Its could definitely use a clean up. Property can use a clean up and update. The people around there could also use an update and a clean up.
I would want to live there
Place looks old ran down, messy, its as tho nobody wants to clean up.. I would not want to live there
When to check out the place to see if their was any space available. It needs a lot of improvements, more then half the mobile homes there seem like dumps, falling apart, they dont even have windows they cover them up with plywood that already seems that needs to be replaced asap. Children running around and hitting cars with balls. Its dirty also theirs so many dogs, who look homeless blocking the way. Cars are in the way, and some look crashed and abandoned and dont respect the property, for example the owner of a red camaro speeding thru like if it was a highway listening to its music extreamly loud, but yet still leaving the music on for a long period of time. Dont they have rules against loud sound? (I went around 9ish pm) Only decent homes are the three 5th wheel RVs, and like 2 other mobile homes. Management should do something about all those other mobile homes that are falling apart, make it look decent atleast.
