It’s a must that you get the membership because if not your just throwing away money. 3 movies a week of your choice, faster lines for concessions, no taxes on online purchases, discount on concessions (large popcorn same price as medium) and all this for only $20. One ticket anywhere else cost like $12-15. Your basically getting 12 movies for $20 :0. The theater is awesome as well. Do it

Terrible customer service. First, the ticket kiosk did not work. I had to go through 2 people before my tickets could be printed. Next, the line to get snacks was very long. (See photo I took) Then when I complained about the line to someone, that person asked me to complain to corporate because they would not allow them to open the snack stand on the other side of the lobby. When I got popcorn, the popcorn machine was nearly empty so I got a lot of unpopped kernels. Lastly when I exited the movie, the trash can where I attempted to throw my trash into, was overflowing with trash. It seems to be a very poorly run location. Sticking with Cinemark from here on now.

This is the place to watch a movie, the reason why is because good customer service and good snacks and drinks for you and the family. They treat their customers good for example I forgot my bucket and Ive been a A-list member for two years and they gave me a new one no charge and that is why I choose this theater over any other.

We bought tickets and asked about the recliner seats. They said for the movie theater hall #2 the seats are recliners. Ok great. We got to our seats and and they are not recliner our movie started and the sound came on but no movie. Ok I complained and they got it fixed but my wife noticed that everyone was just seating where they wanted and a kid was kicking the back of my wife seat. My wife had to complained and now the movie is showing and my wife is speaking with the manager and nothing was done about the seating. we got a refund for all our troubles but I really wanted to see this movie with my family. They lied about blocked seating, nothing was taped of. The workers were not knowledgeable about the theater having what kind of seats and thats really how it all got started. We wanted the recliner and we were paying 17 dollars per seat times 3 and they told us that the seats dont recline. So we bought another time that were cheaper and they said they recline and nope. They tilt, swing, and whatever you want to call them. I was not happy.

Took my mom for the FIRST time in her life!! She loved it and had a great time. The reason I only give 4 stars is because in two occasions they have been out of drinks. Apart from that this theater is very clean and has great seating.

A-List is the way to go $21 mon, 3 movies a week and discounts at concessions. . This theater is amazing. I-Max, Dolby, recliner seating. Great deals at concessions. Coca-Cola Freestyle.. Wonderful theater.

I like this smaller theater. The staff was nice and I felt safe going during this pandemic. Sanitizer and wipes are available. The seats are comfortable and the snacks were tasty. Will definitely be back to this theater.

This place was my Go to for all awesome movies, to escape reality and just dive into a place of my own.... pizza, drink, and a candy to make it perfect....It went away for a lil bit and Now its back !!!Lets see how it works now...

I like the look of the movie theater, very organized and good service. There was little amount of people as well so the lines were little to none. I didnt like the long silence of the ads before the movie and the was 2 children behind my seat which ruin my experience. I was overall happy with the results.

I love that Theatre. My girls invited me to watch a crazy movie called The Life of the party. We sat at the very top. Those chairs were comfortable. Im 70 yrs old, it was like being at home in my recliner. Another thing I liked, they have 1 or 2 security officers inside to keep us safe. Highly recommend this theatre.

Inside AMC Theater is excellent! Outside in the parking lot...totally different! Potholes that have been there forever! They fill them up and cover them, but a few days later, there they are again! Bigger and worse! Also, something needs to be done about lighting outside in the parking lot. All around the building. Ive mentioned it to the staff, and all they say is I would need to notify AMC. I did, and they said that those are issues of the building company. Its two different companies

This is the only IMAX theatre in our area and it doesn’t disappoint. Really clean seats and very comfortable. You have to try the nachos at this place, they are worth the price.

Bavarian pretzel is huge and good. Theatres are nice with modern assigned seats. Main gripe is too few people work the food counter, so its pretty slow.

Theater was good, decent service. Only issue the restrooms were nasty dirty. My wife did not want to let our daughter use them.

Ordering a hot dog? Be prepared to wait 15-20min. Seriously?! Popcorn was so stale! I understand the pizza takes a while to cook but it always comes out to a crisp where the edges are too hard to chew! There was absolutely not one person in line when we ordered. Why not have things prepared that’s so simple like fresh hot dogs like other movie theaters?! There was at least 5 team members ready to assist. Finally got our order and as I approach my seat I felt the floor slippery and looked down with my phones light and there was water everywhere even on the seat!!! I’m 6 months pregnant and I could’ve slipped. I had to go back out get napkins and clean up the mess myself. Don’t they have a clean up crew?! Management needs to step it up! By reading the reviews it seems like they either need new management or do some serious changes on how they operate this place! Horrible! Absolutely horrible!

Went to go see Frozen 2 yesterday, and it was Nice..wish the seats were alittle bit more spacious, but they did the job. Very nice, and helpful staff. Well Definitely go again.

My first time coming here today and definitely not my last. I dont always go out to movie theaters but this one was just MMHelpful staff and AMAZING seats and a beautiful screen! So much better than WashingtonGlad I moved here

If youre not a member they pretty much dont care about you. Seems like everything here is catered towards members and members only. Long, LONG wait times, food is ridiculously over priced but it is good. But if youre a member you dont wait in line and all that. I dont come here enough to be a member.

It’s my favorite theater in the valley yet they need to get more staff, its always short staff on weekends. If you are ordering food be sure to get there early bc they do take a long time to get the meals ready and FYI the restrooms in the lobby are the worst do not use them.

1) Dolby Cinema seats are a nice luxury. Sound and screen both add heavily to the immersion. Unfortunately, my friends seat didnt elevate the legs, only reclined. I was more than happy to switch with them (they bought my ticket and I couldnt care less whether or not I was slightly more horizontal while watching a film), but I can imagine it might tarnish the experience for some to come into the theater and ultimately pay for a seat that didnt deliver as promised.2) Entered what was probably the only movie theater bathroom Ive seen that appeared clean enough for me to consider dropping off the kids without a Hazmat suit. Very clean. On the other hand, the toilet at the entrance was drenched in urine. Probably caught each between cleaning cycles.

Really great IMAX experience. Seats dont recline on this one. But great sound and picture. Popcorn quality and taste has also improved from my last visit (about a year ago). A bit expensive but if you visit frequently, getting their monthly movie membership really pays off.

Went to the movies to go see Jumanji with Family last night. Enjoyed the Movie. Just ordered a Soda to drink. The staff were very friendly and were taking our orders real fast. The place was very clean with plenty of seatings. Even the bathrooms were Clean. Would recommend this place to my Friends.

So nice and clean, every empress with the seats and surround sound that I was lost in the movie! But it would have been better if the was ac was on.

Great theater...only problem I had was that we went to a late movie. The concession stand closed too early!! They should keep it open until the end of the last movie.

Good movie theatre. Love that you can take back the bucket, and get it refilled a second time. Main reason I love AMC theatres though is cause of movie stubs A - List. Savings like crazy. Beats any other theatre chain by a long shot.

Nice theaters. The reclining seats are very comfortable. Sitting on the top row is highly recommended since the angle from there lets you recline all the way and see the screen perfectly. Osbviously, concessions are pretty expensive, but thats kind of par for the course for all theaters. If youre looking to save, just go on Tuesdays and pay $5 for a ticket with their free amc stubs account thing. Best enjoyed with friends.

Comfortable reclining seats and clean restrooms! Had to remind management that the picture wasn’t showing but it was corrected quickly. Not sure where the disconnect is, this has happened to me at various theaters in the Rio Grande Valley. Nevertheless no lines and picked tickets up at kiosk. Popcorn was on point.

Good place only problem was that the gift cards we had for them did not all work and they didnt offer to fix them at the moment but rather us call a number and pay since they didnt give us credit for them despite them never being used.

I like it the people are friendly and helpful. Never have problems when I go there. I am so glad I joined A list.

Old stale popcorn, place is extremely dirty, the device that contains the lids for the drinks was exceptionally filthy and they expect you to place these horribly dirty lids on your drinks. Save your money in the Dolby theater, the seats recline at a weird angle causing pain and discomfort and are essentially useless.

The seats at this theatre are my favorite, plenty of room in between the seat and the walkway, the only downside is the concession area. the lines are usually pretty long and if youre not a premier member you get passed over in line constantly.

The new IMAX is amazing. I already watched The Great Wall, Logan, and Kong Island and it was awesome. Their other theaters are also brand new, all with new lounge seats and theres allot of space between rows. Great improvement by Carmike !

Pretty organized and not too messy unlike other places

Thought this theatre was really good. The layout of the theatre is better than many AMC locations in various cities and states Ive been. Really like the open feel when you walk in. The only negative was open space infront of the location is an open field area that is unkept and makes the building look worse. Im not sure why it isnt part of the property but its not and forces you to park on the side of the building which I thought was weird and Ive never seen this setup, but everything else was spot on. Huge theatres, newer reclining seats, but it did have narrow hallways into the theatre.

It was my first time coming to this theater and as a first impression I am not happy. The snacks and all that was fine but when we came to actually view the movie, the screen kept blinking and it made the movie experience extremely uncomfortable even if it was just blinking it made the movie annoying to see and for a MOVIE theater to have a problem with... The MOVIE... YIKES is all I have to say...

The theater itself is nice and the seats are comfortable and reclining. The bathrooms were disgusting and the sinks didn’t even work. The carpet was moldy and the hallways outside the theaters smelled disgusting. If they cleaned up this would be the best theater in the valley

Love it so much here I am a premium member and I love when its opening weekend and I get to go to the premium line to have shorter wait time.

Concessions stand understaffed 20min wait..2 lanes doesnt make sense seat are good just make sure you show up 30min early to get popcorn

I went to see Toy Story 4 when it first came out and the first thing my husband and I noticed was the dirty environment. The carpet was covered in popcorn, napkins, and small trash. I don’t think anyone had cleaned up all day. The soda machines were all sticky and had a slight odor, there was trash in the patio by the front entrance and once we sat at our seats, there was trash in the cup holders. We even noticed other families finding trash in theirs as well. They could really use some more staff. I liked it better when it was Carmike...

Our AMC membership has saved us a ton of money! We get three free movies a week, discounts ar the concession, and get to cut lines. I love it!

Reclining seats give you a whole new angle on movies

Awesome theater! The coke machines with a hundred options are the best. And as far as deals.... $5 Tuesdays if you buy tickets at the concessions and the stubs A-list can save hundreds if you go more than once a month. From time to time the theater does have issues with bad smells though, but usually only in the halls.

This is a great cinema! Although when I went some of the machines for tickets were down I dont believe this is always the case. The lines for snacks are at times long but this is okay if you come early enough for your movie its not a problem. With the access to watch some movies in Imax make the moment that much better for viewing. I greatly recommend this cinema to enjoy movies with friends and family.

Very nice theater. Much better run than when it was Carmike. Im glad AMC has a presence in the Valley now. Id like to see them build another, newer theater in the area. Picture quality could stand to be improved a bit. But the facilities are nice and the movie sounded great.

Great seating and great sound, but the carpet smells like its wet...

Seats were great. Food was ok. Restrooms were bad. Theater and lobby area was dirty. Popcorn and jalapenos on the floor. Unclean rest rooms and no working water faucets. Had to rinse the soap off my hands on the water fountain outside of the restrooms.

Went to watch avengers end game. Restroom in front was gross, only 2 toilets and one of them was literally crapped on. Washing your hands only one faucet was working very little water coming out. Watched movie in theater 14 and the ac was out, super freaking hot in there and the workers lied and said it is working. Its been better.

Huge theater with lobby seating and a lobby bar. Self- serve pop machines for your refill needs and the theater seating is so comfortable and roomy. All theaters are equipped with reclining seating and plenty of leg space to let other guests pass by without stepping or falling all over you.

The 18 screen theater had plenty of showings and very comfortable seats with some of the theaters having the recliners. With only one exception, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have the AMC stubs A List monthly subscription that lets me watch up to three movies a week for 20 dollars a month. I actually have a Cinemark Theater five minutes from home but the deal, theater, and staff make the twenty minute drive well worth it!

No one was there to help us find our theater cause they were to busy in the front by the concession stand talking worse exp Ive had in a while no wonder I avoid going here....shame I thought this place was so cool as a kid

Went to see a fathom event for Weathering With You in subtitles,the screen kept tracking and cutting out every few seconds. It really took away from the overall experience and I wouldnt recommend going here

Waited in line 35 minutes for snacks. By the time we got out it was 40 minutes past our scheduled movie. However, these 4 stars go to Camacho for being able to find another showing for us.

This movie theater is my go to,but I did not appreciate the extreme lines, to purchase a ticket. There must have been 40 people in line,and it took a while to service us. I do understand you want to hire less employees to save money,but you are delaying the process in ticket sales and customer satisfaction.

Did not like waiting in line to purchase tickets. Liked it before where the ticket booths were up front and then the snack bar. By the time I got there all the seatings were full. Will not recommend this theater to anyone.

The theater is very nice, clean and comfortable. Ive never had a problems with going to the movies here untill recently. They informed us that they were cutting their hours so 7 is basically the latest you can see a movie during the week. Even weekend showings have been cut down. Some of us work long hours and cant take a day off just to catch a movie. So, we wont be going nearly as often anymore. Bone head move management.

My favorite theater in the valley! Absolutely love the environment compared to the others. IMAX is by far the best way to watch any movie! I also highly recommend their AMCs A-List program, very satisfied.

The only bad thing here is the POPCORN! By the time I get to watch my movie, popcorn is STALE!! And it’s not like I order it too much time in advance!! Please fix this!! Other than that, I love the fast line with Premiere Membership as it is not expensive

Movie was good. Seat was comfortable. Was there for first showing and popcorn was not fresh and very stale. Over priced for day old popcorn. Alamo draft has always been fresh popcorn. Disappointed and customer service was not very good either.

Hadnt been here for a few years but I was disappointed this past weekend. Unless you have the amc pass, your wait in line is practically never ending. Each time I thought I was next, an amc pass holder would get in the other line and be served first. I had been waiting so long, I was ready to walk away but the next available wasnt paying attention so she didnt direct a pass member to her and my cousin ended up running to the register so we could finally order! Then when i ordered a drink, i was given a cup....which ok, I like the machine with all the options, but not when its dirty and people have spilled stuff or just generally arent clean. Everything else seemed fine, until I went to the restroom. The toilet, sink and paper dispenser were all broken and I was informed by another movie goer that the sink had apparently been broken for some time. IMAX and a few other features are not worth the drive all the way out there. Ill stick to Cinemark. Thanks.

Went to go see a movie at the IMAX theater when I walked through the hallway to get there there was a disgusting moldy musty smell when I got in the theater it was unclened piles of popcorn laying on the ground and random cups in cup holder there was big cobwebs near the restroom and the paint on the cup holders is chipping away on top of that the movie that was supposed to start at ten was left on a blank screen with not even previews for 25 minutes! Outrageous this place is really under kept and its sad that its the only amc imax in the valley. This place used to be really nice but now it is under kept and dirty.

I haven’t been here in years and I remember why now. Super messy waiting area! Popcorn all over and it was HOT. Not acceptable. Theater was nice and cool but bathrooms were GROSS!! Sh*t in every toilet literally! Like who are these people who don’t flush?? Toilet paper all over floor. Nasty. Will not return.

I love coming here with friends all the time. a lot of people complain about the prices but I think youre paying for quality and comfort so its worth it. word of advice, I used to only buy IMAX tickets because I thought they were the best (and while they do offer more in terms of visuals and quality) standard does astoundingly better in sound AND comes with reclinable chairs, which in my opinion goes a long way compared to simple quality. I watched far from home on standard weeks ago and it was one of the better experiences ever in terms of quality of sound and comfort!

The food there is sooo good, they have good service, and the theater is so huge.the recliner seats are the best cause I can adjust them to how i like it. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because there is always room to improve.
