I appreciate the guy renting the place and understood some rules I failed not because I wanted too but I did my best to leave it as neat as I could. The place was already a mess when we got there and I didnt complain got half my deposit OK i understand but than tried ripping me off for his mistake in not reading the emails right to send me my check back and tried deducting more money, than goes and tells other people wanting to rent the place how of a disaster we left it when we spend the whole night moving the furniture back when he said we didnt need to and mopped and still did and yes one can of soda was left there and lettuce and cigarettes which i had no idea because it was late and dark other wise I would of totally picked it up. after all the place wasnt a disaster like he said.

I like the comfort space for a gathering. I just wish there were more parking spot. But the rest was just fine.
