Beautiful park! One of my favorite places in eden not only for myself but for my family as well. My dog loves the dog park and my son loves the play ground. I do wish they had a few more things for smaller children but with that being said playground equipment is expensive and the park is kept up very well.

Great place for kids and the splash Pad is my kids favorite. Looking for some outdoor fun and have young children its awesome!

The splash playground is great fun for small kids. They offer a paved track for walking and jogging. They have a snack bar and tables with umbrellas.

Awesome place nice clean peaceful

Ive been to Freedom Park before and I liked it but I was told they had added a Splash Pad. Its awsome!!! My granddaughter and I took my little grandson which is not even 2 years old yet, then my great granddaughter and her mother came too. The kids had a blast! There is also chairs to lay out in for the adults. My experience was Tops. I highly recommend it for the whole family.

We had a great time and well definitely be going again. We ate our food there that we had brought with us and afterwards we decided to go to the splash pad and for 2 grown-ups we had a great time. We have decided to go back again when we get more time. It only cost $ 2.00 for each of us to get in. And when it gets cooler we are going to try the mini golf If you have not been to Freedom Park lately, you are missing out on a great time.

Loved it! Clean facility. (except the bathrooms, which were full of flys). Otherwise everything was perfect. Kids had fun!

Its a very nice place for walking and picnics. There is a good playground,and softball fields.

Great little park for a little small town. Playground for young kids, skate park for teenagers, baseball fields and basketball courts, a walking track and starting in 2019 a miniature golf course and splash park. Both the miniature golf course and splash park have admission before usage. Miniature golf is $2 a person and splash park is $4 a person. Also a small fenced in dog park is available!!

Ive been living in EdenNC for two years and love this park but today when I was out enjoying the day with my daughter a parent came up and did not want her kids to play with my daughter which I found kind of odd. To each his own but were talking about innocent children that dont know what racism is, its only taught by the parent. And today she was teaching her children not to be around or play with black kids and yes she was white with two small toddlers. My daughter even waived at the children and she quickly grabbed them away, it makes me sick to my stomach to see stuff like that..then she waited until me and daughter left to let her kids play...a dam shame.

This park is great has alot of things for your children. But the only thing I dont like is that one day I took my children and a man tried to walk to them and take them away but my kids are smart and ran to me. I called the cops and thank goodness I not going there again.

Im glad this place is starting to reach its full potential! With the addition of the splash pad, and the golf, this is a great place to take the family for a cheap day out.

The dog park is great! Good size, clean, well maintained. Enough trees and seating for comfort and shade. The only fault is that the entrance is not double gated.

It was a great day for me and my daughters, and my bestfriend and her daughter.. we were pleasantly surprised when we actually saw the kids playing in the water and they were definitely having an AWESOME time..!!My best friend and I, we were watching the whole time and we immediately started planning to go back, only - this time - she and I had already had a plan for our kids and our clothes we were going to wear.!!!!! Lol..An amazing and safe place to go.!!

Wow Im impressed. Love the dog park . New to me Put-Put - not sure cost. There is no other put-put in Eden. Newly built Splash. Area- dont think its open yet. Has nice area for RVs with hookup for electricity. Basketball court.

I just took my dog, Jack, here for the first time today. Nice place! We went to the dog park area and there’s an area for small and large dogs. Jack loved it there! They also have a nice walkway in the park that several people were using. Playground for kids, too!

One of the best parks in state; has everything a person or family could use or need for a day or week and when the weekend ball turnys are in town, then the city turns out and up a couple of clicks for a great and always entertaining weekend. Really, Really love this gem of a park. Cef

Nice park better than anything in Danville most of the best parks that is in Danville you dont want to take your kids there the black gangs love to hang out where they are not needed that would be anywhere.

I’m a local skater and would like to bring attention to problems with the skatepark. Yes, everywhere in the park is very well-maintained and beautiful. With the exception of the skate area.... there seems to be no care in the upkeep of this section and I’m pretty sick of it. For example, there is broken glass scattered about, dog feces in several spots, broken pieces of ramp that need fixed, garbage etc. Not only do these problems hurt the image of the park, but also present many health/safety hazards to me and fellow skateboarders. Also, would it hurt to put a few streetlights directly over the park? Considering how early it gets dark during the winter?

Very disappointed the splash pad broke after the Park being open just 3 hours. Staff needs lots more training. My friends son who is autistic got out of the park. When his father went to go get him he was told he had to pay again. Several people had just got to the spray pad/ splash pad when it broke those people where not offered a refund nothing. Stuff is more concerned about the bottom dollar then kids safety. The fact that they want to charge you every time you run to your car is horrible. What if one of the young ladies there started their period and I had to get her a pad from my car. Why is it a parent looking for a child that is missing or has gotten away has to pay to re-enter the splash pad. With 2 parking lots very close by safety of small kids is a serious concern. Also the fact that the one guard watched a little boy hit is head on one of the metal fish and just stood there is ridiculous. He it so hard I could hear the metal almost 75 feet away. No ice pack was offered. Just a bad experience

Nice clean well kept park. Great exercise opportunities for kids and adults alike. Basketball court, baseball fields, skate park, playground, volleyball, horseshoes and paved walking track. Has a couple of shelters and grills available. A few picnic tables,and a Amphitheater.

Really nice park, three baseball diamonds, basketball court, walking track and picnic area. Lots of space and plenty of parking. Hosting NC Dixie Youth Baseball tournament this weekend. NICE!!!

Just wish there were more shaded areas closer to the playground other than the 1 large area where the bathrooms and drink machines are. If someone is renting that area for a cookout or something, there are no other areas for shade
