DO NOT ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS BROKER!!!! Complete scam and the broker is a total scumbag!!!! Similar to other reviewers, I purchased tickets from this company back in July 2016 for the Masters golf tournament in April 2017. Over a month before the event when I had not yet received my tickets (the tournament mails them out about 6 weeks before) I emailed him asking when they would be delivered. I was told that I would have to meet him down in Augusta the morning of the tournament to receive our passes because they were the reusable badges (a common practice). He told me to contact him when we got to town so the day before the event I called hundreds of times and his phone went to a message saying his voicemail was full all day. Sent multiple emails and received a response late the NIGHT BEFORE from his sister that Jeff (the broker) had been in a horrific car accident and was in a coma! The email stated that the tickets were all destroyed in the accident. As another review stated, police were involved and it was determined that Jeff was alive and well at his house-no accident-it was all a complete lie because he flaked on the tickets. A check was sent for the full amount so we thankfully got our money back, but we didnt learn this until it was too late for us to purchase tickets elsewhere. On top of that we were out all the money we spent traveling there and for our hotel (not cheap in Augusta during masters week!). He has zero integrity and was a complete coward! On top of everything, we happened to be at a bar and met a couple sitting next to us who had ALSO been scammed by Jeff and they had met several couples in their hotel who had experienced the same. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM - YOU WILL REGRET IT! HE SEEMS NICE/CREDIBLE BEFORE YOU BUY BUT HE RUINED OUR TRIP TO AUGUSTA!!!

Ordered two sets of Masters tickets last July through this company. Received one set of tickets in the mail for Wednesdays par three contest prior to leaving on our trip and was promised the other set when we arrived in Augusta...no such luck! Owner of company who I was communicating with the entire time suddenly turned his phone off when he was supposed to be corresponding with me to arrange pick up of the tickets. I am aware of multiple individuals who also got scammed and never received their masters tickets when we all paid in full months ago. Cops are/were involved and he is paying everyone back their money in full as far as I know but still we are all disappointed by how it all went down. I would NEVER ever use this company again to buy tickets!!

Even though this is well documented in the AJC and on WXIA-TV, this guy is not someone to do business with and should be avoided at all costs. I was one of the many that purchased tickets for the Georgia-Notre Dame game back in June for the game that was played on September 9. Mr. Cook was good about spending time assuring me that he could come through on the tickets and that they would be mailed out by August 30. Then, his communication slowed and eventually stopped. I, like many others, never heard from him again, and he was eventually arrested for not being licensed as a ticket broker. Even though I think this guy will never do business again, his website is still up and apparently accepting business.

Purchased tickets to UGA/Notre Dame the end of Feb/1st of March 2017. Never received the tickets. Mr. Cook is unreponsive for weeks/months-he has yet to return a voice mail message(when his messages on two phones were not full), text or email. RUINED A GREAT TRIP TO SOUTH BEND!

This guy hosed a whole bunch of UGA Fans this year on the Notre Dame game. Knew a bunch of people expecting tickets and he kept the lie going the whole time. WSB-TV even did a story on him.

Dude is a fraud and the worst broker to ever deal with ever, do not buy anything from him. You wont get the right tickets or tickets even at all.

Like everyone else this POS took my money for tickets and never delivered them. Stay away from this guy, TOTAL CROOK and COWARD!
