Volleyball sand is great. Though the many sand spurs around the edge of the court and in the grass were a bit of a nuisance! Ladies bathroom was clean. Small area for the kids to play in the river. Nice area to launch boats/kayaks. Very small playground.

This is a very nice park we had great time here. Great little beach had restrooms and a play area. Plenty of parking area nice place to come and relax read a book play in the water take the kids to the park we had a great time here nice and clean great views definitely would come back when Im in the area many thumbs up five stars

Nice place but the playgraound is pretty small and limited. It also got busy with a bunch of boaters pulling in pretty quickly. The restrooms have a water fountain but its warm water. We had a blast investigating hermit crabs! It was extremely hot so just come prepared as there isnt much shade here. Overall we had a good experience.

I liked this park, pavillion area to sit or have a small party, swings, and a dock to fish off of. Felt slight beach vibes, and there was a ramp for boats or kayaks.

Great place to enjoy the water or launch paddle boards, kayaks, small boats, or jetskis. A large pavilion with grills for birthday parties, a small playground for the kids to enjoy with max visibility for the parents and a decent shorline to post a towel and umbrella for a beachlike picnic and collecting shells or sun day/fun day. Even a small dock for fishing! A great little park for a day out without the beach crowds.The only downside is poorly ventilated bathrooms that arent well maintained.Overall a successful public park with plenty of activities for getting out and enjoying the water.

For what I was expecting from a park mainly for boats & fishing, it definitely exceeded expectations! Me and my almost 3 year old girl had a blast between the swings (and the coolest baby & mommy together swing contraption), slide/climbing, and docks!

Nice and clean park with a small pier to fish from. Seen some dolphins swim by while we were there.

Love coming here but what it annoying water motor people dont respect going fast with jetsky and boat

It is a nice little place to relax and it isnt too far from where I live. Nice place to see some fun aquatic creatures and get some sun.

For family picnics or outdoor fun and adventure, this park seem to check all boxes. Playground equipment, volleyball, kayaking, fishing,covered picnic tables and clean restrooms to mention the first that come to mind. We had a wonderful cross-breeze this afternoon.

Nice little beach area on the inter-coastal waterway. We launched our kayaks from here and paddled across the river.

We go here a couple times a week with a frappe from McDonalds and watch the dolphins and boats.

Ate my lunch there- so peaceful and lovely. To my surprise, I was able to see a dolphin.

Great little gem of a park!Here is the launch of all 6 Edgewater Paddling Trails! I am super excited to return and check out these trails.Restrooms unlocked until 8pm. Fun new playground in the works...Pavillion, benches, boat ramp, and plenty of parking for a neighborhood river park.

This is a great place to launch a kayak, a little rough for a SUP because of the wind and boat wakes. There is a small island and sand bar just across the channel.

My moms favorite spot to feed the seagulls on her car..lol..we always had fun there..You can catch fiddler and hermit crabs all day..you can watch the dolphins and manatees swim and you can fish off of the dock.Bathrooms are generally clean and so is the play area.

Quaint little Park in Edgewater has a lot to offer plenty of parking large Pavilion for picnic area clean restrooms playground area for kids they do have doggie pick up bags for walking the doggy picturesque view of the intercoastal good for fishing crabbing small boat launching or just taking in the scenery and Mother Nature

Nice park when its quiet. Gets busy on the weekend. Seems like a nice park to have a cookout and swim in the river. River gets a little busy with the boats. Nice pier to fish off of when they are running!

Its okay Beach very small but youre on the ocean

Quiet place to go and think. Lots of picnic table under roof but always dirty. People just dont leave it clean when they use it. I recommend taking a table cloth or something to cover table.

A quiet, clean nice beach area to fish or enjoy on weekdays. It has parking, restrooms, a pavilion & boat launch accesible. On weekends its a bit crowded with family groups.

Quaint, it used to be called the free beach where we same for years until the city of Edgewater bought the property...and banned swimming. No matter what they may say, the water quality is the same its only closed to public swimming because the city didnt want to maintain it with a lifeguard and the insurance cost was high. Shame on the City, people still swim in the local areas they just access the water via boats.

A nice combination of picnic space, fishing, and small boating, this intracoastal park offers good facilities for a variety of activities. A covered pavilion and BBQ grills round out a nice place for families and groups to relax and enjoy the riverfront.

A relaxing spot where you can watch boats heading up and down the Intracoastal waterway

For exploring the waterways and getting in some kayak and standup paddle boarding time, this is a great location to launch. Only a few blocks off US1 in Edgewater, easy to find, and lots of room for parking. There is a beach style launch where you can back up your vehicle and/or trailer and unload your gear. A quick paddle across the river and you have a multitude of directions for exploring. You can also just hang at the park, nice pavilion with grills, and restrooms. Nice playground for small children and a dock to take a walk on.

LITTLE beach where you can launch kayaks canoes, please dont park in that area. Great place to grill out cook and have family and friend Hangouts

Best park in area!! Grew up at this park since 1974!! When you could swim, then couldnt swim, now swim again! Very short easy stroke across to spoil island, just dont let the marine patrol catch ya! Great way to spend quiet time during the week or catch up with old high school buddies on the weekends!! Clean restrooms, great picnic area, and love the kyack launch. Just need to.fix out fishing dock!!!

The park is in a great location. It would be nice if the playground area could be updated and covered. It is very hard to be able to play on once the equipment gets too hot. Also the hurricane was almost a year ago, why is the dock still not fixed?
