes parties and just hanging, a great time.

This visit was all about drinks, the fellas and myself went here after burying our friend, co-worker.Like the option of having my favorite tequilas in stock Avion, Patron.

Not to crowded games for ALL ages..family fun definitely will be returning

Great setting! The Outlet is beautiful. New casual menu was great all around. Loved the smoked trout dip and the bacon wrapped shrimp skewers.

So much fun! We got the $30 unlimited laser tag and arcade and played so many games! Food at the restaurant was good also. We also bowled one game. It was a Saturday night and crowded but you can only play a game 3x in a row with the unlimited card so you never had to wait long to play. We will definitely be back.

Employees are friendly. Some waitress/waiters are attentive and amazing, others you have to track down or do the foot work your self to get drink refills or place food orders. Bar staff is always very helpful. Some bowling lanes have issues and need maintenance. Prices for games are average. Its a great place for a family night or party.

This place is fun for the whole family, from the kids to the adults. Video games, an awesome laser tag experience, bowling, food, and a nice dining experience. They serve wine and beer and although I do not drink I think this is great for parents that do. You can have a beer or nice glass of wine while the kids have fun. The bowling lanes are in excellent condition, I do wish they had more though. It is common to have to wait up to a couple hours for one on a busy weekend night unless you reserve one in advance.

Its always a fun time here. I love playing Beat Saber, Laser Tag, and few games of bowling. The food is really good as well. Family friendly but also have a time where its adults only, so it great for everyone.

Great place to hang out! Bowling and laser tag are always a great combo. They always have a good drink special going on and have specials on bowling or laser tag at least once a week. They also have free bingo on Thursdays that are really fun!

Fun place for family fun or for couples to have fun. Plus they have two full service bars and a restaurant.

Fun place for birthday party or just bowl and have some drinks. It was roughly $120 for 5 unlimited (4 kids 1 adult) bracelets. Laser tag is fun and room for it is pretty cool with the lights and decor.

While I understand the concept of going to an entertainment complex just to have dinner isnt a norm, it shouldnt be out of the question to expect decent reliable timely service as well as food thats cooked consistently with flavor. None of these factors have ever come into play where having dinner at Edisons entertainment complex is concerned. Each time we have went, it takes 30+ minutes to get two basic items such as chicken tenders and a salad. Even during off-peak hours the wait is insanely long and this most recent trip the chicken was overcooked so badly it was rubbery and dried out. It seems like they are far more concerned with selling pizza and bowling packages then making sure their actual restaurant functions efficiently.

This was my first time at this entertainment complex and as an adult I truly had a great time I was invited to a youth party but the staff there was so pleasant it was a clean venue even the bar area was clean and neat staff was very professional answer any question in a timely matter that we had very attentive with the children they really are a family-friendly complex there if you have never been here please take the time out to go there and visit them with your family or on a date it has something for everyone and all ages and the food oh man try the Buffalo Wings & The Loaded potatoes wedges to die for.. now do you tell the bartenders that they need to get some cognac product some Hennessy some Courvoisier some Remy

They have food and drink specials everyday and also specials for the games and laser tag and bowling. It is actually a really great place to go with family or if you just want to have a girls/boys night out

Absolutely astounding. Took my son for his twelfth birthday. Truly remarkable experience. Friendly staff, great food, a plethora of entertainment options for everyone from 8 to 80. Bowling, laser tag, arcade, massive, wall sized TVs, a bar.....amazing. Will definitely be returning much more in the future!

Nice size facility. Not to overwhelming if you have young kids. Just enough space for bowling, arcade games, and eatery. Great bundle packages. I did try out 3 different tacos, shark taco, brisket taco, and chicken taco. Shark taco is dogfish (very very fishy and not appetizing) brisket tasted more like plain roast beef, chipotle chicken was better however the cook didn’t portion the topping out right so I had more mouthful of avocado than meat. Order some tacos and had to just send them back, looked very old and burnt. Still the customer service was great and very friendly. Clean facility overall.

Its a great place for having a family outing or hanging out with friends. They offer a small menu, but good-tasting food at their restaurant. They also have a bar and provide alcoholic drinks. The arcade has a decent variety, but would recommend doing a combo with either bowling or laser-tag. The arcade can get stale, if you only go for that. As mentioned, they have laser-tag and bowling that can be accessed with a 2-3 hour, or day pass around $30 each, or around $12 for just the arcade. Its a pleasant place to enjoy a night with family or friends and would recommend trying it out or returning as well.

Great family fun. Features bowling, laser tag and an arcade. Has a small bar/restaurant that serves basic bar style foods. They have daily and weekly play specials. There are two rooms you can reserve for parties. They also offer party packages. No one under 18 after 10 pm. They also host trivia nites and fund raisers. The biggest issue is the cost. For our family of three to play, minus food and drinks, it was $60. That was the morning, three hour special of playing an hour of bowling, unlimited laser tag and selected arcade games. They have lockers on site to rent, but not very many. Could only afford to go once during the summer.

Great place for families as well as couples. This was a first visit for me and I enjoyed it. No-wait-bowling, lazer tag, full bar, game room...you can order from the full menu while you bowl. All of the staff was courteous. You should pay it a visit!

Awesome place and highly recommend going if you get a chance. We were visiting from out of state and found this place. Both kids and adults had a blast and spent most of the day there. Staff was wonderful and friendly and all was clean.

This place is pretty cool. I’ve been with family and friends. Had great specials both times, the first time my kid and I had a blast in the arcade and picking prizes. The second time I was with friends drinking and watching the Blues game. Even got a free T-shirt with the purchase. Either way, if you go here you’re bound to have an enjoyable time. Nobody is ever obnoxiously hammered and the place has a welcoming environment. The food is iffy in my opinion and the drinks are pretty pricey- but where isn’t? Staff always seem just a little understaffed and working too hard.

Such a fun place to take the kids. It’s big but not too big that you can find a table and enjoy the food while they enjoy all the games. Had a small issue and the manager Travis addressed it right away. Also the food is amazing. This kids can got pizza & I have the loaded potato wedges and chipotle chicken taco & it was sooo good!!!

All of the staff was very nice and helpful. Santa was in a great mood even with all the pictures. The kids loved it.

Pricey, but arent they all? Kids were not being supervised by parents and running around (into us) without being told by a guardian or staff...so that was annoying

Our first time going here and the staff was amazing. He took his time explaining the different options available, gave us extra points and even checked in later with us to make sure we were having fun. The pizza was better than most family entertainment venues. Will be going back.

The manager, Jonathan W. is probably the only reason I ever go there with my friends/family. He has amazing people skills, is extremely attentive, and seems like he enjoys being at work. It’s hard to find people that take pride in their work. I hope you guys never loose him because he’s an amazing asset to your company.

Yesterday was my first day there celebrating my sons 7th Birthday. It was so much fun. They are very clean friendly and always there to greet you with a warm welcoming smile. I give this place a BIG thumbs up. Go check them out you guys.

Overpriced and couldnt even bowl. Didnt put us on a waiting list till later on in the night when they got their pagers. By that time there was no way we were gonna get to bowl. And they were no longer serving food so we couldnt even eat. We just left, and will not be back.

Kinda pricey but the food was great. Arcade is more suited for smaller kids but the bowling is for all ages. The laser tag room was big, two stories. Lots of fun with a big groups of friends.

Decent bowling lanes, but the arcade is entirely trash. Games are in disrepair and take your money without letting you play. Avoid.

The arcade is awesome! However, every time I have eaten at the restaurant, the service has been horrendous.

First the good. Servers were amazing. Drinks were strong. Had a company event there and employees brought the extra large gifts in from the owners to the employees in and set them up. This part was 5 star.Now the bad. The pizza and pasta was sub par, but the salad was good. We had unlimited game play but the cards kept going inactive. It was so crowded you had to stand in line for ever to play only to find out your card didnt work. Then after it was activated again youd have to stand in line all over again. Games were just ok. Ive been to move arcades that were better.

Wife and Daughter treated Dad to an exciting day of bowling and fun! Dad was given a wristband stating 10% off food and drinks. We were done with bowling, drinks, and appetizers and I asked waitress about the 10% discount on food. Waitress was really nice about correcting tab however the female bartender was very ballistic with statements of hate and threatened to deny any future orders I placed! Manager Mitch threaten to call the police to escort me and my family off the property of Edison’s if we don’t leave immediately! My 10 year old Daughter burst into tears in the back seat as we drove home. Edison’s should definitely teach their staff some diversity inclusion skills. Mitch was the manager on duty 6/15/19

Nice place for family fun. But, a couple of the arcade games did not work after the card swipe. Hope it hets fixed soon! Bowling is fun too!

Pretty neat place. Could use a wider variety of games and the brightness on the porch t.v. could be adjusted brighter for daytime sports games. But, very reasonable prices and a good selection of food and activities.

A lot of fun. Had my sons birthday here. There was a miscommunication about the wrist bands though. Not sure who had spoken with my wife about them, but they need to do a better job communicating with customers. Food was good and my son and his friends had fun, so thats what counts.

This place is AMAZING! They have great rates for birthday parties and the kids love everything here. Whether you want to bowl, play laser tag, or play in the arcade you wont be disappointed. They honestly have one of the best arcades Ive ever seen.
