Great place to go. My daughter wanted to go ice skating for her birthday. Staff was friendly. I have no complaints. I loved the fact that its an outdoor ice rink in a park so i you want to bring food and drinks you can. The rink isnt really big but its perfect for beginners.

Christmas lights get better every year. There some displays where half the lights were out but they give you an email to contact them and tell them.

I play Disc Golf there. Very nice part to play at. Pet friendly. Always fun to play disc golf there longs or shorts.

My go to park and YMCA, I drive over 30 miles each day to this location. Love it. Extremely family friendly and caring.

This large park has it all! Many things to do for all ages. Very nice, helpful staff. Well maintained. I really liked the disc golf course. Make sure to bring a suit for a short swim afterword!

I cant say enough good things about Mitch Park. Its beautiful, well maintained and the perfect place to ride your bike, walk your dog or just go for a stroll. A few ponds throughout, its right next to YMCA and there are basketball courts and ample parking.

Really great park with well managed trails. Lots of areas for children to play. Even a skatepark on the east side of the trails.

Always fun but usually packed. I love that I can walk right onto the equipment to retrieve or help my children if needed.

A beautiful and well-maintained park with a winding trail, baseball fields, playground, and the Mitch Park YMCA known for their aquatic center (that has a slide visible from the outside of the building).The trail is great for joggers, walkers, and cyclists with some gentle slopes. It is slightly wooded and thus, separating the hustle and bustle of the main street from visitors who appreciate some quiet.There is also an on-site shaded pavilion that has several tables for if you want to host a large outdoor party and cookout. The playground and disc-golf course are nearbu for young and the young-at-heart.

Fantastic trails. Lots of options for routes to take. This park has been a saving grace for us and our pup throughout the pandemic. Tons of beautiful areas for picnics, hammocks, and a decent amount of covered picnic tables if it gets too hot.

Best pool for swimming anywhere in the world!

One of the most diverse parks in Oklahoma County. Facilities include The MAC, YMCA, Edmond Senior Center, playing fields, skate park and an outdoor performance area with seating rows. Mitch park is large enough that you can find a place to be alone and just relax. If you want to get together with friends/family there are a bunch of picnic spots and several covered pavilions. The posted pictures are not mine. However they show off the park well.

Mitch is a great public park/urban forest. Great paths and trails.

I love running here. The outer loop is around 2.6 miles although you can add another .5 to get a 5k really easily. The park is always well maintained, never overly crowded, and is easily accessible from multiple entry points. Get out of the house and enjoy this wonderful park!

This place is really nice. Has great sunrises. Really large. Great walking trails as well as a disk golf course. Lots of ball fields and the Y is here. Also during winter theres outdoor ice skating.

Loved Mitch Park they had excellent light display! Its a great place to spend time with your family. You can grill have Birthday partys and the kids can play! They have a running trail, restrooms and great place to relax. The Park is very clean and well kept up.

Mitch is a great park. My kids love the playground in the center. In the summer I took my dog up to the trails and let her run around. There’s hiking trails, paved trails, and a skatepark. I feel like there’s more I haven’t found yet.In addition to that, there’s the YMCA and several baseball fields

Mitch Park YMCA is such a fun place!!! They have so many fun, fitness activities and a really cool swimming area, with a play area for young kids, and a water slide, but the water slide has not been functioning for a while.

Great park with excellent facilities. I go for the Ty Cunningham Memorial Disc Golf Course, which was recently landscaped. Cleared out a lot of brush and overgrowth. They also have a dog park, skate park, walking amd biking trails, and a YMCA on premises.

I love the mitch park loop. 2 full loops will put you at about 5.5 miles. Its a great run. Not very well shaded during the hot months so go early or late. It is not well lit at night so youll need a flashlight for a late run.

I love the trails and maintenance in this park. They put lights and decorations up during the winter holidays, and its like a shimmering oasis away from the citys blaring siren.

The disc golf course is clean, and well maintained, and challenging.

Beautiful wooded space with trails and facilities abound. A good place for events, and a great relief from the hustle of Edmond. While there can be a lot of folks out on the trails, the large area makes it easy to not run into a soul for an entire run.

Wonderful place to visit and walk. Seems to meet friendly people. Has many different trails, gives a taste of walking through the woods, many birds and squrriels, can see tracks and hear of other animals, foxes and raccoons that hide from the public. Many park benches allowing one to rest if needed.

Skatepark is awesome! My kids love it.

I hope one day soon whoever approves funding for repairs that they do it soon. There are some deep, wide cracks in the trails that need repairing. Other than that I love running there. The hills are good challenges for training.

A wonderful refuge for local wildlife. I saw a turtle, a rabbit, and a cardinal swooping past all in one walk. Its very peaceful during the morning when all of the flowers are waking up. I love that its paved throughout and there are different trails depending on how far you want to walk. All the way around is about 3 miles.

I went to Mitch Park with a friend just to explore a bit. We went off the paved trails and there was a pretty little creek we found. The trails were long and would be good for taking a walk or running. Theres several open gazebos and and playground areas.

This has been a great place to get my walk in with my girlfriends. I would like to suggest a few more water stations along the trail. We walk approximately 3.5 miles with only 2 water stations that are pretty close together.

Mitch park is a great place. It has disc golf, a skate park & walking trails. In Nov & Dec there is an ice skating rink & Christmas lights. The YMCA is also there.

I’ve put down thousands of miles running at Mitch Park and I never got bored, thanks to the amazing scenery and wildlife (including other park-goers.)

Okay, so Im being told this place is awesome. I only saw a sunrise from a parking lot area, but that was pretty nice. All in all, good park.

Pretty cool park. I went to a gym, an amphitheater, an ice skating rink, and a playground. Its a nice place to go on a run and play pokemon go lol

My favorite park in Edmond. Plenty of things for people of all ages to enjoy. Love the walking trails.Could do without the non-native species of tree and flower they seem to like planting, but it doesnt affect the overall experience

Lots of walking trails, both asphalt and mowed. The mowed ones are marked with trailhead signs. Gardens all over the place. New trees keep getting planted. There is a skate park, pavilions, disc golf, senior center and recreation building. There is also a Ymca in the park. Lots of open green spaces. There are also softball and baseball fields, though they are locked up so the public cant get in. One bigger playground and one smaller one. Lots of benches for spotting to enjoy all the bird feeders or just nature itself. Biggest park in Edmond and with all the different trails, you can kinda get that hiking experience without leaving town.

This place is great. This park is really awesome to spend time outside.

I tend to go every morning, always get a good workout. Child watch is available.

This is a fairly nice park. I personally have not been on the trails myself, but I am thoroughly impressed by the skate park that they have here.

We took our kids there to ride their bikes. My son is just learning to ride without training wheels and Mitch park was the perfect spot. Lots of flat areas of grass and street.

Dont just close the part you dont like. Thats ignorant. Try to skate less than 6 feet apart, just try.

Nice trail with a variety of paths, skate park is really nice, Christmas lights are always nice, there is a nice place to fly kites and a few areas for kids to play.

Great workout facility, bathrooms and changing areas are nice. Wish they had stronger water pressure in the showers, my only complaint, other than that nice place to work out.
