I absolutely love this place I get all the things I need to make my family Halloween Costumes. Great Job Guys

Wish they were closer to where I live. I know they are in the process of restocking, but I was disappointed in their yarn supply. Wish there had been a better selection. The cashier was a delightful. ***

Great selection good value and good service.

Always a great place to go to when youre looking for things for your house whether its for the holidays or just in general and theyre always had affordable prices and theres always coupons and deals available

I found the store disorganized, had nothing for Thanksgiving, the parking lot is a hazard. People coming off 36, driving like they are on the highway, using the parking lot as a short cut.

Terrible. Bare shelves, no acrylic craft paints, barely any Christmas decorations. Very dissatisfied.

The staff at the Eatontown store are very pleasant and patient!!

In my opinion, their prices are to high for crafting!! Every item I picked up an item it did not have a price on it. I hate that. Is it that hard to put a price sticker on an item??

They didnt have anything I wanted.

Nice large store with good merchandise. Always check for coupons as you can really save $$$. Today I used a 40% off one item. Not bad. Public bathroom and water fountain. In a mini mall with a Starbucks and Ruffino pizzeria. Make the trip. Best place to buy very nice artificial plants.

Line to check out is always too long shouldnt take 20 to check out. But staff is very friendly even though Im sure they are stressed being short staffed all the time

A lot of stuff for crafting and different hobbies.

Love this store, has everything you need for crafts and much, much, more. The fact that I can go into one store and find everything I need is amazing. The staff there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! My first time going there and was very impressed

Always find what I need. When they have a sale its great. Dont forget to download the app for coupons

I ordered online and picked up in store due to Corona, and it was very smooth. They brought it to my trunk and all.

Cant leave the store!! I love it so much!!

I was there hard notthing lift I was looking for dimond paintings didnt have any sold out!

Plenty of clearance items. Staff very pleasant.

Great customer service

Big clean they have everything you need.

I wasted my whole day waiting for SAME DAY curbside pickup to find out theyre delayed 48hrs. Next time please email your customer and let them know how long the delay is and that you cant provide SAME DAY pickup so they dont wast their time sitting by the phone.

Replaced wire on back of two frames without any hassle...

I like Michaels there prices are good as long as your a member and use there coupons . Eatontown location is usually clean and staff friendly. They also have a nice selection of merchandise and if you make a mistake in your choice they easily take returns.

I picked an order my wife placed on line. It was an easy thing to do. Employees were very helpful.

Great store with friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Love the website and app for easy to use. With weekly coupons it hard to stay out of this store. They also offer order online and pick up in-store. Love this feature.

Great craft ideas and helpful staff

Great selection great prices great sales

Service was on point. Courteous and knowledgeable.

Great selection of frames.

A fun place for everyone, a treasure for Crafters if every age!

Just ok ...prices on art stuff are expensive specially painting colors

Excellent amount of craft items plus available for custom framing.

Right now, the selection for Christmas items is abundant. Found the perfect tree for a small outdoor porch.

They have all the craft items you need. Heaven knows my wife figured this out years ago.

So many selections for paint. Great place for an artist to go

My son is a huge DIY project lover. Always find everything I need here.

Great assortment, great prices

Love Michaels ️They have such a selection a wide variety of crafts and supplies.I looked everywhere for a certain type of painting sponge and I was just should have gone to Michaels first because they were the only ones who had it and at a very good price on top of it all.I highly recommend this store for your creative needs

Very helpful employees. Sent us to a competitor when they didnt have what we needed. Will always shop here first.

Wonderful selection of Christmas crafts and seasonal silk flowers

I love this store. Its got a great lay out and Collins was awesome how he handled my beads I was buying so nice. Its a bright store it always has what I need

Out of stock of a LOT of things.

Pricey and delay at the register. Although there was three registers open the line stood still while the cashiers sifted through deals, discounts, coupons with the customers. Im Sorry Ac moore is going out of business.

Great for custom framing knowledgeable and helpful, creative staff

Great place

Love this place.

Michaels is a fun place full of opportunities hundreds of crafts and projects for adults and or children. The staff is very friendly and helpful paps well

Shelves were bare

Karen gives World Class Customer Service!

Decent enough training facility.

Great selection and friendly customer service

Its Michaels.. ok hobby/craft store .. too expensive when you really consider what youre buying

Loads of supplies for any project. Salespeople are very helpful.

The associates in there arent that friendly. I asked one guy where was pick-up and he directed me to the back of the store. No signs whatsoever to say where it was. He came to me and apologized, but pick-up was in front. The cashier never said hello or thank you. But, that wont stop me from shopping in the store.

This is a huge and beautiful park with lots to do for everyone...nice bathroom.

Love using my 40% off coupon at Michaels. So many pretty spring things b

Got an arty project? Chances are these folks have what you need.

Great for project offs and ends. Good selection of beginner to mid range project quality tools and accessories.

It’s ok. Not the greatest

Michelle is a great store for you crafty people out there. You can make or decorate anything from model planes to making things with yarn. And the staff at the register are pretty up to speed, but they need more than one cashier because the one cashier has to ring up eight people in line and that is a lot for one person.

Nice selection of crafts. They take competitors coupons.

I have called 4 times now, and it’s the 4th time someone hangs the phone up.Wow that was rude!

Food here is amazing!!! The Chef really knows what hes doing. We tried every type of dish on the menu and each one was better than the next! 10/10 would recommend

Great Yarn!

I had my daughters Birthday party here. They were helpful and were able to handle everything in stride. We always love shopping here and the staff has always been knowledgeable.

Awesome staff district manager had store in tip top shape.

Messy store but they have a huge selection and employees are pleasant

Always walk out with more than expected! I do wish there were more acrylic stamp products that featured more natural themes and lettering. The offering of stamp packs often have stamps that include feminized things like girls night out etc which just makes the pack not worth the purchase. The stamp packs have a better assortment still than local AC Moore stores which have the doubld problem of being feminized and overly Christian themed.

Nice store. Lots of stuff

I just had a photograph and watercolor framed and matted from a European trip to Prague and Budapest. Will did a great job. Very helpful and patient.

This place always gets my brain churning with ideas! I love it!

I love that store and the employees are so nice and it clean and organized

This Michaels is okay at best. They had a prior location, and when that closed until they moved into this one, I was willing to give it a try. Now we only go there if we have no other choice. This location is rather cramped, and the lighting is not so great. And this is the first craft store where I have found very few staff people, and the cashiers dont even seem to be too happy to be there. Weve been there a few times to run in and run out, and my opinion of this location has not changed. Other Michaels locations were much nicer.

Nothing new

Very helpful staff I was looking for a picture frame and thats a good place to get one made.

Great sales!!

Great folks, always such cool things and original for all your projects needs

It is ok if you have to make a quick stop and you know they have the product but like AC Moore better if you have time to go there instead.

The staff was so sweet even though I showed up like 5 minutes before closing time. As always, they knew exactly what I needed and got me happily walking out the door in a super timely manner

Love Michaels

Outstanding & helpful staff

Love Michaels, always has the best deals and supplies.

Great help from staff. Came in with a list of things and they led me to each aisle.

Poorly stocked. No staff on the floor to ask about goods. Checkout staff friendly and efficient

Clean, interesting items.

Staff in framing was rude and off putting

Very organized, clean and employees are very friendly.

For all your crafting needs. Just be sure to get a coupon to help with discounts.

Great location, you get what you want because stuff is organized properly, however the 4 star rating because it seems like they are a little under staffed on the floor, we have to wait and look for someone or call someone if we need any help.

My go-to when I am feeling crafty

Great early spring bargains!! Dont forget to bring your coupons!!

They have everything for crafting and awesome deals

He! He! He! He!I felt like a little kid that just walked in a candy store. Every time I walk in I dont want to leave. Its a grown up Toys R Us!!! But you guys better not go bankrupt... Sorry Toys R Us

Plenty of assistance, with friendly employees and plenty of stock

Great framing and reasonable

Is was nice store very helpful

Nice craft store great deals to be had.

This was by far the worst Michaels Ive ever shopped at! Nevermind that they have a miniscule selection, but most importantly, their employees are EXTREMELY RUDE!! They were very curt and had no interest in helping me locate the items I need to help my Mother-in-law make a gift for a very dear friend. Dont waste your time or money, go to A.C. Moore or ANY other Michaels!

The store is CHOCK full of every-ting-ting you can possibly think of to craft your project, but, because of the size of the store, I feel that theyre limited in all that they can offer the public.* You have to Cabbage Patch (Google it; its a dance from the early 80s) to get through the narrow isles.* The rent must be high, because prices at nearby competitors stores are two to ten dollars lower.JUST RECENTLY (11/27/18), I went to find holiday decorations for my office and found abso-TOOT-ly NOTHING. I sprinted to a local Dollar Store and found all I needed and then some...NO BUENO for Michaels.I WILL continue to patronize Michaels, but it will not be my first choice in procuring items needed for crafts, projects, holiday decorations and the like.
