This kid that I talked to was very nice. His name was Harry He was being nice to my son and much more respectful then the workers. You should definitely look at him as an option to hire. He played dodgeball and reminded kids of the rules.

Great place. My daughter had such a fun time attending, that we booked her party this summer here as well. Staff made it super easy to reserve, and allow you to pay in installments leading up to the jump party with lots of cool options and pizza included. They take care of the worry, so that you and your group can enjoy making memories.

I gave this place a 4 star because of the young man at the counter. He had a great personality and was very helpful. We need more young people like this in our communities.Thank you, will visit again.

It was my grandson 10 th Birthday. It was clean . Masks were being worn. Groups of kids played with their kids only. It was fun fun fun .

Good fun, good exercise. The pricing is a bit steep. (Dont bother with the 30min block, it is only 3 dollars cheaper than an hour) Yall should make half time half the price.

Loved.......... It! Was so much fun. Im an adult and played dodge ball, flipped a few times. Played basketball and jumped in the foam pit. Awe the foam bit, brings me back to the day when we had ball pits. It was a lot of fun. Played with the kids, we all enjoyed it. Its in the parking lot with Academy

Activity was varied and enjoyable. For the most part bigger children and smaller children were separated. Staff was helpful and safety aware. Pricing was on the high side for drinks, snacks and rental time. Definitely not an every day/every week adventure.

We didnt stay the whole 2 hours I paid for. ONE employee was actually wearing a mask. All the others had them pulled down under their chins and one female employee even spent the entire glow jump time sitting / laying on the floor with her boyfriend (no mask in sight), paying no attention to anything else going on. Im assuming she was employee by the orange SZ Team Member sweatshirt she was wearing. Not a single adult employee was seen in the entire place. Zero social distancing - even between guests and employees. All the tables were dirty and employees were too busy socializing and playing on their phones to clean them. Very disappointed at the lack of security and cleanliness. Its doubtful that I will take my kids back for glow jump again.

I come here everyday for 7 hours a day it’s probably the best thing in Edmond it is highly recommended

Nice facility with lots of space to jump. The workers however need some training on how to work with younger children to take turns and be safe. My kids are older and used to taking turns. They were constantly being cut off by younger kids with no manners. The younger children were jumping into the same squares with them and in front of them and the workers never helped stop them to keep them safe.

It was the best trampoline park but the worst part was I cant do backflips

They do nothing about older kids throwing intentionally to hurt others! This place is a safety hazard! I get why they make you sign waivers, nothing wrong sky zone but older kids need to be held more accountable! They do nothing to address this! You will get hurt going here!Will not be going back!

Horrible customer service and although have jumping socks already would allow us to jump without their “brand” after already had paid & didn’t mention prior. Then not included in price want pay extra for their socks that are inferior quality than the one my son already has. Scam by them to increase profits...

Just went to a birthday party there. Dylan was the host and was very energetic and nice. Great experience. Excellent with the kids.

People were helpful and friendly. The kids had a great time. Very fun atmosphere. We bought 90 minutes and I think 60 wouldve been enough. I thought it was a little pricey but not too bad.

Skyzone has a lot of great workers but some workers aren’t good at all one worker took my phone and threatened to throw it into the foam pit and one worker was about to throw away my food that I paid for, for no reason.

Glow is loads of fun for the kids. You get the great feeling of being locked away in a sweaty wrestling room and whiffs of rotting feet periodically when those socks get taken off. Kids love it!

If you have a toddler or child younger than 8, dont come here. If you want to be with and interact with your child that is. The tiny toddler area is a joke, if you try to jump with your child theyll tell you not to, even though as an adult, youve pause full price and basically signed away any and all liabilty in case of injury. If by chance the trampolines clear up enough to move into the regular area you better not stop jumping, as I sat in the slanted wall area for more than 20 seconds checking on my son who had uncharacteristically stopped. Then a worker beelined it to me to tell me not to sit on the wall. Unsure of why the focus was policing parents rather than kids, especially since I was not jumping dangerously.All the while older kids (10+) were occssionally running in and out of the toddler area, some doing flips, of which the workers didnt seem to mind or see as dangerous.I kinda feel that if you are going to restrict parents of young children in what they can do to this extent, you should probably either not charge them full price or maybe even at all.Full disclosure, Im not sure if they have a supervise only rate or no cost system, but they sure dont advertise it if they do. Though the number of toddlers who had no parent of their own within 50 feet of them was a bit frightening.That being said, if you have older kids you want to wear out, it seems that this is a great place to do that.

This place is disappointingly small. We took my sons here for a fun family activity, hoping we could jump with them too but it was so ridiculously crowded & the adults did not feel comfortable jumping. One of the only 2 big areas to jump wasn’t even open. This is by far one of the smallest jump places we’ve been to. I’d pay more to just have room to have fun. Oh well, not going back. But hey-If you like jumping with crowds, this is the spot!

Was there for a birthday it was very un organized we were made to wait in the front before the room was ready. They didnt have all the pizza that was ordered they were rushing us through everything not a pleasant experience. Plus the odor as soon as you enter the place is awful!!

The birthday party staff actually jumped in and served the kids. They literally did everything. We usually have to step in and do most of the work at other places. The staff did a great job and we got to sit back and take it easy.

Absolute best for birthday party fun. Even the adults get into it. Great party area tenants. Kids really dig this place.

My kids love this place and never get tired of coming back. Its great for birthdays too. My kids have been to a handful of them, some where the party room was rented and some not. They always have fun!

The staff was fantastic and welcoming. The place was clean and well managed. Everyone seemed to have a great time.

My 10 year old daughter and her friend had a great time there, we arrived a few minutes before 10am on a Saturday. No lines or waiting, paid for 1hr. Shortly after 10am it got very busy with party bookings etc, so it paid to get there a few minutes early. Kids had a great time and were worn out after 1hr. Only issue seen was that the water fountain was out-of-service, there is a notice up saying you cannot bring in your own food or drink, I ignored that and brought in our bottled water from the car, they made no comment or fuss about me doing this, so kudos for that.A member of staff watched and gave tips when they bouncing around, nothing can be 100% safe, IMHO, they have made it as safe as trampoline can be.

A very fun time! Employees are friendly and helpful, and its hard not to enjoy bouncing on a trampoline : )

The jumping experience was okay for my daughter, but we didn’t have a very positive experience at the Fuel Zone, aka Concession Stand. We ordered a foundation drink, which after I took a huge gulp figured out the carbonation was out and it was NOT good! They eventually fixed it and gave me a new one after 10 minutes. We ordered a corn dog and pretzel with cheese (it specifically said Pretzel w/Cheese on the sign) and after 15-20 minutes of waiting we had to ask where our food was. They brought out our corn dog and pretzel with no cheese. I asked for the cheese, the attendant looked at me with a confused look on his face. He said they didn’t have cheese only on Saturday’s. I guess he had not read the menu.

They heard you in and out like cattle. 30 minutes is not long enough to eat pizza, eat cake and open presents with young kids. If you arent done too bad.

Have small children or children of any age. Adults love this place too. Tuck away at the end of Academy Sports building down on the west end. This place is all about bouncing. Kids love this place. Great place for a birthday party as we had my grand daughters 4th birthday party here a little ove a week ago. I do believe there were as many adults as children bouncing in there.

It is a little pricy but worth it for an occasional trip. The kids are not age restricted to one area like Elevation. They can play in any area they want and they have a foam pit here which is hard to find! I recommend going in the evening because it is dramatically less busy. Love this place!

Nice place for the kids to go and burn their energy. But compared to places in other states this place is small with not much to do after around 3 times. So we tend to take the kids not too frequently and that works. The place is very clean and staff are attentive and nice in general. There are kids who tend to stick to one place like basket ball area and not give other an opportunity to play. I suggest that the staff sets a time for kids to rotate as this leads to some frustration.

Sky zone is a great place to bring kids for some fun!! I brought my cousins and they loved it! Carson was an incredible associate who worked well with them and made their and my own experience great!

No one was enforcing the sectioning rules you had kids about the age of 4 jumping with full grown adults

This was a really great place theres a bit of a wait time but its expected because you want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to really enjoy themselves I would absolutely recommend this place for ages site well all ages all ages but I know that a child around 4 and up which is truly have a ball of the younger babies might get lost in all of the commotion of big kids and bouncing but its a great location great place for birthday parties are right off of the highway right right near Academy so you cant miss it its a great spot to great great area

Took the grandkids (4 and 6yrs old), had a good time. It was under 50$ for an hour on any of the 4 or 5 courts and a round of drinks for the kids and me. It only took a few minutes to fill out the required form snd waiver at one of their kiosks. Youve got to purchase socks with rubber like pads on the bottom. Overall, it was a good experience and plan to go again.

Great for my kids to burn off a little steam. My problem is that the teenagers in charge of the areas dont care about taking turns or enforcing any of the rules. My kids take turns but they were constantly cut in front of in line and nobody did anything about it. This happened at least 30 time in the hour we were there. Ill be going to the other trampoline park next time.

This is a great place to take the kids to burn off some energy. Heck, I even burned some off with them! We easily booked our time online the day prior to showing up. The next day we showed up about 20 minutes before our jump time. First time jumpers take a little more time during check in. Booking online speeds the process up a bit. It was nice because all the kids in our group, ages 4 to 12, were able to participate. We had fun and will be returning!

Excellent birthday location! I threw my sons 8th birthday party here and had 11 kids in total attend. They all had a blast. The hour jump time flew by. The staff was super courteous and our party host (Micah) was fantastic and amazing with the kids. Some of the adults even joined in the festivities. This place is great for kids and adults alike. Great time and great exercise. Well definitely be back.

It was fun for my 6 year old. Only thing I didnt like was employees not paying attention to kids that didnt follow rules.

The price to jump is very reasonable, but their snack bar prices are astronomical!!!

Threw my sons 5th birthday party here. We had so much fun we came back the next weekend to jump. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Plenty of room to jump for everyone. I love the one person per square rule, to ensure no one gets hurt. If too many people are on the main court, they will section it off to make sure the little kids are safe. I love the fact that everyone can jump together, unlike Elevation where if your kids are 8 and 4 they have to be separated and you constantly have to run back and forth to check on them. Great for a fun time with the kids.

BRING GEM-X! (just FYI) We had my sons 4th birthday party here. It was pretty cool and all... But they wanted too much money for what we got out of it. Other than that the place was pretty cool and and fun.

I took my 8, 4, & 3yr old kids. We went for one hour. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves, as well did I. The 3 yr old had several run ins with the team members (he doesnt really understand taking turns or not running into other peoples areas), and they handled him very well. Altogether a great place to take your kids to burn off steam!

If you are a kid and like to bounce and flounce- this is it. I took my daughter and she had a blast. Sky Zone is huge with plenty of trampolines and a large foam pit. The staff is very courteous and the management wonderful. Everything was clean and in good condition. This location is at the end of Academy Sporting Goods in Edmond. It was a long drive for us, but watching my daughter have the time of her life was worth it. There are similar trampoline parks around, but Sky Zone seems to be the top echelon.

I had my twins birthday here. They were very organized and professional. The kids really enjoyed it and the parents liked as well. I would reccomend this place anytime whether for a party or just to go jump.

The staff were really helpful and good at keeping all the children in check while still letting them have fun.There is a trampoline dodge ball, slam dunk, foam pit as well as other areas open to the public.If youre organizing a birthday party, they do have a party room but its not as spacious as Id prefer, given you can have 40 screaming kids inside..Overall a fun place to go, especially with a large entourage of children who will thoroughly enjoy themselves.

I am a kid and I enjoyed playing around

It was a good experience. I know the monitors there are teenagers, but a couple could be a little nicer to the kids. Im not a parent who thinks my kids are perfect so I understand how it can get frustrating dealing with rude kiddos.

Most of the staff is pretty friendly and helps the younger kids. I just wish they werent constantly showing off (the staff) twice my 4 year old almost got kicked in the head and this was because some kid that works there decided to do flips in the walkway
