I have two young boys and they go absolutely crazy in this place, they love it. The food is good, they have a lot of games, it’s a great family place. Some of the machines were either not working or stole your tokens but the employees were quick to give us our tokens back.

Good social distancing seating and employees always cleaning video games. Refills on drinks will give you new cups

*Not a review about the store but about the people working there* This place doesn’t know how to treat their employees, and it’s embarrassing to have a store manager that doesn’t know how to do anything but stand around. I hear many complaints about the mistreatment towards staff. Needs better leadership overall. Period.

Can never go wrong with Peter piper pizza. Empty or packed to the brim they always deliver the same tasty pizza.

Salad was waste of money!Ordered two pizzas well done, came out awesome! The salad, another story. The cucumber AND tomatoes were coated in slime. Threw it away! WTH. Waste of $ especially in this time....

No curb-side pick-up during a pandemic. You get a one star for putting people’s lives at risk. The virus isn’t gone just cuz the governor lifted some restrictions.

Pizza was good & for a lunch buffet at 6.99 I cant complain. I was surprised with the apple dessert pizza which might not be a big deal for most, but for me it was the best dessert pie Ive tried lately. Restaurant wasnt too loud even though it was pretty busy. The kids seemed to be enjoying the games. The store was pretty clean.

Excellent food and good service....However the only complaint is that all condiments, napkins and straws are in an island in the middle of the restaurant!! How is it that straws are not next to the fountain drinks??!! And napkins nowhere to be found other than in an island!!!

I love PPP but today the pizza had too much sauce and the pizza was not hot, but had an awesome time with my grandbaby!!!

This is the best place for pizza... I might be biast since I grew up with it. Ha!

Pizza was decent. Soda was flat. The games are expensive most likely because there are so few machines. I would have had a better overall experience at Chuck E. Cheeses BUT, I must give a shout-out to David working behind the prize counter because he was outstanding and engaged my 20 month old multiple times. David knows whats up.

I was genuinely taken aback aback by how poorly managed this peter piper was. The employees look half dead it makes wonder if they even get breaks. When i was there it was super busy and the employees were working really hard but the manager was no where to be found someone should call corporate and let them know that their managers very bad at their jobs. I called to leave to leave a complaint but a man named omar was very rude and unaccommodating. I will not be coming back for the foreseeable future

Birthdays are always more memorable with family and friends at Peter Piper pizza. The fun my granddaughter has here is always a thing to look forward to. This is a win-win for everyone.

If management was to pay more attention to the games, peoples experience would be better. Some games dont work or have been out of order for a while. Other games eat your tokens, even after you put in the right amount or amount required. Its just a hassle looking for employees every time a game takes your tokens.

Terrible. You go to pick up your phone order in the designated area and get completely ignore. They do not keep your phone order under the heating lamps. Thanks i love my pizza warm

While the pizza is delicious, the service surely is to be desired.... The last time we visited was for a party that we organized for our now 1-year-old. The person in charge of us wasnt looking out for us, and especially wasnt nowhere around to be seen unless something wrong Was going on at our table. What do I mean by the wrong? If we had any tyoe of decor or fixing, they would tell us that it wasnt possible, but if it was a member of management having their party, the they would bring their big archs of balloons and plush toys. PPP be fair, simple as that.

Went for a birthday party. The pizza is good. Only had pepperoni though. My husband bought a mug of beer and it was almost $5. He said it was drinkable, but tasted a bit flat. The games are pretty expensive. Nothing is under $0.50. Overall, the kids had fun and we didnt have to wait in line to play games.

Pizza is always great at any location Ive never had a bad experience with PPP. Its definitely more of a childrens attraction when it comes to the games and the fact that kids dont seem to be phased how some of these locations need new carpeting because they smells like dirty wet carpet. Overall it beats the pizza anywhere so no complaints on the food end, wings are also a must.

Waring you can not take leftovers if your doing the buffet. I can understand if it is people trying to take advantage of them by taking pA whole pizza.But this was not the case when my 5 year old son my son asked for a box to take home his bitten slice of pizza They took my sons bitten slice of pizza and threw it in the trash right in front of his eyes. They must throw all pizza away at the end of the buffet what a waste.

Went to a birthday party and it was packed to begin with therefore you would the AC would be full blast, well it was really hot in there. The party host was slow and did not manage her time well. From experience as a party host you have to continue to remind the parent how much time is left and ask her if he/she would like to do the next thing of cutting the cake or hitting the piñata.
