It has some vintage mobile homes that could be restored and cleaned. Great location. Price on lots are good for this area. Management could use some support. Gate entry too slow. Pool clean. Needs 5mph speed signs. This place needs some help overall but interesting for mobile home lovers.

Stayed there 4th winters. Very friendly park. Streets paved. Citrus trees for fresh orange and grapefruit. Salt water pool. Lots of activities and close to shopping

It a cheap trailer park great location it in town and 2 blocks from a 9 holes golf course
